Nice Culver's location, well staffed and clean. Quick and friendly service. Food tasted like it should.

Workers are unprofessional. Food is cold every time due to workers goofing off. I don't recommend this Culver's at all.

Took 25 minutes to get chicken tenders and fries. Everyone was waiting a very long time. Food came out cold.

I chose to come to this location because it got high reviews and it was fairly new and looked clean (all of which it was!). However, the staffing issue another reviewer mentioned is unfortunately an issue. Luckily it didn't effect the yummy quality of the food but my family wanted to eat inside but the dining room was closed! They had a sign on the door saying that due to being short staffed you had to do the drive thru and couldn't eat at the restaurant so we had to do the drive thru and then because we dont live local we just ate in the parking lot. They also mixed up the toppings for one of our burgers where the kids meal butter burger had more toppings than my adult deluxe so I just had to switch with my kid so it was ok but a bit annoying. I did feel bad for the employees since the one man at the drive through window was very nice but seemed stressed out but luckily it was a very clean location and the food tasted good! read more

I really wanted to enjoy my meal here, but unfortunately, the fries were cold--not just lukewarm, but actually cold. It was pretty disappointing, especially since everything else seemed freshly made. Fries are such a basic part of the order, and when they're not hot and crispy, it kind of brings the whole experience down. read more

This used to be one of our favorite places but not anymore. The staff is rude, the girl working the drive thru didn't even talk to us, and we waited for 20 min for our food. The food is good but not worth the money or the attitude. read more

As we were waiting for our food , I watched the employee that had cleaned and mopped the bathrooms walk behind the counter and proceeded to bag food orders. Before I could get up there, he had put our food on a tray. I politely asked him if he had changed his gloves after cleaning the bathroom and before touching the food. All I got was a blank in the headlight look. so I asked for the manager the employee was still speechless and just pointed at the manager. I explained to the manager that we were not going to accept that food due to what I had just witnessed. She apologized and offered to redo our order for which I accepted. The manager brought our food to the table and she apologized again . I told her hopefully it wasn't a learning experience for the young employee. But then when we went to leave, the nozzles had been taken off of the soda machine so we could not get a refill...... We were the only customers inside so you would've thought they could've at least asked if we wanted more to drink before taking the soda machine apart... We will most likely not be coming back to that Culver's location. read more

This restaurant totally deserves a 5 start rating. First of all, their burgers are immaculate. Second of all, their ice cream is top-notch and out of this world. Thirdly, their cheese curds are MIND BLOWING. Last, but certainly not least, their new sticky notes are one of the best thing ever invented. They are super durable and withstand the speed on the interstates, and they also survive heavy winds and rain. They are much more environmentally friendly, as opposed to their plastic ones that kill the turtles. Overall, this restaurant is highly recommended. read more

Culver's - Burgers Near Me - Decatur, Illinois

I'm from WI originally so I love Culver's, but I've had multiple issues with this particular location. Several times over a 6 month period they would forget to provide ranch with a tenders order. Recently I got a barbecue instead of Ranch and didn't realize till I got home. Today I got a pint of flavor of the day (peanut butter cookie dough)and there were no other ingredients in it besides the vanilla ice cream base. When I pay $4/pint, it be nice to get the other ingredients. read more
