I am writing an updated review for a review I left this week. The manager after seeing my review…read morehas communicated very well with me to address my issues with items I purchased. Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. Thank you Chucks for following up and understanding our needs.

Apparently it's for my car but it's not. It's too goddamn big like I don't know why she didn't want me to buy those she refused to sell them to me, I don't blame the employee mostly the manager because she didn't want me to buy the other screw caps but these are way too big and it won't fit now I can't get a refund for this bullshit the other ones was going to fit idk why I WANT MY MONEY BACK

If I could give less than one star, I would. This place is a joke, and I will never go back. I…read morecalled ahead and asked if they would install a battery if I bought it from them. The answer, "Sure, no problem." Thinking it was my lucky day, I made the trip out, and went to the cashier. Maybe it was the cashier's first day, but there was little to no help forthcoming. We go through make, model and year. They ask what kind of engine, and I told them I don't know, but what can I do to find out (I can't be the first person that had this question). The answer - a blank stare. Someone else comes over and says that they can look it up by license plate number. I give the information, and they found the engine type. They pull up the battery, and tell me the price. At this point, I'm thinking great, a minor speed bump, but hopefully I can pay the money, get the installation, and be on my way. I ask the cashier if they will install the battery and am greeted by another blank stare. I explain that I called ahead and asked, and the cashier responds that they have to 'check under the hood.' Three people take a look and come to the conclusion that they can't do it. I didn't bother arguing, as I was now 100% sure I did not want these people anywhere near the inside of my car. The cashier asks if I still want the battery. I was tempted to ask if that was a joke, but the cashier was 100% serious. Bottom line - stay away and don't bother calling ahead; they don't have any idea what they are doing. I went it firestone 2 miles away, paid a little more, but got awesome service.
