So one random night we came here and what I will say is they have a bunch of great values for different dinners or combos so I guess you get what you pay for but when it comes to flavor it really is just a mid piece of chicken. So I totally got a dinner box that came with 3 pieces, my choice of onion rings, and a piece of bread of this I must say the chicken was totally piping hot when I got it so that definitely was a factor of it being the better part of the meal but those onion rings were just terrible bland and frozen nothing special makes me wish I had ordered something else and the bread was just a roll nothing crazy but still made nice to add pieces of pulled off chicken to it and an onion rings to make a chicken sandwich along with some of their hot sauce drizzled on top! I understand why this place has so many customers. The food is delicious! The mild wings were addicting, the fries are well seasoned, the Italian burger was not too bad, still good. On a busy day it'll take a while to get ur food but the wait is worth it. I tried the strawberry cheesecake and it was delicious, the banana pudding was equally as good. For 20 wings, Italian cheeseburger, 4 soda cans, a mash potato, a Mac and cheese, and two large fries it came out to around 60$. My only complaint is I was speaking to a homeless offering him food after I left, to come to find out the owner of this establishment was involved in beating the homeless man up because he asked for food, I find it disgusting how anyone could do such a thing. I have to tell you this was a wonderful spot to eat. The prices were great for the amount of food they gave you. The customer service was very good and educated to help us choose what they wanted to eat. They cook the food freshly made as you ordered it. The restaurant is located next to a smoke shop. It was a large restaurant that holds a large amount of people. Now my fish was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I asked for it to be fried extra crispy and I must say it was delicious. So this was a pickup because the Grubhub and DoorDash app had no way of letting me choose the side dishes I wanted. A 20-piece wing is just $19. The wings are a little on the smaller side, but each wing is both pieces: the drum & the flat!!! I was impressed by this. They were also cooked perfectly. So juicy and definitely fresh. The only downside is that ranch/blue cheese isn't included in the price so we had to purchase those separately for .75 each. They remind me of Skrimp Shack. The onion rings, my husband said they taste like they were frozen from the store so he didn't really care for them, but that doesn't mean you wouldn't. The carrot cake, he really enjoyed. He said the cream cheese icing was good and not too sweet. I wish I would've gotten pictures but I'll update them tomorrow because we plan to revisit again. But sometimes they fall short. For example I prefer my chicken well done and only wings. I have noticed that if I call ahead and pick up in person my chicken is done to perfection, but if I order on doordash not so much. Sometimes when I use DoorDash they will send me all sorts of chicken parts that I don't eat (I only eat wings) and the chicken is not fried as well as I like.
