Excellent hamburger and shake. Always like the items. I had the onion rings. The area is sketchy.

SO this was my first time ever eating with this chain and honestly, it was neither good nor bland. Nothing memorable about the food itself. I can't even tell you which burger I had, because I had tried my wifes completely different burger and it tasted exactly the same. Aside from the burgers, where this spot falls short is on french fries. Shoestring style fries can be delicious done by the right people, but unfortunately it wasn't done quite right here. Somehow though, this place has a miracle recipe for milkshakes because that milkshake was like what dreams are made out of. If I were them, Id cut the burger part of the franchise or put it on the backburner because the shakes are out of this world and super cheap!

    RIP Chicken Tenders.

My experience in this restaurant is amazing, but when I came by one day and asked for Chicken Tenders, they told me "Sorry we don't have Chicken Tenders" I stood up and left the building. I was so frustrated I jumped in my car and started playing Taylor Swift music so my frustration can go away. If I wanted this type of RUDE service I could of just went to Burger King! At least their services are a bit better, and I can enjoy their Chicken Fries. I really didn't want to leave this very rude review, but I had no choice. I really just wanted to enjoy Chicken Tenders in my 'used' to be favorite fast food place. If they add back the Tenders, I would consider making this a 4 star, the other star I would also consider. You lost a loyal customer today I really hope you think about your actions. Your actions have consequences don't EVER do this again, thank you. "In Loving Memories of the Chicken Tenders"

We haven't been to this location since pre-pandemic. In some ways it hasn't changed but it has in so many others. There's no longer wait staff involved. When you walk in you place your order for takeout or dine in at kiosk that they have available. Ordering is a very easy task. We were dining in and place their order and then went and sat at the table. There was one couple in the place and no one else. The wait for our food was considerably longer than I felt it should have been since there was no one else in the restaurant. Nearest I could tell there were only a couple of people working and back in the kitchen area and no one else. The food itself was pretty much what I remember it always being. The burger was good and the fries were excellent. I also enjoyed some onion rings even though they were a little greasier than I remember. My biggest problem was I ordered a combo and along with it I asked for a fountain drink because I realized they have Coke zero. Drinks are self-serve to limit how much contact there is. I waited till our food was ready and walked up to get it. I went to get my drink and had to inform the gentleman that there was no syrup in the Coke zero. He apologized and told me they were completely out. I don't see why they couldn't at least label the machine but again they are short staffed. The kiosk gives you no idea of whether they're out of something or not which is not helpful at all. Since I can't have any of the regular soda I just opted to get a bottle of water. Like all of their locations these days there is nothing really exciting about them and the food is the same as ever. If they don't make some changes they're never going to make it. It's a shame as they're not that bad. It's more that the brand is become a bit tired I think and just need some new blood. As none other locations are close to where we live we don't get to dine there often but I would probably go in more frequently if there was one close to me.

I read a lot of bad reviews about this place. We decided to chance it anyway. Service: Our server, Erica, was wonderful. The food didn't take too long. The food came out hot and fresh. We arrived at 5:30 on a Friday evening and dinner was served by 6:05. Food: The burgers were good, french fries were just ok. I found that they got cold very quick, but this is probably because of how thinly sliced they were. The milkshakes were delicious. Restaurant: The dining area was clean, but I found the bathrooms to be a little outdated and not very clean.

Ummm I ordered a foot long hot and this is what I got after being told to pull up ahead of the pick up window and had to wait 20 minutes for my food. God knows what was on top of a slice of white bread. Def would give zero stars if it was an option

This place gets packed! People that complained here need a reality check. This is a fast food place. This is not a five star restaurant. Everyone working here wants to take your order, deliver, pick up, and then clean for the next folks waiting. Our server was polite. He had short quick conversations cause he clearly was busy like everyone else. I've gone to every class of restaurants so I'm making my judgment based on knowing this is a fast food chain that has servers. I hadn't had the food in years, meaning back in college which was about 15 yrs ago... It was the same quality. I loved the strawberry shakes and still did this last time. The burger was decent (a cure to a hangover ), reminded me of the cartoons sponge bob cooking them patties.

