Not Their Best Location, But Still Decent Overall This was probably my least favorite Culver's I've been to so far. That said, it was still pretty good--just not on par with other locations. The custard was a bit thin, and my mixer (ordered with chocolate cake and banana) had to be changed last minute since they were out of banana. I went with chocolate cake and cherry instead, which tasted good, but it wasn't mixed very well. On the bright side, I tried the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich and was pleasantly surprised--it was actually spicy, unlike a lot of fast food spots that claim to bring the heat but don't deliver. The service was okay but they couldn't tell us which one of our mixers were which. they delivered four to our table and we had to figure it out from there because they had no idea what they even put on the tray which led to the three stars they got And much like every other Culver's I've been into they were pretty clean which is nice and appreciated read more

This is a review for the Culver's at 2925 New Center Pt Colorado Springs, CO 80922. There seem to be some severe issues with employees and management at this Culver's location. I went there last Saturday at 8PM and this is what I experienced: * The person taking orders at the register entered my order incorrectly two times, and I had to repeatedly correct them to get the order placed correctly. * After ordering, my family and I attempted to get drinks. An employee was cleaning all the spouts for the fountain soda machine, and no customers were able to get sodas during the cleaning. We had to wait until part way into our meals before being able to get the sodas we purchased. * After looking for a clean table at which to sit, we discovered every single table in the restaurant was dirty from prior customer use. We ultimately had to get napkins and water in order to wipe a table clean ourselves so that we could use it. At this time many workers were standing around and seemed to be doing nothing productive. * The server who brought out our food had difficulty finding our table and walked around the dining area twice before we flagged her down to get her to come to our table. When she delivered the food we noticed her apron was on inside out, so that the Culver's logo was inverted. * The server who brought the food asked if everything looked okay with our order, and my wife pointed out she was missing the ranch dressing she ordered. The server said she would go get some and bring it to your table. Again, that same server got lost on her way back to our table, and we had to flag her down to get the ranch. When the server handed it over, she told us "Sorry. I forgot where you were sitting". * My cod filet sandwich was severely overcooked. The worker cooking it must have left it in the fryer way too long. * On our way out, my wife and I noticed a second employee that had their work apron on inside out, so that again the Culver's logo was inverted. Almost every employee appeared to be in their teens or early twenties. They all seem incredibly distracted and unconcerned with the quality of food or service. There also seems to be no management stepping in to fix the numerous problems that are occurring. This is a shame since i usually enjoy Culver's food. read more

If you're familiar with Culver's, then this location gives you exactly what you'd expect - delicious food with friendly service. Somehow we wound up here twice, and both times in the late evening just before closing. The staff were still friendly and cheerful and the food was exactly what we expected. Culver's has always been one of my favorite, go to fast food until recently. After shopping at Lowe's in the First and Main Center I stopped at nearby Culver's and went through the drive thru. I ordered my regular burger basket which I looked forward to. First the wait was considerable and I had to pull ahead which was okay. Once I got my order I parked and began to eat . Sad that the fries and burger were not hot and worse the burger bun was not buttered or toasted! So disappointing! read more

I see from my last review that it's been over six years since I've been here. I was hankering for some fried cod, and the one thing I remembered is that I needed to go inside to order rather than the drive-through. It proved to be a very good decision. Everything was fresh, properly seasoned and super tasty. Cod, crinkle fries and coleslaw. Good service from friendly staff. $14.38 for dinner. I knocked off one star because the cod, though fresh and hot, was delivered on a bed of... grease. Yuck. Rude manager, told me I should have the "day I deserve" when not bringing out my food to pick up because my car was the wrong one my wife indicated in the app. The place was rather empty and there were at least 10 people milling about chit-chatting and no one could check the only pick up space filled to check. If the were swamped I may have been a little more understanding. My wife indicated via the app that we had arrived. after 15 minutes, I had to go in and argue with the manager while my food was getting colder and when I asked for the manager she said she was the manager and the whole front group of employees started laughing. If I could give them a negative rating I would. Lazy manager too busy playing around with her employees. No wonder they have a 2 star rating. avoid at all cost. there are plenty of other options (Whataburger, In-n-Out, KFC, Panda Express, etc.) within a quarter mile. Last time I will spend my money there. Plus I will tell everyone I know to avoid the place and I know a lot of people. read more

