We have…read morehad the opportunity to create a happy home life, thanks in no small part to the Sunblest staff. Everyone who works here, from office to maintenance crew, have been wonderful. They are kind, professional, and courteous. They take care of maintenance issues promptly. Really, the best word to describe the Sunblest staff is kind. I asked a question on behalf of my mother, wanting to know what percentage of residents were elderly. They very politely said they could not answer, because it would violate HUD guidelines and housing laws. I was impressed that they were that honest, ethical, and professional. They were very accommodating when I had to move my elderly mother out of one of their apartments to the one we live in (also in Sunblest). They waived fees, recognizing that the move was best for her but might be a financial hardship. I have rarely seen this level of empathy out of a leasing office. While rent prices will no doubt rise as Fishers grows, please consider them! My wife, mother, and I could not be happier with them. Sunblest has the added advantage of having wonderfully diverse residents, and they offer many activities for all ages. I admire the way I have seen them treat children and pets on the property. You never feel like you are being a nuisance if you have a question or concern. My wife and I plan to stay at Sunblest for many years to come. You will find friendly neighbors, a great staff, wonderful facilities, and an overall happy and safe atmosphere. The fact that each neighbor I meet is usually smiling and enjoying life here says so much about this place. I know it may sound like I'm working for Sunblest (I wish), but I'm just a tenant. We feel genuinely cared about here, and that means more than I can put into words.

One day they tell me I'm scheduled for Friday, the next day they tell me the following Monday. I clarified multiple times and they told me I was set for Saturday, but I show up on time and nobody was at the office. I called and emailed but nobody answered, so I waited and nobody showed up. I finally get an email response today and they tell me that I was supposed to be informed of them having to reschedule, but I never received that communication. This office is so unorganized and I would not want to get an apartment at a place that can't even handle properly scheduling an appointment.

Now 747 does not have any onsite amenities but the apartment sits in such a prime location with literally the garage and all entertainment right outside your door. I also like that it has a parking garage. There sister property Edge35 just added a brand new gym which is free for the residents to us. I was able to tour 3 vacant units here and between the view and size you cant beat it! 305 is a studio but not your average studio, 781 sq ft!!! The patio space on this unit is spectacular, very large and semi private, oasis feel! Unit had a huge walk in closet and had washer/dryer in unit. 507 is a studio as well, same square footage but the view is higher up. Now the balcony is your standard size but you can oversee Mass ave. 306 is a one bedroom which is slightly smaller than the studio coming in at 756 sq ft. Now if you like more of defined spaces, this unit would work. You still get a huge walk in closet, washer/dryer in unit. Now this unit has a rooftop patio space which would be perfect for entertaining. Right off the patio you do have a gravel area which is shared by the surrounding unit. Now it does not have a view of Mass Ave but you do get a highway view. There is no leasing office here but you can reach anyone from the management/leasing team. With just a simple call, they can be reached. I was able to meet Alexis. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the community and gave a ton of ideas of where to eat and what do do. Almost forgot to mention that right outside your door you have Penn & Beech, Peace water Winery and FortyFive Degrees. Right across the street you have The Garage Food Hall and so much more!!

They have a parking garage you pay over…read more$100 a month to park in but the door has been broken for almost a full year and stuff gets stolen out of there all the time(my roommates car had a tracker we found that was put on while in the garage)... my bike got stolen out of the bike room and the staff just shook their head and basically said tough luck.... And now I had them hold a package for me and when I finally received it it was opened and cleaned out. They put back a sweater that looked like they found it on the streets and put it in the package to give to me... apparently they are looking into the cameras but it's been over two weeks and haven't heard anything. I would never move here if you are concidering it.

