this is one of my favorite coffee spots in orlando! the coffee is always delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the employees are always kind and helpful. i find that it's a great spot to bring groups to hang out and get food and drinks. most menu items are easily made vegan, and the specials are often vegan as well. i can easily spend a good chunk of time here just exploring the space and checking out the goods that they are selling! the only downside of this coffee shop is the crowd--both parking and seating can get incredibly difficult to obtain. i've never been able to not find a spot, but i've come pretty close. i do believe they are moving/temporarily closing at the end of july, so if you've been waiting to go here i urge you to go now. i'm sure they will come back eventually with a new space, but there is not yet a confirmed date (i think). read more

Easy Luck is such a gem in Orlando. They have a variety of coffee and toasts (we only popped in for some coffee/matcha but will be back to try the food). We had the cherry blossom matcha, which was a perfect balance between the cherry blossom flavor and matcha. It was sweet but not TOO sweet and there was a little flower in the cup as well. So cute. My husband got the flash brewed iced coffee which was SO interesting. He had never tried anything like it but the flavors were bold and it was really smooth. I was honestly shocked by how rude the service was on my first and last visit to Easy Luck Coffee! My partner went in to get two shots of espresso for me and was treated horribly. Upon entering there was no greeting, just a dirty look from the person at the front. Still, he approached politely, said "Hi, how are you?" and got no response. When he asked basic questions about the espresso, the replies were minimal and dismissive, as if he was bothering them. They made absolutely no effort to be helpful. And when he said goodbye and wished them a good day, no one responded. Meanwhile, other customers were greeted warmly and treated with decency. The lack of courtesy and basic customer service was disheartening. A little kindness goes a long way and unfortunately, it was completely missing here. read more

I came here early on a Sunday morning. I had no trouble getting parking and it was not super crowded, but I could easily see how a place could get super busy later in the day. The store had a really cute aesthetic, and it wasn't super big, but the bar that they share the place with wasn't open this early so it provided plenty of seating a very minimalistic vibe, which was nice for early morning. I came by myself and sat there to eat just to have some me-time to start my day, and it was perfect for this. I tried the mango matcha cortado, which was a seasonal drink, and the avocado toast. The matcha was way better than I expected. I could tell the match itself was really good, but wasn't sure if I would like that specific flavor. Highly recommend it, it was perfect!! The avocado toast was really tasty too. Nothing over the top because there is literally just a small counter ... no back of house space or anything ... but I really enjoyed it! It was just one piece of toast but it was so fresh and ended up being the perfect portion size. I honestly enjoyed my trip here so much and will be back and will be recommending it to everyone! While I usually go in the early morning, this time I went a bit later, and wow, what a difference in the crowd--it was super loud! Luckily, I had my headphones and was able to focus. As for the latte, it was absolutely amazing. I added espresso, and it was perfectly balanced--not too sweet, with just the right amount of spice and richness. Despite the noise, I'll definitely be back. The coffee and vibe make it worth it, especially if I time it during quieter hours! I got the chance to visit this venue for a book signing last year and it was a super cute space. While I still have yet to try their menu, my quick interactions with the staff have been very pleasant. Everyone was so kind. When Whipporwill sold I was so concerned we were going to lose the Easy Luck that we knew and loved. Lucky for us, it's still in business and as good as ever. We went this weekend for some after run coffees. The seasonal Pistachio Cookie Butter was delish. Their coffees are never overbearingly sweet, just flavorful with the coffee still there. The coffee is always decent, and the baristas seem nice, based off of how they interact with each other and whichever friends / regulars they're chatting with at the bar, and you expect some of that chatting as an atmosphere of a coffee shop, but at this point it's actually a running joke between me and my friends that stop in here: "guess where I'm at" "oh god, easy luck again?" because it's almost laughable how awful the service is. Not that anyone is outright rude, but in that unless you're known by the staff you are invisible. This isn't like one or two times, this is nearly every time I've come in over the last year. You stand at the register while 2 to 3 baristas stand around. Maybe one of them is making coffee, the others just hanging out. No one acknowledges you while they banter. Eventually minutes later after waiting at the register without even a hello someone will saunter over and take your order without ever acknowledging that you've been standing there while they finished talking about whatever show they'd been watching etc. The last time it was so bad that I actually wasn't even mad at first because I assumed the barista that I recognized that was sitting on the customer side of the bar chatting must just be in on their day off, because they had a literal 7 minute conversation sitting at the bar while another barista worked at the bar, neither of whom acknowledged me. Then he finally goes "oh well I guess I need to be working" and got up, walked around to the register and says "hi, what can I get you?" again, as though I hadn't been standing next to him that entire time. I understand coffee shop culture and wanting it to be a place of community, but the consistent inattention coupled with such slow service is insane. read more

