A bit more spacious, a bit more well lit, and a bit cleaner than one would normally expect - this place starts out above par but add the beer and wine license and it definitely pushes it well above convenience store mediocrity. You won't be wowed by anything in here - there is nothing too unusual or exceptional, however it is large enough to offer a bit of a wider selection. No one is very friendly here however service certainly isn't rude or poor, and while you may be able to count on some cross-eyed looks from Keno patrons, it never extends to the point of feeling uncomfortable. And the prices are pretty much fair market. Yes, your Lean Cuisine and Ben & Jerry's may cost you more than they would at Stop & Shop, but not exorbitantly so. And who expects big-box prices from a corner store? All in all, I am happy to have a place where I can leave my kitchen and be contentedly back there with some last-minute cream for coffee, milk for cereal, or wine for dinner all in under ten minutes and twenty bucks. Better still that it's coming from a clean, safe, small neighborhood business.

EZ Mart sits on Washington Street (Route 53), at the intersection of Mutton Lane, and is a great option for any 'convenient' type of product. The EZ Mart is a large store, conveniently open 24 hours, with all the normal stuff and more. They have a large variety of chips, crackers, snacks, candy, soda, drinks, ice cream, italian ice, newspapers, the Lottery, and a large variety of even household items ranging from paper towels to laundry detergent, and even dog food. The store is quite large and is vast in comparison to other places. The guy working was nice and the store is dead frequently (being that there is at least five other convenience stores within this section of Washington Street). Definitely a good option for any "convenience store" sort of item for 4 stars.

The protein sections, Whole Foods packages looked very clean and fresh. We took a stroll over to the bakery section and the mango mousse cake caught our eye. I've never actually had whole food cakes but the lady working the baking section was super nice and honest when we asked her questions on the baked goods! Ended up grabbing the cake, cheese danishes, and a bunch of yogurts, chia seeds, and other tidbits.

I was hoping to find their 365 brand organic pink coconut water here but they didn't have it the day I visited & only had the Harmless Harvest brand. They have a wide wide array of frozen and prepared foods. They have ready to eat foods like salad, salads, and entrées, sandwiches, burritos, and more. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. The prices are good, not too high. Some of their foods may be slightly higher than a traditional grocery store, but the quality is far superior I believe. The downside with Trader Joe's is that it is always crowded in the spaces seem to be smaller than some of the other grocery store establishments. I actually enjoy shopping at Trader Joe's because I feel as though I'm getting really nutritious options and a wide array of them. Among the foods that I would recommend there are their ready-made salads because we don't often have time to make our meals the next day for when we go to work. They also have a variety of frozen soups, which are terrific. They have organic tomato roasted red pepper soup, lobster bisque, (my daughter's favorite), tomato feta (one of my favorites), and lemonade chicken orzo!
