It had been a hot minute since I'd eaten at Reds, but when a friend suggested meeting there for brunch, I was all in. Starting with the mimosa flight... delicious and a great value I made a small modification to my order and was genuinely surprised when the chef came out to talk with me personally, just to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. That alone made my heart happy. Our server was a 10 out of 10. It's rare to see someone so attentive, she even cleared the table while we were still sitting there, before dropping the check, and asked if we'd like dessert. We've never had something we didn't enjoy here. The food is great and you can find something for everyone. The burgers are on point, the chicken sandwich is delicious and the quesadillas was easily shared between two of us. We miss the entree portion of the chicken tenders for sure as they are delicious and now they're only found on the appetizer menu but still delicious. I'm sure there was some cost adjustment there as the entree portion was large and a very good deal. The staff is always super on top of things and service has always been great. What a joke this place is, the server was so inattentive, almost nonexistent. At one point, I wanted a refill of my iced tea. He flat-out told me that if I wanted a refill on my iced tea, he would have to brew a whole other pot. That was just too much for him to do because, apparently, it was really hard and time-consuming. I wanted to laugh and cry at the same time. This is the type of service you will receive at RED. I was also told there were no onion rings with my dinner. No apology, no explanation, just, "You want fries instead?" And then came the mediocre food--not hot, not fresh off the grill, just McDonald's grade burgers at a sit down restaurant price. I should have known this would be a bad experience when we walked in and the place was almost empty. I will never eat at this place again. What a JOKE! read more

Great stop at Red's American Grill! We weren't very hungry and weren't sure what to order, but bartender Dallas recommended the enchiladas from the appetizer menu -- they were delicious. We hung out watching a football game, and Dallas was terrific: attentive, fast with drinks, and genuinely friendly and fun to chat with. We've been a few times before the new ownership and a few times after. I've wanted to like this place but it's loud and the service is always slow. The food is just ok and over priced. My husband paid $17 for a single chicken burrito. No sides or anything offered with it. My Cali chicken sandwich with a side salad was $20. Overpriced average bar food basically. I'm not going to break them down over every issues we have had over the years but I think we're done with this place. We gave this place a try again. We both ordered something different. My husband ordered the Fish Sandwich with Waffle fries. I ordered the smoked beef open face sandwich with mashed potatoes. The fish sandwich was quite large! My husband said he would probably order it again or the fish dinner. The smoked beef sandwich was good! The mashed potatoes were good! Real potatoes with chunks of potato! It would have all been GREAT if it was served hot. My potatoes were cold. The gravy was warm. The beef was warm. The waitress was excellent, the food tasted good and was served hot with generous portions. Kelly was our waitress and she had a bubbly personality. She knew the menu well and was able to make recommendations. I had the Old Bay Flat Wings with the House Salad, and it was delicious. My colleague had a burger with peppers and a side of Seasoned Fries ( which Kelly recommended. He enjoyed his burger and fries. The restaurant was crowded for lunchtime and the staff seemed to work together as a team to serve the customers. We ate there there on Saturday 5/31/25 we had 5 adults, 2 teenagers, a 5 year old and a 1 year old baby, the service was absolutely amazing. our server was Bethany R. she is the best! she is an very hard worker, she was so attentive to us, she was extremely nice, and helpful! We left her a wonderful tip. We love this place, we love how it looks on the inside and the very nice patio. My husband and I go there a lot and we are always treated extremely well! It is obnoxiously loud inside. This is not a place for a date or a place to unwind. When we received our bottled beer and it was warm we should have walked out. The solution from our server was to bring us a cold glass 5 minutes after we told her it was warm. So it was even warmer. We ordered nachos. I guess you have to order the cheese separate because ours didn't come with much. I ordered the mushroom burger. No flavor at all. I added my own pepper. I didn't ask for BBQ sauce to be added. My husband ordered the classic burger only to find out it wasn't a burger. Our server was good. She asked us what we thought of things we told her how bad things were. My husband spoke to the manager when we walked out. He was less than receptive. He told us we needed to call him to the table. We didn't want people to hear our complaints and our server should have notified the manager. We weren't trying to get a discount. It was our choice to go there. We will never be back. Bar Service: Aimee is by far one of the best bartenders in COS, always attentive and giving great customer service without ever letting me down. She's got a great sense of humor and a fantastic sense of awareness. She can probably make any cocktail great, but her specialty is the Mexican Mule that you have to try! Cocktail Service: Ashley is the sweetest cocktail waitress/server you wish you always knew. I genuinely think that nothing can ever go wrong if she's looking after your table. She's gives great suggestions and is knowledgeable about the menu. She's outfitted with an amazing pen collection that each have a character of their own. Food/Beverages: They have good rotators on draft that I keep going back for (I love IPAs, but they have a decent variety) and the appetizers are delicious (potato skins, fried pickles, and the pretzel)! When I crave a good burger, I go for their Cali Burger. Tuesday Trivia Nights: Tuesday nights are fun for me because they do trivia there. The entertainment from the other contestants at the bar provide a healthy combination of competitiveness and comradery. The MC that hosts the trivia is very respectful and takes his time to greet the patrons after each eventful night. He's got good vibes and may even cheer your team name as you walk into the bar. Closing thoughts: One of the best bars in COS by far because of Tuesday Trivia Nights. Great customer service from Aimee and Ashley make it a desirable place to revisit. Looked online for my son with celiac, online said menu has gluten free options labeled with a gf symbol. Got to the restaurant to discovered that all products they are claiming are gluten free are made in the same fryer as all other items. Red's was one of the first restaurants I tried after moving to the area, and now I'm basically ruined for all other nearby restaurants. The Smoked Cajun Pasta is the friggin' best! So damn good. Quite spicy though, so if you're sensitive I suggest staying away from it. The Fish and Chips is pretty damn decent as well. It's not the best I've had, but it is the best I've had in a while. Their seasoned fries are fantastic also. Oh! And the calamari is delicious! So so good. The sauces aren't bad, but the calamari itself is perfectly seasoned and breaded and fried and I could literally make a meal of it. I've eaten here a few times and while the service didn't wow me, it also wasn't disappointing. Usually I get my food to get so my wife and I can pig out while watching whatever show we're binge watching for the night. The food is always hot when I get home with it. read more

