Culver's has been my favorite for decades for real!!! I used to drive to Wisconsin every month. And I'd take ALOT of comment cards to let them know that Cedar Rapids Iowa was the place to come. Truly yummy food and frozen custard. Everything is so fresh!!! Thank you BIG Culver's for your yummy awesome food and because it's busy all the time, I realize that they are quick and polite!!! Culver's I love your fries, cheese curds, onion rings, the burgers, patty melts, reubens, almost every thing. Only because I'm allergic to fish . That's why I said almost everything. I asked for ranch and got no ranch with my chicken tenders. Keep in mind it was legit just me and my friends in the drive through. We did get our food in a timely manner. But how does one eat chicken tenders with no ranch? They also messed up my friends' orders. There was also HAIR in my friends butter burger!! read more

Absolutely the worst hospitality I have experienced ever! When they messed up my order, rather than correct the problem (after 15 minute in the drive thru) they wanted to charge me again for a shake! The G.O.A.T of fast food! My Iowan native friend recommended this as a stop and I was doubtful they had anything I could eat. Boy was I pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with individually packaged gluten-free buns and veggie burgers. Not sure about cross-contamination of fries but I had no issues. Food is good like always! I'm a huge fan of the onion rings and shrimp basket! My mom and I use Culver's as a treat every couple weeks.

Culver's on the west side is a regular stop for me. The store was remodeled recently and it is always well maintained. The food is standard Culver's fare, and is served by clean cut high school kids or during the daytime thorough golden agers. Food can be a little bit on the expensive side, so recently I've been taking advantage of their Snack Pack menu. Culver's has the best fish filet sandwiches and meals. The crinkle cut fries are never soggy or lukewarm. And if you care to try them, the cheese curds are fantastic (just get the small size or your bill will skyrocket). Was not very impressed with Culver's. We tried it in Marshalltown, and the order was all screwed up. Waite staff really did not care if they got our order or or not. I may try Culver's again a different location but never again in Marshalltown Booth my lady and I had the tenderloins, that appeared to be way over cooked, or maybe just sitting under a hot lot for a long time. The place was clean, and the bathrooms were clean, but the service and food left a lot to be desired. Dine at your own risk. read more

SLOW SLOW SLOW It always takes 20-30 min to order, pay and get my food. It doesn't matter if I walk in and get it to go, or use drive thru... They do have a good options for gluten free and vegetarian. Main reason why we stop, is the variety for everyone. It just always takes too long. Burgers are very greasy and very thin. Three of us ate at Culver's. I had ordered a fish sandwich and got chicken. I go into anti-philatelic shock if I eat chicken. It's a good thing I checked it. This Culver's is always on point with the quality of their food and the staff is always extremely kind. Even when you can read it on their faces that they don't want to be kind, they always are. It's the staff and management mostly that keeps us coming back to the same old thing over and over. It's also a favorite of ours because of the vegetarian options that they have and their willingness to accommodate any preference on how things are prepared. Not the best Culver's I have visited- in fact probably the worst. The complaint that they are slow is spot on. Do not use the mobile app - it doesn't work -and you end up just going to the drive through anyway. Hard to understand the staff and no patience. I just went here last night. I always ask them to cook my fries extra long so they're more crispy and they always do it! And they cook it just long enough so they're not over cooked. They never get my order wrong. The employees are very friendly. I typically don't like tomatoes or onions so I also ask they take them out. There are no eye rolls and I don't pick up on any signs that they're annoyed so that's great. The food is great as well. read more

Definite yum! I get the Wisconsin swiss or the sourdough melt almost every time I go.. They are delicious.. and lots better tasting than places like Wendy's or Burger King.. Very good burgers, and a wide variety on the menu that includes walleye. They have the best onion rings, too. Prices are a little high, but less than or equivalent to dining out. I like that they cook everything to order...the meat isn't just sitting around in a warmer. Everyone needs to try a bacon butter burger - there is nothing else like it. read more

Frozen custard is amazing! Always enjoy the food and everyone at this Culver's is kind, courteous and helpful! We have yet to have a bad experience and any errors in our order is immediately taken care of and apologized for. Very clean and nicely taken care of facility which can make a difference especially when you have McDonalds restaurants which are falling apart and they simply do not seem to care and neither do some of their workers. When a company takes care of its employees it shows in how they handle and care for the customers. I believe that to be the case with Culver's! read more
