My family comes here quite often to get our burger fix and we've yet to get tired of it. Honestly we tend to fight over who can finish the last cheese curds. The onion rings are also pretty good and the fries are decent. They offer many unique flavors for their frozen custard, such as chocolate strawberry and caramel pecan, with a rotating "Flavor of the Day" schedule, which you can access online. They all taste amazing, even getting plain vanilla or chocolate is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. You also get a free scoop with every kids meal! The staff are super nice, courteous, and attentive. They bring the food out to your table and help you with anything you may need. I used to have a pork tenderloin every time I went to Illinois but now I can just go down the street. The tenderloins I remember were as large as a child's head and even though it came on a large bun the pork still exceeded the bun by an inch or two all around. Culver's has the proper taste and texture but not a huge sandwich - just right. They have baskets with common fast food sides but also mashed potatoes and gravy or green beans. Some healthy options. I like their pot roast sandwich and I get the basket with mashed potatoes and gravy. Serious comfort food at a drive thru? YES! A lot of people like their ice cream and shakes (known as concrete mixers.). They have a flavor of the day posted on the sign and in the restaurant you can get a schedule or check their website. Although I enjoy their ice cream based items I would not say it is the best in town. The restaurants offers pretty good speed free WiFi and they have some of the best quick service in town. I admit it. I go to Culver's for the frozen custard ( aka concrete). Unfortunately I'm usually hungry when we go so I get actual food. Personally I don't like the butter burgers. Their fried chicken sandwich is ok (I prefer chick-fil-a), I found I like the roast beef sandwich with lots of horseradish sauce. My first time grabbing a meal here through the Drive Thru. I came here because I subscribed on text alerts for coupons etc and decided since I was around the way, Why not try them out? The drive thru seemed ok from the intercom until I arrived at the check out window.. I stated to the young man that I have a text coupon for $1 off the basket meal. He states he will deduct it from the register and also them asked what I wanted added to my burger. I ordered the original single butter burger basket with onion rings. He then yelled to the cook the add ons to my burger and he swiped my card. I was given a number stand to place on my car dashboard so they can manage which order was mine from the kitchen. I stated to him why they never asked about or mention free add ons via intercom? That would had expedite the order efficiently if they asked the burger add ons from that point. He also then stated its $1 extra for onion rings if replaced from fries. He never said that via intercom! So i said I do not want onion rings just give me fries. So as he gave me my receipt, I noticed he did not validate the $1 off from my meal?! So I asked the lady who gave me my bag of food that they overcharged my card! So she went to seek the manager and the manager came out and handed me a $1 bill to refund the overcharge instead of refunding it back in my card. As I parked to enjoy my meal after this mishap.. I noticed they never switched my onion rings to fries. Also my burger was JUST A THIN BEEF PATTY AND CHEESE!!! Where is the ketchup mayo onions lettuce?!!!! Ahhhhhhhhh!!! Lots of sandwhiches ranging from butterburgers, chicken/ fish sandwhiches, lots of sides, soup, salad, and for desert frozen custard milkshakes and sundaes. I got a juicy burger called The Culver's Bacon Deluxe. I got it with only one pattie because they are huge! It was very juicy with good grade meat (butcher quality), cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and omg the most flavorable bacon. The best part about the burger is the lightly buttered, toasted bun. On the side I got crinkle fries. My boyfriend who has many allergies got the gluten free bun and just like me The Culver's bacon deluxe. The bun was individually pqfkqg and the upcharge was minimal. My boyfriend already comes here often thanks to how wonderful they are with his allergies. Customer service was amazing. They were fully staffed with happy, hardworking employees. They actually remembered my boyfriend and greeted him with a friendly smile and asked him " are you getting the regular". I thought it was so nice of them to remember and the employee was so genuine. Another Culver's has finally opened in the area. After years of waiting I am happy to be able to get my fried cheese curd and frozen custard fix. On this particular visit we decided to stop in the drive thru. The order taker was very polite except that she kept mishearing what I was ordering over the speaker. When we finally got it squared away we pulled around I paid the total and then we were asked to pull around the building and wait. Usually when you just order frozen custard they just make it and hand it to you but we went along with the request and it took about 5 mintues and when they brought out our order my Mom's custard was wrong. So the young lady that brought it out handed me mine and turned around to fix my Mom's. After another 3 minutes or so she returned with her corrected order and we were on our way. When we went to ask if our order was ready we saw it in a holding area melting. On our way out we