I love her and her easy of making you feel like you just stopped in to visit with a friend. She is so caring. Cons: it can be difficult to get an appt with her and not her practitioners. Communication is frustrating , often taking several calls just to never get the message relayed accurately. I wish there was a way to email a message to the office so the phone tag game could be resolved. Other than that. I love Dr Tedder and her office.

Dr. Joshua Clark-Fuqua really went out of his way to provide individualized care, and I never felt like just another appointment on the schedule. He took extra time to address all of my concerns, and he offered referrals with both personal and professional insight so I had options that actually made sense for my situation. He's very personable and easy to talk to, and he never talks down to you. I've learned over the years that the best physicians understand that communication goes both ways, and he really creates an environment where you feel comfortable advocating for yourself and having honest conversations about your health. As a gay man in the South, finding a doctor who is respectful and understanding of my experiences isn't always easy, but I felt completely comfortable and never felt judged or self-conscious. That makes a huge difference when you're trusting someone with your health and need to be able to communicate openly. I highly recommend Josh. And honestly, I look forward to the day I'm no longer his patient - because I'd gladly buy him a drink just to chat. He seems like a genuinely good human being, and that's not something you can say about every doctor.

Sunday morning....Harriman, TN the walk in clinic opened at 930. got there at 940 and walked…read morein. No one in the waiting area.....a couple of staff were leaning up against the counters in the back. Did you have an appointment? No...you advertise yourself as a walk in clinic. Well,.....we can't see you until 230pm. Bye...... Guess I will have to call my doctor and see him tomorrow at his office.

They claim they must have my social security number to file my insurance. I have had 5 claims filed…read moreby other providers in the last 3 months without my SS number, and all were paid. I called BC/BS and they confirmed SS not required. My member number, DOB & name is all they need. I was told they would mail me the bill and I could file it myself because THEIR new system does not allow filing W/O SS#. Also, when I arrived at the appointment they claimed they had called me and left messages that they cancelled my appt, There were no missed calls on my cell. No messges. And I was getting emails and texts reminding me of the time. I looked at the web site while still there and hit the "check in" online, and suddenly they were able to see me after all. It looked like they had attempted to cancel online 15 minutes before my appointment. So - no. I do not recommend this practice AT ALL.

I asked to schedule an appointment with a particular doctor on a Tuesday after 12 pm because that weekday fits our family's work schedule. I was told that doctor doesn't work on Tuesdays--no problem, perfectly understandable. It's a simple, routine appointment, nothing complicated. I told them we would be willing to see any practitioner in the office, was told that wasn't possible, we had to see the same doctor we had last time. No doctor or NP in that office works on Tuesdays? Why can't we switch providers? Maybe there were no appointments open on Tuesday in the foreseeable future?--also perfectly understandable, but not what was communicated. They didn't seem to check when the next available Tuesday was nor try to accommodate our work-schedule at all. I wish our schedules allowed us the freedom and flexibility to just come in whenever. :(

I can now after my 6 weeks there do almost anything. I am waiting for my Doctor to say when I can finally kneel down on my new knee. The therapy area is also in the same building as the Fitness center so they will take you over there and help you with any machines your Doctor may want you to use during your Recovery.
