Ok they now have our money from when we applied for this apartment and they still haven't returned it like they said they would......what a mess....now they say it's can take another 2-3 weeks......don't apply to move into this complex unless you have A1perfect credit they are not afraid to keep it as long as they want!!!! Unfortunately, I am still here after 10 years and it is still crappy. Carter Haston is the very worst management company EVER. The maintenance sucks and they do not respect and respond to urgent messages left. It has be 80 degrees in my apartment since Friday , August 1. My ac doesn't work and I have left two messages and servic requests and there have been no responsea!!!!! this is unacceptable!! And this isn't the first time this has happened. I had to beg to finally get my air conditioner replaced a few years ago. Nobody in the office calls back when messages are left also. There needs to be an emergency number to call that someone actually responds to. I am so fed up with this shit. I am moving, but don't anyone mve to here and they have the nerve to charge rent as high as much better places. Get out while you can if you are already here. Easily one of the best apartment complexes in Noblesville. The area is very dog friendly and convenient and numerous waste stations. I also enjoy the screened in patio/balcony they offer! The staff is extremely nice and clear communicators. Jerilyn was so helpful and everyone in the office is handling COVID-19 with care. read more

This place is so out of control with the people that work on their cars in the parking lots and the noise does not get addressed and there is mold in the apartments and the carpets are so nasty that they don't even replace them when you move in. Management and maintenance is awful they don't fix anything that is needed and management will throw a fit with you for everything because they think they know how to run a business well it sure doesn't look like it and they let all kinds of people in that place that don't know how to take care of their places and or property such as dog poop and other trash. Speaking of there is always trash issues and the dumpster look like a dump all the time and when you pay for trash valet you expect it to happen but it does not what so ever. I don't recommend this place at all if I can give a lower score that what it is I would and the apartments are so over priced for nothing for the kids and the quality of the apartment is not all that great either read more

The pot holes in the roads in the community just keep getting bigger and bigger and the management are not doing anything about them. The money the the community charges in rent should be more than enough to take care of the pot holes. I know they have been reported in the past and yet still they don't seem to care. read more

Lived here for two years. As with anything there were positives and negatives, unfortunately our experience as a lot of negative. Positives: *the staff was always friendly when you got ahold of them *it is a relatively quiet/calm area *they are currently doing work to make the outside areas look nicer/upgraded. Negatives: *phones and emails are often left unanswered so the only way to get anything done is by going into the office while they are open. *Plumbing issues galore...we moved in and had issues with our sink overflowing, then we had a water leak in our wall(more about that below), after we had more overflowing water coming from our upstairs neighbors apartment. *Water Leak handled VERY poorly, we reported a water leak to maintenance because there was an obvious stain on our wall they came and PAINTED OVER the stain and said there was no leak. Later we found the bottom of our pantry covered in mold from the leak. Due to the extent of the damages we were moved into the model apartment (with no working appliances) for over two weeks with no compensation or rent reduction. We did get new cabinets out of it so maybe they counted that as compensation. Upon moving back into the apartment, we IMMEDIATELY (like within the week first time doing dishes after coming back) had the sink not draining and a pipe under the sink break causing water to go all over the kitchen. I called the emergency line, someone came and "fixed" it and I came home to a still blocked sink and our upstairs neighbors water coming up into our sink and eventually all over the floor of our apartment (a repeat of what happened when we first moved in). I also had to be the one to go tell our upstairs neighbors that things were fixed after the office called them to ask if they could stop using their water while they figured things out, and I felt this was not the most professional thing to ask of tenants and the staff really should have been the ones to inform our neighbors. I understand things happen, but obviously these things have been not taken care of properly if they keep happening over and over again. So good luck to whoever ends up in this specific apartment. I suspect there is probably still mold inside the walls because I doubt maintenance actually did all of the work to make sure there wasn't mold from the problems we had after they "fixed" everything. We also had to contact them three months later to get them to come back and put the shelves and trim back in our pantry which they came back to do and still left some trim and an outlet cover unfinished. *Outdoor/Common areas: while we lived here the outside of the complex was not taken care of well we had an obvious abandoned vehicle in front of the mail boxes for months, the dog poop stations were often overflowing with trash and not stocked with bags, there was always dog poop everywhere and the dog park fence needed work. The gym equipment was often not working and the couple of times I tried to go to the pool it was unexpectedly closed and we would get an email later saying it had been closed. *Maintenance Scheduling: I have a dog that doesn't like people she doesn't know, so I had multiple places where it was requested that I get a phone call to schedule a time 24 hours in advance for any maintenance (I worked too far away to get home and put her in her kennel in the middle of the day) and it was such a pain because they always called wanting to come in right then or in the next hour. There has to be a way for maintenance to schedule times to make it easier on everyone. Overall I doubt this is the worst place you could choose, but it's also definitely not the best. read more

