My mother, my daughter, and I had dinner yesterday at Olive Garden. I absolutely love what they've done with the place. Aesthetics are really nice. I can honestly say our dining experience was exceptional, all thanks to our waitress, Michaela. I am no stranger to fine dining. In fact, I have dined at numerous Michelin star restaurants, and I can confidently say Michaela displayed exemplary customer service. My mom ordered soup and salad. However, mom mentioned she doesn't eat iceberg lettuce, Michaela thoughtfully suggested a spinach and kale alternative with the traditional toppings, and it was absolutely perfect. She could have simply said that iceberg was the only option. However, Michaela suggested that thoughtful alternative. That small act of care made a huge difference in our dining experience, and my mom was utterly pleased. What stood out most was that she didn't HAVE to do that. She CHOSE to. That level of initiative and customer service truly elevated our entire dining experience. She was, without a doubt, the highlight of our visit. We were so impressed that we asked to speak with a manager, which happened to be the general manager, just to share how amazing she was. We even mentioned that she should be appointed to train other staff, only to find out that she had just stepped into that exact role. That actually came as no surprise at all. Visiting from out of town and family decided here. It wasnt very busy however we had to wait approx. 30 minutes to be seated. Prior to being seated I went to the bar and ordered an amazingly prepared sicilian sunset spirit drink. When we were seated we were given 2 waitresses (ASHLEY AND KATIE). The amount of customer service and care to details and attentiveness was above expectation. Although my Ziti came out minus the chicken. We had a party of eight. Mediocre food and poor service. Overcooked pasta. Watery soup. We were served three bowls of soup and provided with one spoon. When we pointed that out to our server, he said "The spoons are on the soup plates." Any fool could see that they just weren't there! He finally agreed, heading out to get us our spoons. We watched him serve two of his other tables on his way as our soup grew cold. Entrees were barely warm, and were served waaay before we'd finished our soup and salad. I got the Chicken Alfredo and it was pretty good. The chicken was cooked perfectly and so were the noodles. The alfredo sauce was good as well, not too cheesy but also very flavorful. The service was excellent, hostesses were polite and kind and got us seated right away. Our server was such a sweetheart, he boxed up our left overs . The environment was extremely quiet and Italian themed. Great for a quieter group, I wish it was louder during my visit because I am loud . Olive Garden seems to be pretty consistent with their quality of food and service, so it's a reliable go to. For the most part I would rate our Olive Garden at about a 3.75 (who did that math?!?), so that's a 4 out of 5 I absence of partial stars. I have no complaints about any of the foods served. As a matter of fact, I like how accommodating the restaurant is with special requests. I only wish there were more seafood dishes. Something rather funny at our last visit was that our waiter had no clue whether the restaurant carried a rosé or not, and actually seemed puzzled about its existence. It appears OG no longer carries them? Our waiter was no help in trying to figure that out, but was attentive and congenial in all other ways. In short, we'll keep coming back, because we'll all find something to eat, even if some customizations are necessary. Thanks OG! read more

It started out with our wonderful server, Austin. Very friendly with a great sense of humor. I have always ordered Chicken Scampi for over 20 years. And I encouraged my friend to order the same thing. I was so embarrassed. The dish was terrible. It used to have a thick creamy garlic sauce. It now has a watery tasteless sauce. The chicken had no flavor. It used to be grilled and very tasty. The peppers and onions needed more love, too. More cooking would have caramelized into more flavor. Thankfully the salad and bread sticks were still great. Our server did try to help us by bringing out some minced garlic. It needed to be cooked in the sauce. We paid for our terrible meals and tipped Austin. It was not his fault. He tried his best. I would have thought the manager, Jessica, would have come over to our table to speak with us. She didn't. This olive garden is pretty standard compared for olive gardens. The waiters were friendly, and we sat pretty fast. Granted we did show up at 11:20am for lunch but the place wasn't busy. We ordered the unlimited soup salad and bread sticks. The first time my soul came out it was just warm but onto my second bowl it was heated up a bit more to the perfect temperature. The interior felt less like an olive garden though compared to olive gardens I've been in, in Grand Rapids, Detroit, and Traverse City. I enjoyed the Italian dressing and the large black olives on the salad and the breadsticks with the butter were enjoyable. Then I had the spaghetti with marinara meat sauce and it wasn't bad. It was not as thick and I would have liked it but it was ok. Katie: We started of course with salad and breadsticks. The salad was plentiful and had a lot of toppings. The breadsticks were warm, buttery and fluffy. I generally thought I did not like Olive Garden breadsticks but these were really good. My old rating is embarrassing and laughable. What kind of mindset could I have been in to give a chain restaurant 5 stars? LMAO. Olive Garden did used to hold a special place in my heart, due to an amazing waiter they had; but now that he's gone- this is just another microwaved food stop. Don't get me wrong- I'll still occasionally eat here, but it's down to around twice a year. The zuppa soup used to be amazing- but I learned to make it at home (Pinterest) and mine is 10x better than the watery version they're serving. Their dinner entrees are literally in the $20 range- which is absolutely absurd for a chain restaurant like this. While their interior has remained updated and clean, the prices and portions just aren't there anymore. I'd rather spend my money at a locally owned & better tasting Italian restaurant (hint-hint, just down the road) over the Olive Garden. read more