saw the worker sitting outside laughing and telling each other to go give the take out order that has been sitting around for ten minutes to the customer. Always have an issue with my order when I go here. One time I waited at the curbside pickup for 30 minutes and then went inside and my order was just sitting on a counter and was missing some stuff. One time they gave me the wrong order and most of my order was missing when they gave me the correct bag. I don't think there's ever been a time where I've received everything I ordered. Something is always wrong or missing. I was there a couple weeks ago and saw an employee eat a spoonful of ice cream toppings in the kitchen which is a health code violation and very unsanitary. Also saw an employee leaning on a stack of trays with his arms on them. Not too bad because it was just trays but that shouldn't happen. There were also a group of employees in the parking lot talking to someone in a car and blocking me from leaving. I had to flash my lights and even then they barely moved so I was worried about accidentally hitting them. Today, I ordered on the drive- thru and the attendant was not at all pleasant and rushed taking my ordered. Once I got to the window to pay for my ordered, her attitude was horrible and even closed the sliding glass while I was talking and getting my credit card out to pay. When she returned to the window, she seemed uninterested in attending at all. I proceeded to park by the designated parking to wait for my food. When I received my food, it was a total disappointment. The meat on the burger was sliding off one side of the bun, the lettuce and the tomatoes where at the other end of the bun (horrible). Finally, I was given the wrong drinks, instead of a raspberry tea, I receive a coke. The lid was coming off the cup because the cup was defective. The onion rings were so greasy and burned that the grease filtered through the bag. I had to put a towel on the seat of my car so I could place the bag on top and avoid having my seats ruined with grease. I was so disappointed at the poor customer service and quality of the food. Service is consistently polite, friendly and helpful. Food is fresh and delicious. I don't often eat meat anymore but when I am here I do indulge in a burger, they are that good. I'm sorry but there isn't anything super great here that sets it apart from other fast food restaurants. I've been wanting to go to a Culver's ever since I saw them popping up all over Central FL. There just wasn't one super close to my house to make it convenient to go to. That was until yesterday. We were doing errands on the other side of town and decided to finally stop in. I was so excited. I just got the chicken tender backseat with crinkle fries and a vanilla concrete with m&ms. My boyfriend got a hamburger and a mango drink of some sort. The best thing on our table was the mango drink. Everything else was just meh. The food I could have gotten anywhere else and I would have rather gone to McDonald's for my ice cream. And the honey mustard sauce is home made but it's waaaay to much honey and not enough mustard... that thing was practically clear. The restaurant itself wasn't very busy... I'm not sure what that is saying. I did appreciate that they brought the food to you which was nice because they're area up by the counter is pretty small. Overall I would not go back again... perhaps just on the account that it's not really close to me and 20 minutes to the closet one is pretty far when I pass better food on the way there. read more

I stopped in to the new Culver's in Kissimmee with my wife a little past 9 PM Saturday night, when were in the area looking for dinner. Having heard great things about Culver's from family who had experienced the brand in the mid-west, I was looking forward to trying the signature butter burger which Culver's is known for. Upon walking in, you're initially sort of overwhelmed with the bright, massive menu towering over the cashiers. Ice cream and shakes occupy around a third, with burgers and food options taking up the rest. I ordered a Double Bacon Cheese ButterBurger, and my wife had the Mushroom & Swiss burger. Both meals came with a side of crinkle cut Fries, and a medium soft drink. Culver's serves their own brand of Root Beer, but the water used had a heavy sulfur taste, like it had not been filtered prior to being served. Ignoring the sulfur taste, the root beer was very delicious, and had a vanilla flavor to it similar to A&W. On the burger, the beef was flavorful, and not dry, cooked well throughout, but was a bit on the fatty side, and left a weird film feeling in your mouth. The cheese was standard, nothing special, as were the lettuce and tomato. The bacon, thin crispy what I imagine was pre-cooked. For dessert we shared a single scoop kit Kat cone. The custard was thick and delicious, and the bits of Kit Kat mixed in made it that much better. Service was very quick and friendly, and the restaurant was super clean. Staff was quick to vacuum up any crumbs on the floor or pick up any stray trash, and really seemed to care about keeping the place clean. While we both enjoyed what we had to eat at Culver's, it was sadly not as good as I had hoped. The reviews from family led me to believe it would be the best fast food burger I would eat, and it unfortunately wasn't close. If I'm craving a fast food burger, I will always stop at Freddy's Steakburgers by the Vineland outlets, as so far, I have yet to find a better burger. read more
