I called this company shortly before we left on a trip by car back east .. I asked them if they…read morespecifically had steel guitar parts for an EMMONS steel .. They said they did and I told them which parts I needed. They assured me they knew which parts I needed and told me they had the parts in stock. I told them when I would be in to pickup the parts. When I got there, they didn't remember me calling and they said they did not know which parts I needed. I took a picture of the parts needed with my phone. In showing it to the employees/proprietors, one of them said,"Oh, I know which parts they are. They bagged them up for me and when I was presented the bill, It was well over $ 75.00 which was over-priced. I paid just get out of there. When we arrived home 4 weeks later, I found that none of the parts were right. I called them and they said at first, no refunds until I mentioned contacting the State Atty General .. I had previously sent the parts back to them. They said they would refund my money excepting the shipping charges. I said that would be fine .. When I received the refund check, they also sent one of the more expensive parts back to me. I have it hanging on my wall. I do not recommend this business to anyone. They are dishonest and treated me very unfairly and ripped me off. That spoiled our love for Tennessee. Buyer beware!
