The giant crust bubbles and "burnt" crusts tend to steer us away from brick oven pizzerias. So it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy our experience and our food on our night out!!

Cary Brooks passsed away about six years ago but the business he founded in the 70s lives on. I stopped in this afternoon while passing through Salina and found Brooks Liquor to be clean and well-stocked with competively-priced merchandise and a helpful, friendly staff. Cary would be proud.
