Drive through orders with any mixer takes forever. Order was completely wrong, ordered a burger with no bun (allergy) got home to find it on a regular bun. Not the first time this has happened. Comparing this Culvers to the one down on Constitution I found that this one had much faster service. Tried a Swiss mushroom burger. While the burger was tasty, I think it might have been possibly one of the greasiest burgers I've ever eaten. I felt my arteries clogging with every delicious bite. The fries at both places just taste a little... different. I don't know how to pinpoint what it is, but I suspect it's the oil that they're frying it in... Overall, I think it's kind of an expensive "fast" food joint and you can find better quality, more tasty food for better prices in the Springs. The food was typical Culver's like any other Culver's. What I didn't like was the dirty dining room. Many of the tables were not cleaned off and there was trash all over the floor. Were were there for about 40 minutes eating our dinner and it wasn't until we were about the leave that someone finally started getting the dining area clean. Best Culver's on planet earth. Like reviewing every Starbucks I go to, there is not much different about the food at this Culver's from all the others in America; however, this Culver's is different. In April 2017 a Senior from the local high school was killed by a drunk driver. This young man worked at Culver's and what this Culver's did was beyond words. This local Culver's donated 100% (you read that correctly, 100%) of profits for an entire day to his grieving family. The lines were terrible and the wait was worse but the community turned out to help and this Culver's stayed classy the entire day. They worked their tails off for 12 hours and donated every penny made to the family. I love their custard and butter burgers but this Culver's is unlike any other and will forever be the best Culver's on planet earth. read more

Drive thru is HORRIBLE!! My husband pulled up to the order screen and was told he had to wait a minimum of five minutes to even place the order. Then once he placed the order for one small milkshake, he waited another 20 minutes to get the milkshake. You guys need to figure out a better system in your drive thru other than telling people they have to wait to order! read more

Midway through my meal I was met with feelings of sorrow as I realized I was still hungry, but none of the options in front of me looked apetizing. I thought to myself that all of the other 5 fast food resteraunts in a quarter mile radius had both better burgers and fries and the chili my brother ordered was room temperature. My unmet foodie friends, eating here was a mistake and I can only pray that I can inform you so that you don't make the same one as me. My wife and our three screaming toddlers waited an hour for an order and the only explanation when the food was dropped off was, "sorry for the delay." And even worse, the food was cold. Don't come here, just go to literally any other fast food place in falcon. Here's how your Culver's experience will go: you're gonna order your food and wait about thirty+ minutes for it to come out. When it does come out, it will have at least one thing completely wrong with it, if you're really lucky, the whole order is going to be messed up. So you're gonna bring it up to the counter and ask them to fix it. You're gonna wait another thirty+ minutes for them to fix it, and even then it's gonna be messed up. Now you're hungry and pissed, great. You ask for it to be fixed again, and now the manager will talk to you about it. Let's say you're really really lucky, and Ian McClung is the manager. He's going to defend Culver's and start yelling at you. Something funny about Ian is that he left his friend group of 6 years for them making fun of how serious he takes his job. Anyway! 5 years ago when I worked there the food was great, atmosphere was inviting, and the service had to be fast and excellent. I recently went back for the first time in 5 years and was not pleased. I ordered a Double Butterburger with bacon and deluxe condiments, and cheese curds as my side. When I received my meal the burger did not have deluxe condiments, the bun wasn't toasted enough and was just plain soggy, the burger patties along with the cheese curds were cold (the latter being more cold). Hey Culver's. When you ask what I want on my burger and I say "lettuce, tomato and onion", that means I would like lettuce, tomato and onion. You asked if I would like pickles. I said No because I said lettuce, tomato and onion. AND why ask me such things if you are going to drown the thing in mayo? Where did the mayo come from? Great food. I like the mushroom Swiss burger. The concrete mixers are second to none. This place is a little more pricey than mcdonalds and Wendys but the food is great. They also have a nice cars show on the weekends. The number system they use has the drive thru system on point! read more

Quite possibly the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Not only did they struggle to get our order right when we placed it, but after 20 minutes we finally asked where it was. 5 more minutes and the cashier dropped off the order. I just moved here from Montana, so we have been excited to try new places to eat. My good friend moved out to Falcon so we decided to stop and grab something to eat before retiring for the evening. A decision I have now completely regretted. The manager was the one that waited on us. He was very rude from the start my friends son asked if you guys had any tater tots and instead of suggesting something you did have. He sternly suggested that we go to sonic or the bar. Being with our children I was beyond offended that he would suggest us leaving to another restaurant let alone to a bar. The manger yelled at the ladies on the line for laughing and said ladies I can hear you over here can you shut up. We finally ordered food for everyone, got our drinks, and sat down. We were brought out our meals and asked if we wanted any condiments. We asked for ketchup (assuming they were the tiny packets) asked for a handful. Another gentleman came out with with a metal pan of ketchup and asked if we really needed that many. The answer... yes we have burgers and fries and some people like that with their burgers and fries. Then I realized I didn't get my cheese curds I went up to the counter to let them know and the manger requested to look at my tray before he would get me my side. Seriously!!! I just want what I paid for. As we ate our meals a young man asked if it would be ok if he started his closing shift duties. Of course is what we said, we inquired about if the manager was always like this and he said worse but said he's not like this outside of work. As I'm sure he reported what we said about the managers rudeness. The manager was rolling his eyes and we could over hear him grouching about him working a double and he told us already that we should have gone somewhere else. We gave up on our meals and left... as we left he shouted at us, not sure what but it didn't sound pleasant. So please anyone who reads this post, just go to Sonic. When you call management, they are condescending, rude, and refuse to help, while still acknowledging that your order was incorrect and you were, in fact, overcharged.
