Very disappointed with my experience…read more I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The oil was changed and the tires were rotated, but shortly afterward the right front started shaking badly while driving. I took the car back and was told that one of the wheel studs was bad. I was charged to have the stud replaced, but the shaking was still there. I returned again and was told the tires were balanced. After that, the car still shook. At that point I took the vehicle to another repair shop on Massillon Road in Springfield. They inspected the tire and discovered that there was water inside it. What I don't understand is how this wasn't discovered here. The problem started immediately after the tires were rotated, I brought the car back more than once specifically because of the shaking, and the tires were supposedly balanced. I would think that during a proper inspection and balancing of that wheel, something this unusual should have raised a red flag. Instead, I paid for another repair, made multiple trips back, and still left with the exact problem I came back to have corrected. Another shop was ultimately able to find the issue. Based on my experience, I have very little confidence in the tire work or troubleshooting that was done here.