Very up and down. As an Olive Garden, there ought to be certain standards which do not change. That is not the case at this Olive Garden. Lately, some management changes led to a drop in food quality and service. Practically everything we ordered this last time was sent back to the kitchen. It was embarrassing for them. Our waitress was nice, but very unable to focus. She blamed the majority of the problems on the management, the management blamed it on the kitchen, blah blah. My wife ordered ravioli with marinara and she got ravioli with meat sauce. It was sent back. Oddly, we received no apologies for the mix up. Our minestrone soup arrived stone cold. The bread sticks were not warm and buttery as they always are. That was a first. We asked for extras and she kept forgetting. Finally, another server retrieved them from the kitchen and they were not warm at all and tasted slightly stale. I think they were made the day before. By the time my wife's ravioli arrived the second time, it was burned on the edges. My pasta tasted ok, but was bland. I added a lot of salt and pepper, which I almost never feel a need to do. Both of us had slight indigestion later. The only reason I'm rating it a three is because the service and food in the past have been a lot better than this last experience. If I was basing it on that alone, I would have said it deserved maybe two stars, but I've had good meals here, so I'll give it a 3. read more

I had one of the more better dining experiences as of late here at Olive Garden. I went out to dinner, expecting an average experience, but I was pleasantly surprised as to how well it went. The entrees come with unlimited soup/salad and breadsticks, and let's just say I took full advantage of that. The gnocchi soup was great, along with the breadsticks. My actual entree was huge. I mean, if you've had a full slab of ribs before, my giant chicken parmigiana does not pale in comparison. Based on my soup consumption, I had to take more than half it home for later (for which it was still good the following two days). The service though, was more than great, it was excellent. Our server was very attentive, very polite, and very quick to assist with my requests. I was in your store for dinner last week. The food was as good as other Olive Gardens I've been to. What set you apart from all the rest was the service I received. My server was Gina and she was incredible. She was friendly and attentive throughout my entire meal. She made sure my breadsticks were hot and fresh. She suggested some alfredo sauce for my breadsticks which I took her up on. Every time I got close to the bottom of my drink she was right there with a fresh one. Impeccable service. The service I just had tonight was amazing. The closing manager tonight on 9/6 deserves a huge shoutout and resembles the perfect example of premium customer service. For starters I ordered later in the night, somewhat close to closing time, probably around 8:30pm. I drove up to a full parking lot to pick up my order, looked at the top and notice there's some Alfredo, figured that's my order and I drove home. Upon further inspection it was actually a kids Alfredo and the couple other things in are wrong. I called the restaurant and someone connected me to the manager (I wish I could remember her name to give her a personal shoutout). She apologized multiple times for the mixup and offered to give me a gift card. I instead asked if it would be too late to have it remade (it was about 40 minutes until closing time) and to my surprise she was more than happy to remake it. After arriving to pick it up she comes out herself and once again apologizes for the mixup and still gives me a $25 gift card along with my food. She had a great attitude and was all smiles even tho I could tell she had had a rough night. It's moments like these that will sway me to spend my money here, when even through mistakes, customer service is still a top priority. Thank you for the above and beyond service. read more

Had a really bad experience this last time. My boyfriend and I got seated fairly quickly and was in a corner of the restaurant. His order came out completely wrong. So I ate mine while he waited, then the light above us turned off for some reason so we were sitting in the dark. Once his correct dish came out, the fish, they were able to turn the light back on for us. But that night he experienced food poisoning! Just terrible. Can't return to this location. read more

I work close to OG so we come here pretty frequently. Service is usually good (usually). Food isn't bad but certain dishes are not as good as I'd hoped. Ordered food to go today at 2pm. We didn't get there until about 215 so they remade our food which was nice. I got the classic lasagna and my husband got the meatball pizza bowl. Mine was ok but expected better from an Italian restaurant. His was ok but could've also been better. All in all it's not bad at this location depending on the day. read more
