The shakes were thick and creamy without being overly sweet, and the fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies were a great surprise. That small act of care made a huge difference in our dining experience, and my mom was utterly pleased. What stood out most was that she didn't HAVE to do that. She CHOSE to.
