My daughter is allergic to peanuts and there have been times that they've gotten sloppy by getting peanut butter cup in her sundaes. She doesn't get custard anymore. Absolutely terrible experience. Brittany gave some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My friends and I walked in smiling, being polite, and treating her with respect, but she immediately had a rude, dismissive attitude for no reason. She acted like helping customers was an inconvenience and made us feel completely unwelcome. It's one thing to have a bad day, but it's another to take it out on customers who have done absolutely nothing wrong. The way she spoke to us was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I was honestly shocked that someone representing Culver's would treat people this way. If Brittany doesn't want to work with customers, she shouldn't be in customer service. One employee's attitude completely ruined our visit, and because of this experience, I'll seriously think twice before coming back. Ok, I know better than to come here. But my brother wanted custard. This location really raised their prices - over $3 for a scoop. My complaint is that they raised the price and the scoops keep getting smaller. They charge almost 50 cents more than Apple Valley and Rosemount's scoops are just a little over 1/2 the size of the Apple Valley scoops. Avoid this location, there are much better Culver's. The customer service is poor too. When I mentioned that there was hardly any custard in the cup, the kid said that is the correct size. read more

Very fast service. Friendly workers, outside looks clean. Decided to order via drive thru and was impressed that 3-4 cars were ahead of me. Very slow service in the drive thru. We got 2 kids meals and a salad. We ordered our food - they gave us the frozen custard right away then we waited 10 minutes. By the time we got the food the custard was half melted. We saw people come in and leave while we were waiting for our food. I should know better than to come here. I spent $48 on food for my family of 5. Got home to find out there were NO fries. We were shorted 5 fries. I called the store immediately and the spoke with "the store manager" ? Marabelle. I told her my frustration of being shorted with kids busy sports schedules. She said I could come back to get them, but time did not allow immediately. She did not even apologize. My husband went back 30 min later and she only gave him $ back for 5 fries that they forgot. No apology!! What a joke!! On top of this is in the chicken strip basket 2 pieces were nuggets- NOT strips. When brought to her attention manager... she laughed and said "that happens sometimes"...I'm sure it does with to-go orders!! What an inconvenience and waste of time and money. My husband and kids and I go to this Culvers location regularly. On a usual day, everything is pretty good. Quick order taking, never waiting longer than 10 minutes for our food. Then Rosemount Elementary School participated in their fund raise night where staff from RES delivered orders to customers from the Culvers workers. This happened on Tuesday, November 19. We walked in at about 5:22pm. Stood in line about 10 minutes. Fast forward to 6:30pm, I took the kids to McDonalds to get food, took less than 10 minutes while my husband was waiting at Culvers for our food still. I called him from the parking lot and told him to come out to the car and eat and I was asking for a refund. I went in and said we've been waiting an hour and I'm not angry. I just want my money back - a family of four was $27 and change. We had no receipt, just a order number so the worker had to take my order again and process a refund. We learned by standing in the lobby so long that the Culvers team worked only the drive through food orders while we all stood around, all dine in food orders were not getting worked for the 30-40 minutes plus that we waited around. Food didn't go out to dine in customers for at least one hour while the drive thru got served quickly. Clearly a flaw that the team should know how to deal with. On another visit a peanut made it into my husband's custard and he is allergic to peanuts which he disclosed. It had to have been pure laziness to get a peanut into his custard. My review would have been a 5, but the way they handled a busy night was awful and there is no excuse. This is not the first busy night, nor it will be the last. read more

This Culver's always disappoints. Tonight I have been sitting for over 25 min where the staff seems to have lost at least 3 cars orders. Not a single staff person has approached to inform us how much longer we will have to wait for our food. Every time I come to this location there seems to be an error with my order. Seems this location has gone down hill from the time they opened. Have only visited a handful of times but every time have waited over 10-15mins in drive thru and dining in. And have had missing food 2x in drive thru. Would think I would have learned to check before driving off. The customer service is below par, a majority are teens who need to really learn what customer service is. This location needs to take pointer from the Culvers in Apple Valley. On Saturday August 6th my wife and I brought our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter to this restaurant. As we sat down we noticed four or five teens dribbling a basketball, swearing and disrupting the workers. We also noticed one worker, named Noah, who was supplying them with free ice cream. Finally when they left a huge mess at one booth and moved to another, one of the workers asked them if they'd pick up their mess. They started swearing at her. That's when I found a manager who kicked them out. Noah, the worker supplying them with free food started getting mouthy with me. When my wife asked for his name he said "Why you going to tell my mother?!!" I found another manager who said he'd "have a conversation with him" and we left. I contacted Culver's customer service and filed a complaint requesting a phone call. Nothing yet after 8 days. This isn't the first time customers have had to deal with rowdy groups of kids in this store. Management needs to limit the group size without an adult. I could tell that the cashier taking my order was annoyed because I had to order two meals and a shake and a concrete mixer. He also messed up my order as well. This year I happened to be in Rosemount,Mn, far away from my love, but decided to go to the local Culver's on my own. Tried the Walleye sandwich today that the billboard outside brags about. This sandwich was one of the worst things I have ever wasted my money on. It was mostly bun, with a fish-shaped chunk of greasy breading, and very little fish in it. It was like eating a bunch of fish flavored grease and bread.
