Oh Kokomo. Your breakfast places make me so darn happy. Frittatas was some much needed reapitenfrom the chaos that was the BMV. My son and I, fresh from a driver's license renewal that took about five million years, slide into our chairs and ordered biscuits and gravy (for the table) and two skillets; mine veggie and his meat lovers. I got pancakes and he got toast. We split them because both were delicious. The skillets were tasty and they give you any hot sauce you desire. The breakfast was out quick, the coffee was hot, and our waitress was wonderful. If you ever find yourself in Kokomo, find your way to Frittatas! read more

Frittatas Restaurant is a cozy, quaint restaurant that is perfect for comfort food. They offer an extensive menu of breakfast and lunch options, and the service was excellent--especially considering that the restaurant was completely full. There was a 45 minute wait, but it was definitely worth the wait. I also appreciated that we could wait in the covered patio area instead of being squeezed into the restaurant. I loved the chocolate chip pancakes--the portion size is HUGE, yet reasonably priced! The omelettes were also a big hit at my table; my dad customized his own omelette, but they also have some specialty omelettes on the menu. We had a fabulous experience here during a road trip north to Michigan. Grateful to find this locally adored spot on Yelp. It was popping during our visit and I can see why. I thoroughly enjoyed my almond French toast, scrambled eggs and hash browns. My breakfast mates all enjoyed theirs as well. Fabulous service to top it all off! This has been a regular breakfast spot for me since I moved to Kokomo. Friendly staff, pretty solid fare. The younger hostess/cashier is the one problem they have. Seating customers is a chore for her, having to make change for customers is just beneath her. Honestly, it's very seldom that I bother writing a review on here buttttttt...My SO brought me here for my birthday morning breakfast/lunch. I ended up getting one of their upside down Manhattans with a pork tenderloin. It was delicious! I love comfort food! It was still really good when I warmed it up for breakfast the next day. Also, the service was great! We didn't even have to ask for refills on our drinks, because our server basically read our minds and brought them out! I love when servers are observant! Stopped by Frittatas to grab a quick breakfast while passing through back to Michigan from Kentucky. My husband had the classic eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast. Just recently ate a Frittatas for the first time. Overall it was a pretty good experience. The menu is massive with plenty to choose from. We ordered a skillet, eggs Benedict, chefs potatoes and a side of pancakes. Pink ales were by far the best part. You just cannot beat diner pancakes and I stand by that comment! Eggs Benedict had great flavor, my English muffin was a bit more toasted than I would have liked, but that's my preference. I would definitely like to see more attention to detail with this place. The chef potatoes were headed in a good place but they had no crisp to the outside of them and the shredded cheese on top was not melted. Coffee was very weak and watery. I could tell that it was very busy . we went during brunch ours on a Sunday. It could just be that the lack of detail was missing because of the rush. It was certainly enough for me to come back and give it a go again. Just hoping for more flavors and better attention to detail next time around. read more

Sweet hometown atmosphere where everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly. It's as close to a New Jersey diner as I have found in Indiana. That's a compliment. Large varied menu. My big bugaboo is if someone can't cook eggs the eggs here are perfect no matter how you order them even poached. I can't tell you what's on the menu it's way too big. I hate breakfast. HATE breakfast. This place has converted me. The toasted almond french toast is AMAZING. The biscuits are the best you will ever have. The seasoning on the potatoes is great. The selection of hot sauces are impressive. We have never had a bad meal here! I wish the coffee was better, but I guess you can't have it all. Be warned: they serve their amazing biscuits with Country Crock and not butter. The wait is soooo long because the food is soooo good....it's definitely worth the wait! read more

The menu is what you'd expect for a breakfast house/diner, but you should consider the Frittata. Especially if you love omelette. It is a unique difference to the traditional omelette, more fluffy, more filling, and it seems healthier (I have no idea if it is). Regardless, try it and make your own! read more

Definitely in the top 10 breakfast places I have been. The servers are attentive and very pleasant. The Country Skillet was fantastic with 3eggs (one extra added) I could not have asked for it to be made any better. My lovely wife had the french toast platter which she enjoyed as well. The coffee was good not terribly strong nor weak. The cream of chicken soup was better then average and the cup was huge, glad I did not order a bowl. sunday morning, driving back to michigan from indianapolis, wanted to find a nice local place on the way. my partner found frittatas, and BOY am i glad she did. busy, but the hostess was flying from one end to the other keeping things moving, got us seated quickly and then checked back after a few minutes to make sure our server had checked in. and she had...jessica was absolutely fantastic. despite being super-busy, she was incredibly friendly, smiling all the while. she gave us a couple of recommendations, came back after just the right amount of time, and kept us in caffeine and friendly conversation. the food - greek frittata for me and a scramble-type thing for her, plus a chocolate-chip pancake to share - was good, solid fare. not earth-shattering, but just right. four stars for the food, and the fifth star for the service. a lovely sunday morning experience. read more
