My car isn't new and has a good amount of miles but it feels new. The Easterling Bros maintain my car and i worry about nothing. We just took a 1600 mile round trip with no issues at all in my older vehicle. Next month i will get new tires from them and aside from general maintenance including oil change, i have a "like new" car. Making an appointment is super easy. The prices are great and visiting them feels like visiting family. They did a great job inspecting the car for our trip. I wish i could put ten stars up there. They deserve all of them.

Well asked what happened with the 125 estimate. & he said that was just for a diagnostic which is NOT what he said. But I called a lawyer & ended up getting my car back for free. Because if it was a diagnostic & over 20$ then it need to be in writing & I would have ad to sign it. I'm not going there again. Guys I know there don't seem tonhave a problem. "Caveat Emptor" Went to Fix-It with Fred for a needed oil change and the air conditioner was…read moreblowing warm air. Dropped the car off told them the problems and mentioned, when braking, the car pulled a little to the left. Later they called with a diagnostic fee which seemed a little high but wanted it fixed. Someone called back the next day told me they had changed the oil and recharged the air conditioning and found leaks at both Schrader valves which they replaced (part of the diagnostic fee I imagine) and I needed $2000 worth of brake work, (front pads and rotors, rear shoes and drums, front calipers, BG brake system service). My response was, "that is a third of what the car was worth, put it back together and the car will be picked up. A total of $2875.81 of work and parts were declined by me. " Just to be on the safe side, two weeks later the same vehicle was taken to another auto repair shop to have the brakes checked, their receipt says "Inspect brakes, approximately 50% -OK". The brakes are working fine. There is probably a large gap as to what is needed for vehicle repairs and what the manufacturers suggests and how much money you have.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this installer. From the start, he was suspiciously…read morepersistent in trying to get me to come to him for the radio installation, offering various "solutions" to get me there, which should have been a red flag. When I finally did, he claimed my radio was faulty and spent 30 to 55 minutes just playing with wires without actually doing anything. I was skeptical, so I tested the radio myself using a multimeter and a DC power supply outside of the car, and it powered on perfectly. To double-check, I also tested it inside the car, and the radio worked just fine. When I confronted him, he tried to cover his tracks by reinstalling my old radio, which powered up immediately, contradicting his earlier claims about faulty wiring. He tried to brush it off with a weak excuse, but it was clear he was lying. This guy is a scammer--avoid him at all costs.
