Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. Very bad experience and first impression last a long time…read more I found this company online and used their chat feature to get more information. They asked if I wanted to pick my part or have it pulled for me. I opted for the latter. They referred me to Keystone in Maryland. I call their number (410-636-4600) and they look up my (interior) part and say they have it and to just come in. Everything sounds good. I go to the location and the front desk says they don't sell interior parts. I show him the number I called and it was for that location. I call the number again, coincidentally get the same person and they remembered speaking to me. I ask where they are located. They are in VA. I ask how I can get the part. The person transfers me to another location where I can pick it myself and the automated message says they are closed and then say their business hours, which is within the time ai was calling. Poor poor customer experience. I won't be using them and I urge anyone reading this to do the same.

They told me when I dropped off the car it would be $127 so I said no problem. When I returned it magically went up to $192! When I inquired into why they hemmed and hawed until it finally came out that they broke my oil filter cap. They claimed "those break all the time." I pointed out I have gotten my car serviced many times at the dealer (2017 car) and not once have they broke it. No response. They claimed they replaced it "with a better one." So you charged me $68 for a $30 ish aluminum cap that YOU broke. I really hate when people talk to women like they don't know anything about cars. I know they were price gouging me and I don't appreciate being talked to like I was an idiot. I have grown up going to car shows and working with my dad on his classic cars and I don't appreciate this behavior. I will not be returning. Finally broke down in Pa and had it towed to a shop where they found #2 shot.. brought a new injector from the shop In Pa. Back to making my money.
