However, fortunately, Michaels had the material that allowed us to take out hours worth of time! We spent a bit of time here and was able to get the materials that allowed us to cut hours out of this project. The store was really short on product though. Even though we found what we needed it was a hunt... there were empty places everywhere in here so we had to alter what we wanted due to our of stocks. Also there is no help in here... if you need help you are on an island here. We got what we needed in the end and that saved hours of work...

Even though all of this was frustrating the reason I am writing this review was because the woman who walked over just had an attitude about the whole situation and provided no solutions and was not helpful the least bit... She basically implied too bad. It just really blows my mind. The lack of customer service people have these days. I will definitely not be going back to this hobby lobby. What is even funnier? I've gotten frames, sketch books, canvas, paint, drawing pencils, pens, jewelry making, and yarn. Their selection of drawing items are pretty good. I've ordered online and done store pickup or curbside but I've ended up having to go inside the store to pick up the purchase after all which didn't take that long. I provided them with my name and that was it. They hold your items for a good while and curbside pickup daily stops at 6pm. If you are there after 6, you can still pick up your item, just go in the store. I've also had the pleasure of taking one of the classes held virtually.

I also like the sales people that work here. They're pretty helpful and if I don't know exactly what I'm looking for (which is more than half the time) they will guide me to the right aisle. We decided to try this place out first. We paid $80 for a squeegee art for my two daughters. Unfortunately, it looks like some paint was just smudged around. The class was two hours, and I was SHOCKED at how little guidance they received to make proper squeegee art. I think the lady must have had the girls just put a bunch of random paint colors anywhere on the paper and that's why the colors look awfully mixed, and it produced a horrid dark color. Sadly, we won't be doing a birthday party here or recommending this place to anyone.
