The customer service was exceptional, very welcoming and attentive. If you've never been to this location, it may be a little tricky to find. I came in hoping to get a taste of home, but unfortunately the food fell short. The Hawaiian mac lacked flavor, and the Kalbi didn't have the sweet and savory balance it should in my opinion. Great service!  Kevin, the only visible employee at the time of my visit, was diligently assembling my sandwiches exactly as ordered online.  He greeted me upon my entering the store and was very respectful and conversive throughout our transaction. He's a keeper!  Hope he's paid well enough to stay for awhile. This location seems to have a problem keeping employees due to the many transients loitering about. 30 mins for 3 sandwiches...not to eat, but 30 mins to prepare...one person was in line in front of me...there is one employee making sammy's...crazy folks walking in looking for a handout meal while they wait for the bus...a guy walked in just for a free cup of water, asking people for gas money, so I get to wait an extra 5 mins...time oddity...the store closes at 9, got here at 7:45, hope I can eat before they close! Came in for a fairly healthy dinner option. Olivia was very nice and patient considering we take a minute to order (I can't help it that so much sounds good!) We didn't feel rushed and everything looked pretty fresh. My only complaint is that the bread was kind of dry and made a mess when we are our sandwiches. Went into this subway a few days ago to give it a go again and they have a different staff compared to before. The guy and girl that was working mike and ashley were fantastic they made us all laugh and was fast great and professional. The store was really clean stocked and smelled so good food was great and presentable. No homeless people around like there use to be. Just because of what i experienced this time i will be returning from now on to this subway. I am so glad for the turn around and glad they have a great staff again. A added note they actually get to know their customers by name and treat them like family from what i was hearing thats a great thing to experience because most places wont do that kinda thing it is really refreashing to hear them call their customers by name sit with them and talk when they can to me that is superb customer service. read more

Service was slow and unorganized. Two customers had to go ahead of me while they prepared my veggie patty. No avocado, no tomatoes, one guy couldn't recognize the jalapeño cheddar bread from the other breads. The other one kept poking his fingers on the veggie patty to make sure it was warm enough. The fridge was inadequately stocked, leaving me with a choice of juice, water, or coke. And I really would've liked to have seen some covers on both of the men's beards. I don't understand the bad reviews for this place. I visited last week and it was during lunch so it was busy. They had 3 workers working and they had a nice system going and the wait was extremely quick. The place is also clean and the workers are so friendly and polite! This Subway needs a serious wake up call. The staff, although nice, has a tendency to be a bit unprofessional and unkept. They are always understaffed which creates a bad attitude with the staff and long line. The last time I was there, they were out of many things. Customers were walking out and the employee, who was alone and quite unhappy, was threatening to do the same. I felt extremely uncomfortable and couldn't wait to get my sandwich and get the hell out of there. I haven't been back since. I'm very surprised this Subway is still in business as it's been a hot mess for so many years. Save yourself some time and an awkward moment, keep driving a few miles. This was the worst subway location I've ever visited...and have been to many locations due to my travels. The employee had no idea what customer service is, argued about everything and was rude as hell. She answered in short sentences, if they were even complete sentences. First time I came there and it will be the last time, rather drive another 30 mins to get a different service. Tried to order 3 or 4 different footling sandwiches and the answer was that they didn't have it. I finally ordered 2 footlong sandwiches and didn't get it exactly how I ordered it...I should have just walked out and gone somewhere else. This was a waste of money and my time. Filling a complaint at corporate, but know they won't do anything about it. Anyway, was really pissed off when I came home and saw what I got. read more

I am a former employee, starting off everyone was great, including Ashley the manager, my co workers were helpful and nice. I was a great worker, always clean, always finished on time, always nice to customers. I had daily customers come in just because of me. Fast forward one month, i wake up to a text from the assistant manager shakesha, who told me i was fired, told me to return the store key and my uniform. How unprofessional, firing your employee in a text, i thought this was a business. Ashley also never gave me a reason why, not even a made up one, simply said i dont have to tell you anything except youre fired. I later found out i was replaced by shakeshas daughter who, i was told stole from the store. Obviously i was the only one not in on the joke. read more
