It's been a while but I remember that the frozen yogurt was good. The service was good. I hope to try eating at swirly cow again soon.

Weird experience. First of all, this is all self serve. No prices listed anywhere visible. Zip zilch nada. A chalk board with maybe the name and some drawings but no prices listed anywhere in sight. Odd. That should have been my first cue. Yogurt was nothing to get excited over, and I had zero interest in using self serve toppings that's just gross. The student who was attending the place appeared to be doing school work, that's great that's allowed! Then they needed to stop to ring us up. And while no prices were listed, a big tip jar was in front of the register. Extremely expensive for a half full cup of the smallest size just yogurt at over $6. Probably the same amount of a golden arch cone lol. Then to be expected to tip for someone getting paid to study and only operate the register. Yep weird all around, and I will not return. Not sure how this place stays open, as evidenced by never seeing anyone there when in the plaza nearby. read more

This place is adorable! They have so many flavors to choose from! Cake batter was a winner!!! We also tried the cookies and cream, cheesecake, and coconut! All very good! They have 16 oz cups as the smallest and then even kid size cups that are behind the counter. All you have to do is ask! They also offer sample cups, so you can try all the different flavors. Also if you can't make up your mind they have cup dividers that can hold up to 3 different flavors in one cup! Genius!! Lastly, the one thing that sells this yogurt place is the staff! The woman that was working there was 110% friendly and one of the nicest people that I've met thus far! She really cares about her customers and she shows it all over her face! I would definitely recommend anyone to come here just to get excellent customer service and yummy yogurt! You definitely cannot go wrong here!! read more

Went in on Sunday, May 9 around 5 p.m. Young male worker had headphones in one ear, was texting/playing on the phone the whole time were there, and he didn't have a face mask on (or even one in sight). The cost is 46 cents per ounce and for a family of 4 we typically spend less than $11. Not only for the best frozen yogurt, Swirly Cow is the best business in Falcon! Every time we go into the place it's always warm and inviting. The owners are very cordial to all that enter. And the place is spotless (unlike other Falcon businesses). Oh, and their yogurt is better than any others anywhere! ----------- Update: I have to take off a couple of stars because of cashier. The last couple of times that we have been in there have been issues. We were there 20 minutes before close and the cashier turned off the TV and started to close with us still in the building. The next time (tonight 4-14-14), the cashier looked and acted like she would rather be somewhere else to a point of downright rudeness. She yelled at my daughter for looking at the toppings. I am going to GUSH! This place is multiple pieces of heaven! Donuts AND frozen yogurt in one place??? AWESOME SAUCE! I had a donut and coffee while my daughter had frozen yogurt. My donut was great! It was on the small size, but in truth I loved the portion size. Of course I had to sneak a taste of the kiddo's frozen yogurt and it was pretty awesome! I was impressed by the selection of toppings and REALLY liked that the toppings counter was lower than normal to accommodate the pint sized customers who beg their parents for frozen yogurt. :) Will DEFINITELY be back. My wife and I love this place. It never really gets too crowded, they always have outstanding flavors and variety of toppings. The cheesecake is fresh and delicious. We can never get enough. After almost every Walmart trip we have to make a round to swirly cow for a couple of hazelnut and dutch chocolate frozen yogurt bowls with mochi, brownie and cheesecake. Absolutely fantastic! Great price and great quality. Awesome establishment. Keep up the great work! The staff is also always very kind and do not bother you or rush you in anyway. They just allow you to enjoy your dessert and time there. They also play pretty good kid friendly movies and have coloring pages and crayons for the children towards the back. read more

I love Swirly Cow. I have a 3 year-old who loves to pick his flavor (which are all great) and then Loves to pick his toppings. They always have great stuff. Not only do they have a great product, they have GREAT PEOPLE! Their "tip" jar actually goes to a different charity every month, and during the Black Forest fire they stepped in to take donations to support community families affected by the fire. I really wanted to like this place since it is the only froyo place nearby. I've been in about 3-4 times and have not changed my mind. The selection is limited, however what is offered does taste good. My concern is the overall way I feel when I come in and when I leave. I don't feel welcomed as a customer and most of the time feel like I'm a bother. It feels to me like the business is not as profitable as they would like and therefore the owner is cutting corners. I notice every time I'm there they only have 2-3 tasting cups layed out on the counter at any given time. If you have a few people with you, they go fast and you have to go ask for more. It's almost as if they don't want you to taste their frozen yogurt. I have never seen this at any other location of this type of business. Last time I was there, while my child was waiting for me to get my frozen yogurt, they had eaten one of the chocolate pieces inside their frozen yogurt. The owner said to my child "don't do that, you are eating my profits". I thought to myself, I'm sorry we ate 1/10 of a penny of your profits. Really??? What business does that? It was then that I decided I will no longer patronize this business. I hope the owner reads this and realizes that they are destroying their own business by not providing good customer service. read more

Awesome place... if you haven't been to one like it, they have a lot of different flavors of self-serve frozen yogurt (coconut, cheesecake, blackberry, vanilla, mango, etc) with a lot of different toppings. The fruit was superfresh (blueberries, blackberries, etc) and they had the largest assortment of boba I've seen (passion fruit, kiwi, mango, and several other flavors).