We were very impressed with our visit to CP. Veronique and Niki are friendly and helpful. They are in the midst of property team member changes. From what we hear (and experienced meeting the former PM), it is a good move on management's part. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and close to many preferred shops and restaurants. It's a short drive into the quaint downtown of Noblesville or to major interstates. If you are willing to live a bit further out, CP is a great option. read more

Most disorganized management I've ever dealt with. No one is on the same page at all. I was told one thing by two past office employees and upon move out was told something completely different and was surprise charged for something that a past employee had adjusted in their system. Don't trust anything anyone who works there says because it won't line up with the next employee. Their turnover rate is crazy as well, probably due to the disorganization. Prior employees assured me I was good to go for move out and all set on rent. Upon moveout, I was surprised to get charges I had been previously assured would not be an issue. Both people in the office I had dealt with while living there were gone by the time I moved out so they weren't there for the other management to check with on the charges. I only lived there for 9 months. Also don't be fooled if they don't charge you a deposit or pet fees when you clearly put them on your application. They'll make up for those later. Slimey. read more

DON'T DO IT! I have complained for FOUR MONTHS about how my neighbors are so loud it wakes my baby. They also leave their trash outside for days and all of the neighborhood kids leave their toys everywhere. The office has done nothing about it. I have complained at the very least 12 times. I resided at Cumberland for two years. I loved the area and my apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Appliances were low-end, and the dishwasher was worthless. Maintenance was quick to resolve most issues. The office staff constantly changes. Paul, the former manager was a lazy person. Other staff was attentive. However, I did have to call corporate to have certain issues resolved. It is a nice complex, but not perfect. read more

Been here 3 years would have moved last year but decided not to because I only had a year left in Indiana probably the worst idea I've made since moving here. The first year was awesome but since the new owners took over it's just been about how can we get more money out of you with less of the fun stuff they used to have like movie nights and chili cook offs. We drove an hour and a half from Fort Wayne for our appointment at 11am today. We showed up at 10:55am. Whoever the guy was that was working totally brushed us off, didn't apologize. Told us "Have a seat it'll be about 30 minutes". I have no interest in moving here anymore. Thanks for wasting our time and making us drive there just to be brushed off. I have been a resident now for about 6 months. The community is very clean, safe and quiet. I recommend this community to everyone I know who is looking for an affordable, nice apartment. As far as the staff is concerned, the property manager Paul, he's very rude and could careless about any problem you have, tells you he takes care of something, come to find out never does. Niki, the assistant property manager, she's awesome! She is very sweet. Any time I have a question, I always go to Niki. She is so great, very informed and extremely patient. She does everything she can to take care of any problem, you have. She goes above and beyond for the residents here. You can tell she really cares about the community here and that's what makes it even more great to live here! If anyone is ever interested in Cumberland Pointe, ask for Niki. read more

I have lived in this complex for over 3 years now and haven't one complaint. From day one, the girls in the office have been amazing. Niki has been there the longest during my stay and she is awesome. Service requests are handled within a day. The minute I walk in, she greets me and I'm treated like a neighbor. It feels like a real community. I've always felt very comfortable and able to walk into the office at any time and get whatever I need taken care of. I have recommended this complex to multiple people now and will continue to do so. It's clean, quiet, and in a perfect spot within the surrounding area. If you need a place to live in Hamilton County, this is definitely one of the places to be. read more

I was a resident at Cumberland Pointe apartments ,Noblesville for more than 2 years.I am writing this review to make heads up for current and future residents about the bad experience I had with the management team especially Veronique.I have to break my lease because of my sudden moving to a new place.After providing sixty day notice,and paying additional rent for two more months,I contacted Veronique(whom I handed over the notice),to get my final figures,if anything left behind .Surprisingly,she asked me to pay for two more months.When I visited the office to know the reason for extra payment ,she refused that I never provided a written notice to vacate.She had completely forgotten about that,and dumped her mistake on me.Wow,when I tried to remind her ,she was not ready to listen to me.She just stamped her foot,and left the office.How unprofessional it was?She completely forgot her ethics,how to behave with the customers.Meanwhile,Nikki came,listened to my situation,and resolved the issue.Thanks Nikki.After some days I again contacted the office,and now my written notice was sitting in my file,(which according to Veronique I never gave). Above all ,still she didn't realize that how rude and unethical her behavior was?She suppose to appologize for her behavior and mental harassment,she gave me.
