My wife went into this store to get some snacks because her blood sugar was dropping really low. She has diabetes and was really really low. She accidentally knocked her drink on the counter due to the shaking, the people working there laughed in her face, called her a stupid f*cking b*tch and yelled at her to get a new one "because she obviously has none left" It was the worse experience i've ever had at a cumberland farms. I wish we went to a different gas station. We won't be back. read more

This is a fairly large store which is constantly busy. I stopped here for gas, because they are priced competitively. As a NY'er, I also appreciated that I didn't have to deal here with Members/Non-Members pricing - one price for everyone, cash or credit. A couple of pumps were not working today, which made navigating through the lot a bit more challenging, but no problems otherwise. read more

Mmmmmmmm for a quick coffee and snacks. Gas app and rewards for buying gas at a discount is great too.

The service is super super slow. Broken pumps. Receipts aren't in pump. So annoying. It's like the help don't even care.

As always my favorite gas station comes in clutch. I love the chicken roller and the 1$ drinks. Always have a stock of items and gas is usually par for the course. I've only been to 1 were I've had to bad review. People were great and prices are always good. read more

Stood in line while the cashier messed up the lottery order of the woman in front of me. The best part was the cashier was noshing on an apple, and trying to do everything with one hand.......talking with her mouth full of apple. It was a testament to what is happening on Cape Cod these days. I had gone in to grab a fountain soda. I filled my cup with ice and tried to get a soda, but most of the choices were blinking, so I went over to grab a bottle of soda, and got in line. Stood ten minutes watching the confusion around this poor woman's lottery order. Finally, it was my turn, and apple-crunching woman charged me .25 for the cup that I was unable to fill! Screw that!! Put an OUT OF ORDER sign up before folks ice up a cup! I was ready to pay double for a bottled soda. Throw the cup of ice in considering you're inconveniencing me and causing me to pay double!! read more

I understand that this is the Cumberland Farms that has the highest volume of sales. I kind of believe it given that have shopping carts! Stopped here several times, but today ordered two excellent pizzas... To go. Service and cleanliness are on par with most Cumbys I've gone to. I definitely make this my go to stop weather coming or leaving the Cape. read more

I'm basing this on the fact that they never have printer paper at the pumps. For us business people that rely on receipts for gas, this is so annoying. I'd say I have to go inside at least 9 out of 10 times for a receipt. Unacceptable! Otherwise the store is very clean and the staff is ok read more

It's there when you need it - and we happened to need it. Cumberland farms is kinda like one of those "seen one, you've seen them all" chains. This one is decently clean and well stocked with average-joe type employees. We needed a few items, so I was glad they were open. read more

Since it is one of the few gas stations open past midnight that have coffee, I stop here every once in a while when I pass through. I have to say, their employees are typically too busy talking to each other to notice that they're ringing you up, and when you try and ask for help, they treat you like the world's biggest inconvenience. The bathroom smell gross and are rarely clean, and their coffee area is more often than not completely destroyed and ill stocked. Cumberland's tobacco products are almost double the price of the Shell's as well... I like their products and their food selection is usually on point, but the employees really have me not coming back and choosing the Shell across the street instead. read more

I hope whoever owns this Cumbies reads their Yelp. I stop every morning for a coffee and snacks and everyday the young people who work their are complaining about each other and customers. Today, there were no breakfast sandwiches available, so I asked the staff person making sandwiches to heat one up for me. I guess this person thought they were working in a protected bubble because I stood listening to complainants about how heating my sandwich interrupted the staff persons inability to get anything done. A couple of days ago, I was also waiting for a sandwich (apparently keeping the sandwich tray full at breakfast time is beyond the staffs abilities) and the younger staff was chastising another staff member, who stopped ringing customers up to inform the staff people they could be heard talking about him. Even when caught they tried to play it off but take it from me, they were talking negatively. Walking into this store is like walking the halls of a high school. The staff (which is primarily teens) complains about having to stick Shelve, serve customers, and do their job. Cumberland farms needs to hire a manager and force the staff to understand CUSTOMER SERVICE, which means smiling and not being nasty, to each other and customers. read more

This Cumberland Farms has been renovated since that last time I shopped there, and the store is very clean and organized. The employees are very nice as well. As for the products they stock, it's all the same stuff that other convenience stores have. They've got chips, soda, candy, coffee, sandwiches and more. Anything you need when you're out and about, they've probably got it. read more

Have always gone here for my iced coffee, Cumby's brand is the best. But I also get lunch here, gas here, RedBox movies....on & on, right? Well, here's the best part: stopped in for coffee Thursday & somehow managed to drop my debit card & insurance card out of my wallet, on the floor & when I called to see if maybe it had been turned in? YES!! Someone had been honest enough & kind enough to leave my effects with the staff; I really have to thank Tove, Cumby's best employee. She recognized my name on the phone & said, "yes, we have your card & papers right here in the safe". Can't thank them enough for the headache they relieved. Tove....you're the BEST!! SLOW SERVICE. I love the coffee station! However the ice tea has had weird glomps of things in it Ewww. We always end up waiting in a huge line as one particular cashier is uber slow because he always seems to be checking his phone. He asked if there was anything else, I asked for a quick pick powerball ticket he looked up from his phone and said what? It's super convenient, clean, and cheap so I will be back but I hope that cashier puts his phone down or is told to put it away. read more

.99 for a large coffee can't beat it. My only issue is every time I go to get a blueberry scone with my coffee they are always out. Doesn't matter if I am there at 8:30 am. What's the deal? Same issue at the Chatham and Eastham locations. Why don't they order more! read more
