All they do is mess around in back and talk about customers laughing. They never answer the phone and you can never talk to a manager. It takes 30 mins plus just to get a simple cheeseburger meal. Their fries are never filled and always cold and soggy. They don't make the drinks right half the time and their blasts are always melted by the time you finally get it. The employees and managers are rude and I have gotten raw burger before from them. They need a whole new team before I would go to them.

I walked in to place an order at the counter and there was nobody there, but they yelled back for someone to come to the front. This girl came up very friendly, ready to take our order, and then in mid sentence of us ordering the manager Ken comes over and berates her in front of us for working the register because she is not supposed to. Then she goes to the back because he told her not to take our order and then he walks away and we are still standing there. A few minutes later someone else comes up and says that she can't take our order and we have to use the kiosk. We finally just walked out. I am writing this review mostly because the behavior of the manager to berate an employee for trying to help in front of customers, and then walk off without making sure we were helped is completely unacceptable. I feel bad for the girl who came to take our because she was just trying to provide customer service, and instead got reprimanded for it in front of us. She was a delight and I hope she finds a place that values her helpful attitude. Update: I have been back here many times since then and I can say the staff is very friendly and gives excellent service and I have not experienced anything bad since the night I wrote that review. I've personally interacted with Ken since and he has been pleasant and helpful. I perhaps encountered the team on a bad night but I can say things have been much better on ever following visit.