Had heard good things about this place so I stopped in late Saturday afternoon for a coffee and a sandwich. I ordered an iced latte and man, I'm still thinking about. Something about the strong espresso taste and fruitiness of the beans made me miss it as finished the last sip. The petunia sandwich was yummy- I'm not sure how they achieved this texture of super chewy yet a bit crunchy? It had nice flavor and I enjoyed the freshness of the arugula and tomatoes. I have never heard of the Easy Luck, but it's definitely a spot that I will come back to when in Orlando! I can't wait to come in the evening to try out the bar and get a feel for the evening vibes. I got the matcha latte while I was there, and I really liked how customizable they were! I got mine with brown sugar syrup and oat milk, but there were a lot of different syrups that I would try in the future, like lavender and caramel. My friend also got an oat milk latte and she enjoyed it a lot too. Our drinks came out fairly quickly, which was nice! The interior of the cafe is very comfy. There are a decent amount of spots where there are plugs, so it's possible to study/work there. Even if there aren't any tables to sit at, there's also some spots with just seats on the side. The bathrooms were also very nice and each one had a theme color to them. Just be aware if going, the cafe has limited seating, and the parking lot is small, but there are some spots specifically for the cafe which is very nice! First time trying this place with my gf. We went on a sunday morning. Parking can be a problem if you don't get there early, thankfully we were able to find a spot. The place is shared with a bar spot as well. When we first walked in I always look to see if there is enough seating. Yes, there was plenty of seating. The guy serving us was nice and helpful! One thing that makes this place unique is the different styles of toast you can get. I got the Cinna toast and my gf got the avocado toast. The food was 7/10. I wish they covered both sides of the toast for mine. My gf had a lot of avocado on hers and we like when places don't skimp on the avocado! The drinks we give a 6.5/10. I ordered mine half sweet and was a little strong, but next time I will do full sweet. The coffee was nothing special but still was solid. My gf had a special tea and she liked hers. If we want to try one of the drinks in the cooler, wait until 11 when the "bar" side opens because that is there drinks. read more

It gets a good amount of natural light and has a variety of seating perfect for people who want to catch up with others or get some work done. I'm pretty picky with my matcha, but I was blown away by their matcha latte. It had a rich green color, not chalky, and amazing taste. Cute little coffee shop located right of the 408 and Bumby on South St. I love their coffees here and currently the gingerbread or snickerdoodle (I cant remember which lol) cold brew is delicious! they have a large selection of hot and cold coffee and some good food items. i have came here multiple times during the work day to WFH or work from coffee shop ;) The Wifi is good, but the only issue i will say is they turn up the music quite loudly and its not great to work in after about 1pm. They do share the space with Whiporwill which is a bar/wine spot. You can buy bottled beer and whine during the day, they charge a corkage fee to drink it in the shop. Overall i like coming here to work and have a good coffee, its usually not packed so you an get a nice seat! read more

It shares the space with whipporwhil craft beer and wine in the afternoon. The team is laid back but still manages to work fast and get you your beverages. The store is cute and spacious and it has a coffee/tea counter, to go beer and wine and a beer/wine counter for afternoon happy hour or wine. Since I had already had my caffeine for the morning, I decided to get one of their teas. I got the Sparkling Rose iced and I liked that it had to be steeped and added a bit of flavor. I had the wells built which includes coconut bacon, tomato, arugula, balsamic glaze, vegan mayo, salt and pepper. It was delicious!
