I love the ability to go in and choose one of each flavor or a couple of each flavor. It's helped me discover new favorites or even figure out the types I don't like without having to suffer through an entire box of them. I need to comment on the customer service. This place truly does have the customer in mind. If you don't see a flavor you expected, don't hesitate to ask the staff. They will either help you find the flavor, or if it is gone, they will check to see if they have it somewhere in the store or even in the back. Finally, the pricing is better than buying K-Cups in regular retail stores and on par with buying online (but without having to wait).

As a retail manager myself who runs an operation much larger than this I can honestly say that that type of customer service was severely lacking . These kids really need to be trained better . Secondly, their gas prices are pretty reasonable, especially compared to the other gas stations in Walpole. It's not a bad option for filling up. Lastly, their Service staff are friendly and professional, and they do a nice job of keeping the shop clean and well maintained. The coffee is always fresh and hot; that's half the battle for me!

I asked the employee and he said management was aware and it's been a problem for a while. This location needs to update the pumps to use a touch pad like every other station in the area. I used to spend $200 a month here on gas but have found a more consistent station. I still stop here for coffee etc but it stinks that the pumps don't work and the management does not consider it an issue. Me management may be the answer, Cumberland Farms is losing a ton on gas money.
