We waited 40 minutes for our food before asking for a refund. Went in and there was only 5 workers and only one was cooking! After another 10 minutes of waiting on the manager to get a refund, we got the food for free. But still, not worth it. We had ordered all kinds of food all of which were awful! A quesadilla With nothing on it, a Mexican pizza drowned in sauce, and a bean burrito with only beans no sauce or cheese or anything! Just wow, ordered 5 items, and two were incorrect. The order took 25 minutes to prepare. In looking at the receipt after the fact, we noticed the manager rung it up wrong. The manager and another employee even took a very leisurely smoke break during our wait for the food! Just pathetic. read more

When I ordered they said it would be around a 20 minute wait for beef but that chicken was already ready. I got the chicken instead (which I did not want) just because it would be faster. When I got to the window I was told my total and it was very expensive for only getting 2 food items and a medium drink. It turns out I was charged extra for the chicken when I didn't even want it and they were out of the other option. In my opinion the chicken should not have been extra for those who chose it. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for the chicken which was supposed to be faster than the beef. Overall not at all happy with my experience tonight and won't be going back. read more

The worst KFC/ Taco bell I've ever seen, avoid at all cost unless you like cold food and getting food that you did not order.

Just went to this location because my girlfriend loves Taco Bell. We are from PA and let me tell you this Taco Bell was HORRIBLE compared to the ones back home. After spending nearly $10 on a crunch wrap supreme meal with a crunchy taco not only did the taco barely have anything in it, it was ice cold when we got home (we literally live walking distance - less than a min drive there.) On top of that the crunch wrap barely had anything besides cheese and sour cream. Almost no meat in the entire wrap or taco. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL WHATSOEVER. The drive-thru window also looks like it should be for wheelchair access you can barely reach it in a truck. I'd rather drive 30 miles to the nearest location then ever go back to this one. Management should be sorely disappointed. read more

Taco Bell / KFC - Fast Food Near Me - Platteville, Wisconsin

This seems to be a KFC that the owners decided to expand into a Taco Bell to increase business. They were pretty slow - quite possibly the slowest Taco bell I have visited. The food was as good as any other location the fault here (besides them being very slow) is that they don't seem to have the full Taco Bell Menu. If you ask questions about a menu item or what it comes with their answer is hard to understand or they just point to the menu. So to sum it up since it's the only KFC place nearby I'll continue going, but if I want Taco Bell I'll go to the one about a half mile south for better service, and fresher food. Its clean but came in late last night wanted 20 piece hot wings they told me it would take 10+ min, they looked disappointed when I said ok I'll wait. But the girls offered conversation and a free drink for the wait..... I'll be back Ha Ha...why not??? read more

I walked into this store with high expectations of a 5 star cuisine meal exploding on my taste buds but was only met with a much more grim reality. I ordered their Cinnabon delights and rushed home to enjoy them in the pleasure of my own threshold. I bit into the first one expecting a rushing explosion of sugary cream in my mouth but was met with only a dry bite of bread. Shaking off my clear astonishment I plunged into the bag hoping to not be met with such dissatisfaction again......I have never been more wrong in my life. Each of the remaining 3 Cinnabon delights were more dry than the last. I can only compare this visit to how I felt after watching Marley and Me.......just wondering how some cruel human could even think to do this to someone. read more
