Hey it's me again, can't believe I fell for it again I figured 5 years would be enough time for them to clean up their act. WRONG! They forgot my turtle concrete mixer. Most would think this is a small issue, BUT when you get accused of stealing from them the last time you were here going back through the 15 cars once again! Is not very appealing or worth the sundae considering they took a photo of me and my phone number the last time they forgot my order. Now my cheese curds are cold because I feel obligated to tell the world how terrible this place is before I eat them. FYI the cheese curds are really good. See you in year 2030. read more

The food is always great. The service is top notch. It's always clean. My review is based on primarily on their willingness to go above and beyond. Tonight our Autistic non verbal toddler had accidentally dropped his comfort toy that he carries with him everywhere (bed, bath, car, literally everywhere). We hadn't realized until we were at home half an hour away. I called and asked if it had been found while I was driving back to check myself. The manager on duty was so kind when I explained why I needed to find it so badly. She had her staff search and it was found! It may sound like a minor thing that wasn't a big deal but this little character toy is a huge deal and very important to our son. I almost cried when the lady behind the counter handed it to me. They could have easily just swept it up and thrown it out but they didn't. I can't express enough how thankful I am they went above and beyond and made the effort to find this toy. A nice, newer Culver's off of 151. We stopped in for a Sunday night dinner in the last couple hours of a seven-hour drive. It was a great stop that wasn't too far off the highway, offered clean bathrooms, good air conditioning on a nearly 100-degree day, and the friendliest teens manning the registers. Food was served hot and fresh from the fryer/grill (it took a few minutes to get and was piping hot when delivered so it appears they were making items to order) and both our orders were correct. I got the chicken tenders kids meal and the tenders were good quality white meat. The fry portion was generous compared to some locations, and I had more than enough dipping sauce for the size of my meal. If you're in the western part of the state and need a quick and clean stop, Culver's is a good choice for pulling off. read more

I typically don't review chain restaurants because everyone pretty much knows what to expect but I do like to leave a review if I had an exceptionally good or exceptionally bad experience. I'm reviewing this Culver's location because I had a great experience! Everything was delicious but what really put my experience over the top was the service I received - the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful and they're really on top of things! I've eaten at multiple Culver's throughout the mid west and had excellent experiences until today. When I got to the window to pay the lady had me pull forward to wait for our food. I asked where do I park and she said in one of the spots on the right. I did in one of the spots she indicated and proceeded to wait. I began noticing cars that pulled in after me leaving with their orders. I understand that they may have had 1 or 2 items and that I ordered combos for 2 people. However when the 5 car after me left, I went inside. As I'm going inside to find out what happened, an employee starts talking to me and telling her coworkers to go outside and look at the "dark clouds in the sky ". When I asked the cashier about the food he stated he wasn't sure and that I should go back to my car and wait. He then leaves the counter as I'm trying to talk to him and goes in back. I go outside to find the person bringing out the orders. I'm greeted by the shift leader, and after telling him what happened he said sorry for the miss communication. I checked the food and found the fries luck warm and the milkshakes melted. As I tried to bring this to the attention of the shift lead he tells me "Have a good evening " and hurries back inside. At this point I'm very upset and I am about to go back inside when I see several people who appear to be employees looking up at the sky. I instead leave because obviously these employees are more concerned about clouds then they are customer service. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

I was very disappointed in my fish last night at Culvers. I ordered a one pc fish dinner which we all know is not cheap. When it arrived it was a very small flat pc of fish. It didn't even look like cod. Definitely NOT worth the price I paid. read more

Just thought it would be nice to let customers know to be sure and check your drive up orders before you pull away. I wouldn't even bother mentioning it, if it had happened once or twice, or even three or four times, BUT when it happens almost every time I go through the drive up at Platteville, it warrants mentioning. read more

Food was good but they messed up our order at the drive-through. Upon returning home, we discovered they forgot two orders of applesauce. We go there weekly, and last week gave us coleslaw instead of fries. read more

I can't believe I'm the first review of this place! I love Culver's. Each and every Culver's I've ever visited (and there have been a few) has friendly service and delicious, satisfying comfort food. I had the mushroom and swiss burger (pretty standard, much better than McDonald's but not quite Chili's level) and crisscut fries, which I love. If you've never tried frozen custard, this is the place to take the leap. Also, your life will be so much better once you've found Culver's deep fried cheese curds. read more

Cheese curds to die for, great burgers (for their class of restaurant), and the showstopping custard! I thought I was safe because I stopped here visiting the area, but now they are building one down south. I should just go ahead and schedule my coronary and gastric bypass now. read more