I went here with a larger group. I typically do not select fast food type restaurants but I thought this place had pretty tasty food. I order a single deluxe with onion rings and a drink. My food came out quickly and accurately. I went back to the register later to order a double deluxe to go. It also came out quick and accurate. Not only did we have a whole kids meal missing from our order and a side of onion rings, but also there was no apology or a sense of urgency when I had to go back in AGAIN! I understand people make mistakes but to not even apologize or take accountability and act like you just don't even care tells me to never go back. While my son was home hungry, two staff members had the audacity to argue whether I got the cheese curds that were supposed to be with my son's meal. JUST THROW SOME IN THE BAG INSTEAD OF ARGUING! I'm not here twice to steal mediocre food! The staff need training on basic social skills. Bad customer service from the store manager! Ordered the cod dinner and it sat 10 minutes on a holding table. While I was in the car waiting for carry out as per the app! So I went inside to check on the order, and there it was sitting ,I was in informed that unless I went to the window to let him know I was there they didn't know through the app that I was waiting! I got the dinner to my office and it was so screwed up no tartar sauce double french fries soggy cod dry coleslaw no biscuit no butter.! Immediately called the store and got nothing but a voice message, so I left a message stating my displeasure at finding my dinner so screwed up and that I would be back to the store and have a remake I would take my receipt with me to present to the manager or whoever was in charge. Jumped in the car headed to Culver's went to the counter asked for a remake the girl seemed to comply and I went to go wait at a table for them to finish. I was then approached by apparently a manager saying that they needed the food back! So me being The cordial person I am I jumped in the car went back to my office and grab the food off my desk and headed back to the store. At that point when I got to the store it was so busy that I thought man I don't think I'm in the mood for cod anymore can I just get a refund? Run away! Run away! Worst Culver's in Co Springs. From the dirty tables, drink stations and restrooms to the inedible food that takes way too long to be called fast food. This place is only worth visiting for their milk shakes and yogurt. Even those are questionable because if their dining area is that dirty, I have to wonder how many times they clean their machines. My wife, son and I went in at 710 pm this evening. We ordered two double cheeseburgers, chicken sandwich, and my youngest son, who wasn't present the chicken tenders. They were out of original tenders, so we substituted them for their buffalo tenders. Mom had a blizzard like contraption and son had a small milk shake. Total for the order was over $55. A normal Culver's takes a little longer than your other fast-food places so when our order went over 10 minutes I wasn't concerned. When the order went over 20 minutes I started to wonder if they forgot our order. Since I didn't hear other orders be called and observed only the drive-thru orders being completed I should have asked if there was a problem. Another 10 minutes later I finally asked. No, the cook didn't forget our order, but the cashiers were ignoring it and not bagging it. Finally, after receiving our order we took our to go order home to find out that all the items were present but were cold. The top bun of my burger has hard and seemed like it was stale. I didn't taste it but you could tell that our order sat under the heat lamp for a long period of time. The fries were cold, the onion rings were cold and greasy. The cheese curds were cold but edible, I guess. My two teenagers ate them. I ate only a few bites of my cold cheeseburger before offering it to my dogs. The onion rings and fries went straight to the garbage after one bite. The two cashiers were friendly, but eventually one cashier was by himself, and other employees were hanging out in the drive thru area. When I asked about my order and after being told that the order was under the heat lamp, I heard him ask for help. I was surprised he didn't have more people helping him considering the number of people observed standing around. Like I said, "Run, run away or drive away!" There are four fast food burger joints on this corner to include a DQ. Pick any other place and it will be better than this Culver's. Fast food is supposed to be fast, hot and edible. This Culver's failed in all three. This is our second visit to this place. The place was dirty then but at least the food was able to be consumed. read more

Terrible experience here. Ordered food and waited 10 minutes before we left so it was ready when we pulled up. We got there and waited an additional 23 minutes before they brought out our food. Our blended drinks were half melted by the time they got to our car. The " In house" apple sauce is a Mott's cup, which was a .40 up charge. They completely forgot the fries on our order and our burgers were cold. I'm unsure if they were just sitting on the counter and the employees didn't walk it out or if they just don't care about quality service. Will not be recommending this location to anyone. read more

I tried the Double Mushroom & Swiss Butter Burger and it was delicious! The meat was so juicy and flavorful and the bun was so soft. The burger didn't even have any condiments besides the cheese and mushrooms that topped it, and honestly, it was so good that it didn't need any condiments. I've never been so impressed with a fast food burger. The crinkle cut fries were a little bland, so I would definitely try a different side next time. We also went through the drive through and the wait was long. But regardless of the wait, our food was piping hot when we received it. read more

This Culver's needs help. Wife and I went in yesterday and first noticed the long line around the drive thru. We went in and ordered. There was many issues that night. 1. Ran out of Walleye and they been advertising this for weeks on tv and at the location. 2. The ketchup pumps were out or broken. There was one barely working. 3. The food took awhile. 4. They ran out of coleslaw, had to get another side. 5. They delivered the food to the table but forgot the plasticware. Not a big deal but I specially mentioned it when they brought the food out without the coleslaw. 6. Wife's burger was dry, very dry. Seemed it was under a headlamp forever. 7. When we left there was a lot of trays stacked on the garbage area. It did not affect us but one more thing to add. Not sure if we will be back again. I have been to a few Culver's here in the Springs and in Michigan and this is was by far the worst experience at one. read more

