This is a particularly nice Starbucks at the FAR corner of a huge shopping plaza. It is tucked away so much so that it feels like the perfect place to take a break. There are even tables outside on the side that feel like you are in someones backyard! Staff was very nice and bathroom clean. They were training a new kid on the register and her got my order wrong, had to throw it out, too much sugar...oh well. And yes, I could have gone back and asked them to fix it, but at that point there was a long line, and we needed to get going. Otherwise, great! read more

This was my favorite Starbucks EVER!!! I'm from New York but was working in Westwood for about 2 months a few stores over. The staff was actually so nice, so fast and I'd always come in with about ten orders from my coworkers and they never once acted bothered or stressed. I went in one day and ordered but had to get back to work ASAP for an emergency so I said I'd be back in a bit to pick up my coffee. A few mins later a worker walked into my job and delivered it to me. A++ I'm back in New York now, with a Starbucks on pretty much every corner, but none can compare! read more

Quiet place with quite a few seats. Clean and fast when there is a line. The people working there are pleasant. The quality is Starbucks. Personally I don't think the quality of the coffee at Starbucks is 5 stars but the environment and I guess the fact that they are everywhere helps. I say that because drinking coffee for someone like me that lived in Greece for 15 years is a lot about the experience. A place to hang out and talk with friends while drinking coffee and this Starbucks has that. Not my favorite Starbucks because there are a few amazing ones, but this is convenient on the plaza at Westwood. read more

I love my neighborhood Starbucks! They closed in March for the stay at home order and reopened today! I did mobile ordering. Process was seamless. They sidewalk is taped for people to practice social distancing. You don't need to walk in the store at all, so you avoiding touching anything aside from your drink! They ran out of nitro cold brew and substituted for regular. I wasn't phased by it at all and the manager immediately apologized and handed me a gift card. I was surprised by the gesture but thankful. I'm looking forward to the day it reopens and I can go back in and sit at the tables with a friend or to work. Prior to closing for a little over a month, the store was always clean and staff always had a smile on their face! read more

Probably one of the BEST Starbucks I've encountered. Very clean, the staff is so extremely friendly -and they make the drinks probably the best I've ever had ...considering they all have the book that shows them how to make each drink - these employees are superheroes because they have it memorized I think to a T to get the drinks out so quickly and correct and most importantly of all - tasting wonderfully! Props to this Starbucks. Even though the chain on a whole I don't like -they do have me addicted to some of their drinks ;). read more

I was hoping to hang out and do some work before an appointment, but I couldn't. The music was so awful! Here were the lyrics: "all I really want to know, is how I got all this way on my own ". I just went to Starbucks and I was very disappointed on there service. The barista named Heather was very rude. My friend was 0.08 cents and she told her to go away. She also told her to go get her mommy and ask her for more money. She told her co workers that she didn't have enough money because she was a getto black little girl. I lended her 0.08 cents and she got her drink. As she payed Heather said, " Your mommy gave you money?" My friend loved the drink but the service was so bad and extremely rude. Heather also kept the line super long by stalling so that my friend did not have to go. She also gave her looks up and down and smirked. She was not friendly and super disrespectful and rude. I love Starbucks but this worker is very rude and I hope that she is fired. read more

Every single one of the employees are super kind and they are all quick and get your order right and are just generally there to make sure you have a good day. This is one of the worst Starbucks I think I've been too everything I order either my order is wrong or it takes forever. The other day I used the mobile order I work about 10 mins away I ordered a coffee before I left work drove to this location. Two people working both slow as molasses the girl behind the counter her pants were almost falling off it was revolting I told them I was there for a Mobile order they said ok "we've received your order we will inform you when it's ready" then I proceed to wait another 15 to 20 mins for my coffee! Sent my daughter in at 6:45pm today (May 28, 2022) to give me decaf. The manager was horrific. She stated there was only the clover machine. My daughter had worked at Starbucks before and was looking right at their pour-over machine. She asked them to do a pour over. The manager told her she was annoying and didn't want to do the pour over. In the mean time my daughter was texting me all this while I was in the car. And did I say that my daughter looks like she is 16? Eventually they did the pour over. My daughter comes out and they neglected to add my cream and Splenda. Asking for a decaf at a coffee shop - service industry should not be met with abuse. I went into the store myself and when they saw I was an adult, they started apologizing.....a day late and a dollar short. Because a young girl comes into the shop, that doesn't warrant service and respect? This tall, short black haired girl with glasses should not be working there. I love this Starbucks. It recently opened on University Ave in Westwood. I love how there is no waiting. But I am sure that once construction is completed on University Ave. it will get busier. But for now I will enjoy the one on one customer service with the Barista. Cheers! read more

Nice Starbucks, but there's only one problem. It's really difficult to find. I have looked for it before and was unable to find it. Finally I decided to ask a cashier at HomeGoods and they pointed it out. It's tucked way in the corner of a side parking lot. This location is great, but poor signage is costing them a lot of business. Add a sign at the front corner of the parking lot so your customers can find you! read more

Cute location. Just opened recently. We usually go on Sunday mornings and never have a problem getting a seat. I hope that doesn't change after the wegmans and the apartments open. They are always well stocked. When they first opened they were kind of slow. But there is a learning curve and they've gotten better with time. read more

I love this coffee shop. It's very small and there's a restaurant in the same parking lot but there are usually just a few spots to be in and out. Every time I've been to this one they are efficient making my coffee and haven't once let me down. There are maybe 7 places to sit so it's on the tiny side but great to stop in with the attentive staff. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this location! The employees are awesome, the orders were being handed out fast to every customer. Everything was a breeze and the environment inside the store was very inviting. I have been coming in every morning for the past year and I have never had one issue with them. Sometimes they make mistakes and they are very fast to right their wrong either by giving me one of those recovery cards or by refunding me. They all know me so well now that they now seem like they are my extended family! All the employees make it their mission to get to know each customer that comes in no matter if they are first time customers or customers that have been coming in forever like me! I strongly recommend this store more than the store across town. The 109 store has terrible parking, the employees are nice but slow. The manager is not as warm as the manager at University Station. The store itself isn't very welcoming despite having been renovated last year. read more