I was advised today that the buildings are vacuumed on Sunday and Wednesday. However, our building has only been vacuumed once in the 2 months we have lived here (and the last time was right after my husband's review). Now, I realize it is fall and leaves will be coming in the building (because I'm not an idiot), but the amount of leaves in our front entrance, up the two flights of stairs and gathering outside our apartment door is not from just the past 2 days. It has been accumulating since 8pm on September 15th (when they vacuumed last). They came in on September 17th to change the air filters (behind a locked door), but they did not clean up all the gathered dust and dirt. Since we aren't ''allowed'' in these rooms, shouldn't they be cleaned regularly as well? Given the amount of dust accumulated on the grate and bunched in the room (pictures provided), as well as all the dust and lint behind the dryer (which is a fire hazard...according to my father-who was the fire chief of Rochelle), the amount covering the bathroom fan vent and sprinklers throughout the apartment...there is no way this apartment was properly maintained before we moved in. Look at the amount of dirt and webbing accumulated on the lights outside our building. Today, I took 13 pictures of dog poop that varies from fresh to dried out. All of these pictures were taken along a paved path that should have been spotted by whomever is supposedly picking up the poop once a week. Considering the pile outside the leasing office (in front of the Future Tenant sign) taken on Thursday, September 26 and again today October 2 you would think the staff would be more mindful to showcase their property better. Now, I will mention the curtain issue again in my review because it still irks me that I alone was single out. I get the reasoning and have no problem having removed them. The thing that bothers me is that the other apartments don't have to follow the same guidelines as we were instructed. I get they don't want people to hangs things up because it could damage the wood, but you need to be consistent with your rules. Considering how the wood on my porch is rotten to the point there are gaps, I just have to hope it is more secure than I can see and the corner doesn't collapse. Judging by the repair job it appears to be fixed and painted over instead of taken care of...there's a decent amount of wood missing behind that paint. Also, there have been shady people hanging out in our parking lot the past several weeks. Three times there have been people meeting in our overflow lot that do not live in the surrounding buildings and tend to leave once they are noticed. One guy sat in his car all day and even went down by the water to take a bath. The front office has advised all tenants to call the police about situations like this or about all the pot smoking all over the property. I'm not going to call the police when this happens, because it would become obnoxious having the police here that much (and I'm not going to put myself in that sort of danger). Not to mention, do you really want the police at your complex all the time? Lastly, I realize how I sound. I'm intense because I want to live somewhere that is properly taken care of. However, considering I was advised that they do ground maintenance on a regular basis and I can verify with pictures and witnesses that they don't get done, it bothers me that the front office staff doesn't check their property all that much. If they do, then you can't suggest that I'm lying. Even if you think I am...the pictures don't. Trust me...I can start taking pictures daily to show. The…read morestaff here was really helpful, maintenance was fast in fixing problems, and the apartments are huge for the price. Excellent location close to restaurants, malls, and a movie theater. Close to 465 and grocery stores, banks, and schools. The pool is nice but I wish that it was not located in the center of the complex so that everyone can look out and see you in your bathing suit. The gym area is small, but rarely busy. Machines are fixed quickly when they do break down (which was not often when I lived there) and each machine had its own television. Overall, my favorite apartment complex in Indianapolis.

I've personally had multiple experiences with Charisse and Lilly in the main office and have not been disappointed once. They've always been kind to the 5 of us and have gotten back to us with any of our needs in lightening fast speed. The maintenance men are great here and very respectful and knowledgeable. Kimberly, the properties "Beautification Specialist" is always cheery when we see her on the property. Maintenance team was amazing and always provided quick service. Big fan of the dog park, and many waste baskets along the walking paths. Grateful to have been able to add on garages for each of us. They would plow during the snow and keep the pavements salted. Hallways at night would smell like trash and regulations for the trash valet were not strictly enforced. Hallway carpets were stained, but vacuumed regularly. The microwave and dishwasher both had to be replaced during our time, which they did quickly. Some additional move out fees for cleaning. All in all, we look back fondly and happily on our time at Satori Flats.

The maintenance crew does a fantastic job keeping the complex clean. I feel like they are always checking in to make sure that everything is running smoothly and kept in the absolute best of shape. Recently we had a package that was delivered to the wrong address. Jessica and Africa went above and beyond to make sure we were able to track it down. This hasn't been the only time they've helped as well. We absolutely could not have asked for a better apartment community to move to. The proximity to everything is fantastic and the trail around it has been awesome for a relaxing stroll or run. Our apartment is beautiful and more than enough space for the two of us and our cats.