I had a large order to go for my family tonight and got all the way home to find out the order was only partially correct. So I drive back to the restaurant and get a very poor attitude from the lady behind the counter. They made up three missing burgers and when I told her about the missing sides as well, she says she filled the order herself and knows the sides were bagged. Well if she knows the sides were there, why didn't she know about the three missing burgers? I told her I only know what I order and didn't unpack at home. I was wrongfully terminated from this location for false accusations made against me. I was accused of following employees into the restroom which is so ridiculous and also accused of double dipping into the custard. Double dipping is taking a spoon, scooping yourself a spoonful of ice cream, eating it and than using the same spoon to get a second spoonful which never happened. I have been in the restaurant industry for many years and would never put customers at risk for my germs in the custard! I have full knowledge of food safety policies! I saw a team lead scoop herself 2 spoonfuls of custard and she ate it. As a new employee I asked her " it's okay to sample the flavor of the day? She said " sure, do you want some " On my 10 minute break I had 2 spoonfuls of custard, sat down in the lobby and I enjoyed the sample. The new owner refused to believe my side of the story ( the truth) and I was terminated. I was a great employee who worked hard and obviously I was not appreciated! The previous owner appreciated me and actually thanked me for my hard work and complimented me on how nice the lobby looked. read more

Food is pretty good. Cashiers are nice. What good is it to save the tokens from the kids meals if they don't have the gear? Three months ago, one volleyball but it had a hole in it. If I could pick Zero stars I would. The lobby was packed and after finding a table, we waited over an hour for our food. At that point we went back to the registers and requested a refund. While the shift manager was processing our refund, a server brought us our food at the counter, she asked the manager what should she do with the food, throw it away? The manager nodded. The server copped an attitude and I told her there was no need for an attitude towards patrons. The food looked like it was slopped together, no lettuce, no mayo and the cheese curds and onion rings looked barely cooked. There were at least 10 people requesting refunds while we were there. I went to Culver's 9-28-20 for dinner. Ordered at 5:23 and waited in the drive through line. Didn't receive my order until 5:56. Really 30+mins for chicken tenders and frys? Tried to ask the manager for an explanation of the reason. Said that they were understaffed. No apology. No offer to fix the problem. Or offer anything in effect for the slow service. The worst Culver's experience was here. Culver's is usually awesome, here they really struggle. The chicken sandwich was just sad, more like a low end fast food. Our daughter is celiac so takes no bun, just a burger patty. First patty came with the cheese on the bottom, stuck to the liner. Second patty out with cheese unmelted. Took three to get right, even then she complained her belly hurts (which usually means it got gluten contamination). Watched the drive thru from our seat and they couldn't get out custard before food. People waited a long time, then we waited a long time for our own, then it was melted because they didn't deliver it. Tables were dirty. Two of the three ketchup pumps were empty. Didn't have kids out for drinks. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked, just horrible execution overall. Ownership needs to get control of this restaurant, it gives Culver's a bad reputation. read more

This review sounds like everyone else's. We have been waiting for almost 30 minutes for one cheeseburger and an order of fries. We would say something to someone but this place is run by children. It's like a deranged North Pole in there and Santa is gone. The kids behind the counter are walking around aimlessly, there's no direction or supervision of these children. I don't understand how the owners of this franchise can read, or be aware, of these comments and not fix this issue. This use to be my favorite fast food/dinner joint back in 2005-2006. Sadly however do to management training and internal strife this Culver's location has went under and is doing horribly. Yes, everything is eatable but leaves you dissatisfied and longing for a great meal. I use to love all my favorites like the butter burger, cod, fries and ever walleye but quality has dipped dramatically. Burgers are way over cooked and dry, cod is the same and most if not all fried foods are just a mess all around. How in the work do you mess up fries. Biggest take away of this review is that I know it's not the employee's fault, it's management. You know how I know? It's because I knew all of them and I knew what was going on. It's a shame that food that use to be this good had to suffer because of awful management and poor worker treatment. Your food suffers if your workers suffered. I'd hate to see this Culver's stay this way but if management doesn't get their act together I can see this Culver's closing in a few years especially now that their bleeding regulars. read more

Absolutely ridiculous wait times. Sitting here waiting in the "drive thru" - we've been waiting for 43 minutes already.. finally got our food and are missing a burger so now we have to wait 5-10 for another one. Workers inside the kitchen are arguing and there has been NO resolution. Now all the rest of our food is cold, waiting on the last burger we've already waited for. Amazing service: fast and friendly. Warm food, cold drinks. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY! While leaving I saw Cheyenne (an employee) while on her break, helping a woman who had gotten her dog's leash caught around the axel of her wheelchair tires. The woman was immobile and could do anything. Amazing. This girl went out of her way to help a woman in need when less good people would've kept on with their brake or ignored her completely. My daughter loves the custard so I went through the drive thru to get two concretes. I was told to wait at the window, then a few minutes later I was told to pull up and wait. My concretes came out melted...I mean they were soup. Never getting custard again. The food has been good the last few times, but that's the best I can say. read more

Have been going to Culver's for years and generally have liked their food and service. Lately I have noticed whenever we have gone to this particular restaurant an annoying consistency. If you do not succinctly and specifically asked for a single burger they will automatically ring you up for a double.
