The staff is always friendly, polite, and welcoming, which makes a difference when you're a regular customer. I appreciate having a gas station that I can count on for a quick, easy, and pleasant experience every time I stop. Whether I'm just filling up or running in for something, I've always had a positive experience here. Definitely my preferred Shell and a place I'll continue coming back to. Five stars! The pumps weren't the dirtiest I've seen, but they certainly weren't the cleanest either. There was dust and dirt around the pump area, and the pavement was heavily stained. Again, it's a gas station, so some wear and tear is expected, but the pump area could definitely use a good cleaning. There was also an issue today where none of the pumps were accepting payment at the pump, so everyone had to go inside to pay. It wasn't the end of the world, but it was definitely inconvenient when you're trying to quickly get gas. The employee working the register wasn't particularly friendly either. He took my payment, but there wasn't much interaction beyond that and no real effort to provide a pleasant customer-service experience. It clearly seems to me as though the ownership is trying to save some $$ and screw over their customers by closing the touchless wash whenever they feel convenient, so much for "24/7". At least half the time I drive all the way there there's cones blocking off the entrance. One would think that with all this money we're paying them making they could at least make their shit work.