I am visiting family and they took me here not too long ago and the experience was horrible and just plain awful. There was bugs in the sodas that was clearly not supposed to be there. There was cold food and raw food as well. As I walking back to the restrooms and saw employees smoking while putting together peoples food in the expo area. The manager seemed drunk while on the clock. Several of the staff members were being rude. As well as the silver wear being dirty still and cups having not been cleaned properly. I would definitely NOT recommend eating here there's clearly several health code violations. Someone seriously needs to take a look there because it is not okay for this type of establishment to still be around with this many serious problems! read more

The menu has a lot to offer. That's what drew me to this place! Very open, lots of seating inside and out. They have happy hour food specials. TVs are everywhere, music was playing and everyone seemed to be having a good time. We each ordered drinks and all were tasty. Mine was the Abby's cork orchard and it was delicious. We decided on appetizers. The calamari came out hot and crispy. The seasoning was a bit salty for our liking, but a nice serving. Next up was the pork belly bites which were delish!!! They were a snack!! One ordered a side salad which was huge and only $3!! Then came the mussels that were tasty especially with the chorizo on them, yum!! Then we just got some wings. The wings were pretty big and just ok. I like mine cooked a little harder. Who knew we came on trivia night!! We had so much fun and there were so many people playing and cheering each other on!! We went to Red's for an early dinner on the 13th given all the good reviews. Big mistake trusting reviews! My husband ordered the Quesadilla special and I ordered a BYOB with fries. Our server was very nice, prompt and checked on us often. As my husband was eating, I noticed he was picking pieces of meat out of his mouth and laying it on the side of his plate. I inquired was it bad? He said it is like trying to chew leather. When our server checked back he told her the meat was terrible and inedible. She apologized and said she would try to get a discount. That was not the point. It was just plain bad. He pulled all the meat pieces out of the Quesadilla and said the remaining part (vegetables and cheese) was not too bad without the meat. Looking at the discarded meat, it definitely was not fresh that day. It looked very dry and certainly not in-house cut. Edges very straight, mechanically cut. Told him there might have been a reason it was on the Specials menu. He did ask for another salsa. We were charged $1.00 for a small plastic cup! The accompanying tortilla chips were definitely stale. I tried them! I didn't reach for a second chip! My hamburger looked very good. Came with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. For some reason I thought I read somewhere that the hamburgers were house-blend beef. I assumed a hand-made patty. My mistake. My first bite of the burger, I realized Red's must have an amazing recipe to make their burgers just like a frozen patty. I ate it, but certainly was wanting a big, juicy hand-made burger. It definitely was not that! In fact, I gave my husband half of my burger because I felt so bad his meal was awful! Frozen patty or not, at least he didn't spit it out. In the end, the server (I forget her name) did put a 10% discount on our ticket. Very nice, but the bad food was certainly not her fault. My kids really like their food and it really isn't bad at all but I always feel like I'm eating at a bingo hall, with the "last call" lights on, all while six foot social distancing. I do like that it's one of the only sit down restaurants nearby and not fast food. They also close early but so does everything else in the area. I guess the good thing is that they are consistent and actually have food.... not naming any local spots where the hours are based on the bartenders plans and you'd be lucky if you might get two food options from the menu between 8-8:30 pm, eh hem, we're all looking at you, Lavender Toad. read more

