Very rude, they just sit there and eat instead of working. They made me drive almost an hour just to tell me they can't pull it right away, when they told me over the phone if I come they would pull it out.

The man literally only opened his mouth to tell me the total. When I have bought wiper blades at other locations, they would usually ask if I needed help with installation. This man didn't ask and when I asked if I could have help with installation, he looked annoyed. He then said he'll be out in a second to do it. I waited for 5 min and he finally came out with another worker deep in conversation. He almost broke my wiper trying to get the old blade off but stopped because he knew he was about to break it. The other guy didn't even attempt to help and tells me, "yeah, we can't do it because if we break your wiper, we have to pay to fix it. Take it somewhere else." Before I could even respond, the guy hands my the wiper blade pack and they walk off laughing. I ended up at another Advanced Auto Parts store and the guy there replaced my blade in less than a min. Terrible customer service and possibly a lack of training. I will never come here again and do not recommend anyone to. Not even for a car air freshener.

I entered the facility and was immediately hit by the smell of weed. Then, next my ears were assaulted by some seriously graphic rap music. Ok, so I am a middle aged woman but I'm not opposed to weed and rap, however not in a business. How unprofessional! Anyway, there were no customers there so I was able to head right to speak with a cashier. I told him what I needed and he said they could sell me a battery but they don't install them in the dark. That's fair. Luckily my car was able to start again, and I have no plans to return to this establishment if I can help it.

Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. Within minutes, the AutoZone employee brought out the requested items. I inquired about military discounts, and was surprised that was offered. I displayed my retired military identification card as proof. I absolutely loved the excellent customer service that AutoZone employee Jay J provided. Don't let the smell of cannabis in the air and the shopping patrons eyeing your car parts fool you…read more This is a great and well stocked Advance Auto Parts store within the Westside Shopping Ctr. It's located across the party mart. I arrived here on a foggy spring afternoon after my car battery died. Two strangers helped push start my car to get here, while another made the Google search to find this location. (Thank the car gods and universe. gah, and especially for kind people!) I worked with Randy at Advance Auto. He was really patient and accommodating, even though he sensed that I was stressed out. He let me park my car in front of the shop (which you're not usually allowed to do) as he completed a battery test and checked out the specs. The new battery was about $112-120 for a Mazda 6; and the transaction took no more than 25-30 minutes. Randy also helped change my battery and recycle the old one free of charge with the tools that he had on hand. While waiting for my car, we chatted with some of the employees on break. They were friendly + laid back and put us in a jovial mood despite the circumstances. (**The employees also recommended to keep car doors locked to be safe, even though everyone is nice here**) So glad this store exists!
