Friends, family, delivery drivers, innocent bystanders... all are viewed with varying levels of suspicion. But for some reason, he likes Milton. He actually hangs around when Milton is here instead of disappearing into witness protection. Honestly, that's probably the strongest endorsement I can give. Milton is knowledgeable, kind, patient, reliable, and quite the character. He's the kind of person who can fix almost anything while keeping you entertained with stories and conversation. At this point, he's done so much work for us that I couldn't possibly list it all. He's replaced interior doors and door knobs, installed ceiling fans, replaced a water heater, mounted TVs and magically hid all the wires, hung those annoying barn doors that looked simple on Pinterest but definitely weren't, and tackled countless other projects around our home. No matter the job, Milton shows up with a great attitude, does quality work, and somehow makes the whole process stress-free. We absolutely love Milton and are so glad we found him. Rasin came in and immediately put me at ease - offering his expert advice but ultimately making sure I got what I wanted. We exchanged renderings and notes for one day and that was the extent of the design process. Installation was quick and simple and it was exactly what I wanted! Keep in mind I did have to have an electrician involved to get the lights, tv and integrated fireplace all installed but he was very clear about that up front. I would absolutely recommend Rasin and plan to use him again in the near future!

Most places are in LA and MS and the shipping makes an already expensive order prohibitive. I was thrilled to find a local source. The owner, Mike, is very accommodating and will mill you almost any kind of molding you need to finish the job. He also has long lengths of cypress so I was able to span a 12 foot wide ceiling with no butt joints. And, finally, the prices are very reasonable.
