The center is one of the most beautiful man made creations I have seen in any city--with a blooming garden year round surrounded by a lake that reflects the colors of the trees and flowers. The architecture of the center is unique--when I first saw it--it took my breath. In addition to the clean facility, the staff are friendly, and even provide a well stocked coffee cafe with treats for anyone stopping by.
