Came in around 3 on a Sunday. The entrance was full of a huge group of at least 11. There was just one register assistant at first but soon another quickly helped out. We had 4 of us in our group. A decent size food order. I wanted to try the cod meal. It sounded really good and I always have good luck with Culvers. I really enjoyed it. You can get the meal with 2 sides and a biscuit. I got the coleslaw and cheese curds The meal arrived with a couple really decent sized pieces of fish. Lemon slices and tartar sauce is supplied for the fish and butter for the biscuit. It was a lot of food for me. I made it through the fish and shared my sides and biscuit. The fish tasted really good. Very lightly battered and it just melts in your mouth. I recommend This location did a good job with the rush. read more

I got sick from the chicken. Won't return. Plus I just really don't like the butter burger. It's greasy, drips everywhere, and just not satisfying for the price. If I ever go back it's only to get the pretzel bites. read more

Great service, nice people, very helpful. Food was fried to perfection. We had cod, curds, fries, shrimp, frozen custards and malts. The breading was so crispy and flavorful. Would love to eat more! Brother had the deluxe butter burger and he said it was just ok. It's easy to indulge in their deliciously rich frozen treats, they really have that recipe down. read more

Really nice service on the phone, but the food was embarrassingly and undeniably bad. The girl on the phone was helpful and nice when we placed our order, but when I got to the restaurant she was chatting with another employee with her back turned to the counter. The other server had to tap her shoulder to get her attention after he had called her name twice. There were two high school aged young men in the kitchen cooking and they botched our order, even though the receipt was clear on the additions we asked for. The onion rings were cold, though if they had been hot they would've been delicious, and some of the salad was growing mold on it because it had been in the fridge for so long and had gotten trapped underneath the plastic seal of the container. It's never fun to post a negative review, but I hope this one helps you choose a different restaurant than this deceptively clean and nice looking place. I will not be going to any of these restaurants ever again. read more

My husband got food to go for our family last night. His entire drive thru experience took merl half an hour. Our burgers were incredibly over-cooked, crunchy meat. And I know butter burgers are gonna be greasy, but these were greasy on a whole other level. We've had good experiences and bad with different Culver's locations, but this was one of the worst. read more

Met my dad here for lunch. The staff here were great! Very polite, offered to dispose of our trays for us, and asked if there was anything else they could help us with. The food was decent for fast food. Got a butterburger with bacon and cheese curds. Forgot to get pictures but everything was good. read more

Let me tell ya, this trip to culvers was bogus. I'm just road trippin with some homies and we stopped here. we waited 50 minutes for 3 sandwiches and 2 fries. why only 2 fries you ask? cause after 50 minutes they decided that I did not deserve them and they did not give them to me. Never coming here again, dont even mind replying to me. read more

Culver's is a taste of Wisconsin in fast food version. They have pretty good burgers that don't have too much if a Fast food processed taste. Fries are pretty good, but the cheese curds are very awesome and not something you can always get at places. They also have very good frozen custard. They have many flavors and are not typical fast food ice cream/frozen custard. Very solid fast growing chain that will give you a taste of America's dairyland. read more

Great service. We had our big dog with us and they have a nice , clean patio to dine at and offered either water or a pup cup of ice cream for our dog. Butterburgers are fantastic. Clean restrooms and super nice kids taking orders and delivering the food. read more

My fiancée took a bite of her chicken sandwich and it badly burned her mouth. It was obviously not cooled properly and served too quickly after frying. My burger was also extremely hot but she is in terrible pain from the injury to her mouth. read more

I love buying the party packs of ice cream. I could always get any flavor I wanted however this particular Culver's won't do that. I wanted plain vanilla but they wouldn't fill a pint and include it in the party pack. It's quite a difference in price. 10.99 for 4 pints in the party pack and 4.39 if bought separately. 17.56 to have that 1 vanilla filled. Yikes. Thank goodness just passing through. Every other Culver's I have been to would have been more helpful. read more

We eat on Culver's Chicago to DSM regularly but will never stop at this one again. My fish was literally dripping with grease even after soaking the bun. It was uneatable. The girl who took our order could not be understood even after askng her to repeat three times. I don't know if it was her orthodontia or what but she spoke too fast and soft to understand. Probably not the best position for her at the restaurant. This Culver's definitely does not live up to any other we have patronized. read more

For fast food, this place is tops. We eat here more than we probably should, but that's merely because there aren't many good options in town. I have tried a few items on the menu, from salad to chicken to burgers and have liked them all. Be sure to leave room for their creamy frozen custard. They also employ the friendliest staff I have experienced. Never a bad experience here. read more

I don't mind waiting for my food, but I'm not impressed with the amount of time it took for them to get me my very simple meal. I felt invisible. I was standing right get in front of them, with my number for my to go order and twice they walked right by me. With, unbeknownst to me at the time, my order. By which time, I had cold food and a melted sundae. Definitely not worth the stop and not up to culvers usual standards read more

My daughter and I just had lunch at the Newton location and we had a great time. Very fast service, the establishment is very clean (which is important to me), the food was great, the staff was very polite and efficient. Giving four stars for how they rectified a situation! Stopped around 9p for a couple burgers and fries. The "kitchen" was swarming with workers but we stood waiting for the take-out order over 10 minutes before reminding someone - who discovered that our burgers were in the bin ready to be bagged. Without thinking, we happily took the bag and didn't open it until we reached the hotel - 15 minutes later - only to find there were no fries inside. We were beyond hungry, so back we went for the fries. They graciously agreed to upsize the fries - and even give us an extra one for our inconvenience. So we resumed our waiting stance - this time for about 15 minutes. When we reminded the checkout gal about the fries, we heard some consternation in the back - no fries had been made and they were getting ready to close down. However, they scrambled to make a new batch of fries - just for us - and gave both of us a large custard cup while we waited! The workers were more than gracious throughout the situation. We left happy! read more

When you spend what Culver's charges for fast food, you would certainly expect the order to be correct. Time and again we go back thinking something will be different, and time and again we are disappointed. We had even gone as far as to request that they read the order back to us every single time. Apparently, you just can't teach some people what good customer service is. I would strongly suggest that if you intend to use the drive through, that you make sure you check your order before you drive of. read more

The custard was amazing and creamy! We were driving on the highway and it was easy to pull off too. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the cashier was helpless. He asked about our orders 4 times before he finally understood it and then he still messed it up, other than that it was great. read more

Idk why they call this a Taco Bell it's obviously a Dave n' Buster's. Anyways good service though my card wouldn't work so the worker gave me a new one and showed me her tits. We went in the back room and I sucked them a little but other then that it wasn't that fun. read more
