I actually found this place by accident, during the summer of 2025. I was in the area at that time and was looking for a bubble tea shop to beat the Texas summer heat - quick Google Maps search came up with CUP & CUP, grand opening sign at the front. Menu looked familiar.. turns out, the owner Sara and her husband opened this store and sold their old one up in McKinney, Boba City!! No wonder the menu and offerings looked the same!! Service is awesome, as always, with Sara greeting you with a smile. She also knows her regular's orders very well . My personal favorite; sweet rice punch. It sounds weird, but you have to give it a try. I usually get that with 50% sugar and that's about perfect for me. Don't let the name fool you, give it a shot!! read more

Bf and I visited during a date night tonight. The inside was clean and crisp, and the menu was extensive, with the nice lady at the counter explaining to us how to order. I got a chocolate banana smoothie and liked it. It's more a shake than a smoothie, but that's what I expected anyway. My bf got a lychee tea with tapioca and said it fell short. He noted that it tasted like all lychee mixed with milk, no tea flavor. He did mention that he enjoyed the texture of his tapioca. All in all, I think we had a pleasant experience here. read more

I swear I'd reviewed this place!! D'oh!! Struggled between 4 and 5 stars. Tough call. Seriously. Love this place, as does my son. I get a pistachio shake with protein. And it is. So. Delicious. Love it. Sweetness is notable. Love that you can dial it in (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) - but even 25% tastes plenty sweet. 50% is very sweet. I can only imagine the sugar content at 100%. Last time I went with zero because she said the added protein powder has some sweetness, and that was the right call. Fairly small interior. Very simple. Moden. Very clean. Only complaint is the shakes aren't very thick. They're kind of watery. But boy are they delicious and they have a ton of options. Will visit again. read more

Such a cute store! They have some great milky tea, smoothies, and so many great drink options! I ordered a pistachio milk tea (so hard to find a good one sometimes), a taro smoothie, and a strawberry banana smoothie - all so delicious! I loved the pistachio, the taro is quite sweet so I personally would tone down the sugar level, and the strawberry banana was perfect! On a whim and as a treat for the kiddos I had also picked up some macarons because they looked delicious. I was able to snag a pic before the kids scarfed them down, they are delicious and fresh! The extra choco pies are a great bonus treat as well. read more

I stopped by with my family on Mother's Day for a sweet treat and everything was so delicious! First of all, the owner is so friendly and had great recommendations. I went with an horchata smoothie with crystal boba (which I never had before but I now prefer it to the tapioca balls), my wife had a coconut smoothie and I don't remember what my kid had but he didn't let me taste it haha. Anyhow, we decreased the sweetness on all the drinks and they were perfectly sweet for us. The place was calm and clean and we will definitely come back again! I've been here a few times now & I think I can safely say, this boba spot is one of the best that I've tried in a long while. It's a small shop but the woman at the register is so sweet & welcoming. I've gotten the milk tea & blueberry milk tea and both drinks were pretty exceptional - the tea actually tastes like tea, not watered down, not 'water' but authentic tea which is hard to come by at most boba spots. The boba is soft & chewy and they also don't overload the drink with a ton of ice which I can appreciate. This place offers medium or large which you don't see at most boba spots (I love that they offer 2 sizes) & they are priced reasonably. This will be my new boba spot for sure! I usually get a coconut milky tea with tapioca pearls wherever I get boba, and they did a great job with it here. The 25% sugar is where it's at.