I ordered the spicy burger, and the fries came out cold. The burger was cold as well, and the bottom bun was extremely soggy from sitting in the window. I asked for a new bottom bun to not be an inconvenience and have them remake everything. So I was brought a cold untoasted bun. Came in tonight, 9/29 to eat supper as a party of six. Sat us in the bar area, which seems like an odd place to seat a family with children. We thought they wanted to keep the other areas clean since it was 6:30 at night, but other families were sat in the other area after we had arrived and were sat. Not sure why it wasn't offered to us, but we didn't want to ask as we try to be amicable. Most of our food was good, but our son's Mac and cheese with the children's chicken strip was hot even after 10 minutes of eating. My child choose to eat his chicken first and didn't try the Mac and cheese right away, but when he did he said it didn't taste good and was "powdery" which could mean anything with a child, so as his mother, I tried it. It was grainy, too hot and tasted sour. When we brought it to the waitresses attention, she said it wasn't charged and then tried to blame us because our son didn't try it right when his meal was delivered. Sour, grainy Mac and cheese isn't pleasant, but the response to the complaint was even less pleasant. We originally came in because we like the cheese curds, but those were "all out" so we didn't even get to enjoy the 1 item we actually came in for. read more

Sent it back and the fries were cold. The waitress was not very friendly. What else can I say. Not a good experience PS. We visited Red's a couple of weeks ago and had an amazing meal! It was a busy Friday night, but they still found room for our family of 3. My daughter had the rib dinner, my wife had the Salmon Cakes, and I sampled some of the appetizers like the Spinach/Artichoke chip and the buffalo wings. Our favorite thing was the artichoke dip - needless to say, my wife and I fought over the leftovers when we got home that night! Two thumbs up for the service and food. They seemed to be a little confused who had Our table so it took a bit to get helped. Calamari was great, good burger too. I have two wishes-a lemon with the calamari and can you please say on the menu that breakfast is only served until 11. Like I am cool that you don't serve it all day, but if you hand me a menu with breakfast on it and no time frame I assume I can order from the menu. When I tried and was rebuffed the waitress mentioned that this is a common and known issue. I'm not saying redo your menu, I've seen menus with stickers on them before reflecting an update....not worth deducting stars for a new business but staff organization and smooth ordering will make a big difference as you grow. read more

Nothing compelling to make me want to return. I ordered the special - Enchilada Burger - overall, it was pretty good and messy! The burger itself, however, was not quite "medium", and was dry, but still - okay, not terrible. The waitstaff seemed not too interested in their jobs. There was a careless vibe - also, ultra casual .... butt crack booty shorts? Is it acceptable, when paying cash, for your change to be rounded down? It might be the policy here, as that was my experience....not a big deal - but it is MY 50 cents, not yours. Red's is definitely one of my go-to places to eat here in Falcon considering there isn't much to choose from as far as sit-down restaurants. One thing I really enjoy about Reds is it's definitely a blue-collar dive bar where all the locals come. This place is always busy but wait times are usually fairly short considering how busy it gets. Service is always top-notch here and the wait staff is always friendly and prices are fairly cheap. The food is also very good. Burgers and wings are always great but my favorite is definitely the fish and chips. read more