We were staying at a Holiday Inn near Disney Springs so we decided to come here for a late dinner. One of the best decisions made here. We did a late night walk through the shopping center and landed here around 9:50 pm. It was pretty late and we worried there would be no seats but we were seated promptly. The establishment was very ambient, cozy, and well furnished. I liked the warm, glowing atmosphere of the restaurant. The server was extremely polite and took our order quite soon. We were starving after a long day but the food came out in around 20ish minutes which wasn't too bad. The serving sizes were quite huge. We didn't expect this much food for two portions. For $34 per plate, the dishes were large and came with a large helping of sides. The fried chicken was extremely crispy and juicy. They originally wanted to serve the food quickly/more fresh so they served a chicken thigh to me after on a second plate. They also forgot my substitution of Mac n cheese for mash potatoes so I got a free helping of mash which was sweet. The pickled cucumber was light and fresh which tasted great with the heavier chicken. The potatoes were a little heavy and I wish came with gravy, but still delicious. I really loved the Mac n cheese and finished that up. The chicken steak was also delicious with the grits but a little too salty. Wish they added the grits to the side for me to dip as it became a little too much at times. It was better to eat it with a side of potatoes to balance the flavor. The broccolini was sautéed perfectly and delicious, could eat a whole plate of those alone. The biscuits weren't bad but tasted better eaten with the potatoes. The food was a little heavy but so so good. We had to take half of the food to our hotel and ate it the next day for dinner as it was way too much food for one meal. Even after microwaving it, the food was just as delicious and flavorful. We spent about $80 but had so much food leftover. An expensive dinner, but everything tasted amazing. Would definitely come back if I had the chance.

I was about 25 minutes away, when I took my family here, and they were wondering where we were going, but let me tell you, they were not disappointed by the food, service and the surround area. When we arrived, it seemed like a downtown area that was kind of chill because it was a Tuesday early evening. Barely any traffic around and tons of open parking, especially right in front to the restaurant. From the front I noticed some funny signs, a patio that was wide open for seating, yard games and a nice cozy dive bar vibe. When we went inside, we were immediately greeted at the counter by our server. It was not busy, there was actually only one customer sitting at the bar. The bar has about 6 seats and has TVs to watch and the restaurant if filled with tons of cool Classic Rock pictures, memorabilia and quotes. It was just the vibe we needed to just hang as a family. The server allowed us to pick any table we wanted. We ordered margaritas. They were delicious. We also has the RIBS, okra, mac & cheese, potato salad, some greens, cornbread, brisket, grilled cheese sandwich and fries. EVERYTHING, including the SERVICE was on point; we left well fed, satisfied and happy we found this place to eat tonight. To walk off the food , there is a park right across the street. At the park you will find food trucks for dessert, like ice cream on a hot day. There's also a walking trail and a play ground for the kiddos. There was an area where people were fishing off the doc. I saw an area where people also get married and a facility for our veterans. I included some pictures of what I saw along my way after I left the restaurant for people looking for things to do in the area with a family and/or friends. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend you stop by this restaurant for some good eats, drinks and just a place to relax and have a good time. There's also service is great and the area is filled with things to do afterwards. Thank me later.

For a simple meal for two people, the service was unreasonably slow throughout the evening. Our server, Svet, was polite and personable, but friendliness alone could not make up for the delays. The hummus appetizer was excellent and was easily the highlight of the meal. It was flavorful and served with pita, cucumbers, carrots, and red peppers. The food presentation overall was attractive and showed promise. The most serious issue occurred when my son ordered a refill of his virgin mojito and was served a drink containing alcohol. He immediately noticed something was wrong after taking a sip and handed it to me. I tasted it as well and confirmed that it contained alcohol. Serving alcohol in a child's drink is a significant mistake and should never happen. We also ordered the steak frites based on a recommendation and were told it was exceptional. Unfortunately, the steak was extremely tough and chewy, making it difficult to eat and far from what was described. Management apologized and removed the steak from the bill, but the combination of excessive wait times, the alcohol mix-up involving a minor, and the disappointing entrée left a poor overall impression.
