I've slowly been coming around to boba and after having lunch I saw Feng Cha wasn't to far from me so I wanted to see what offerings they had. Feng Cha is unassuming on the outside but the inside is really cute and I appreciated the kiosks they have inside so you can build your own perfect drink. I decided on the creme brulee dirty boba with 75% sweetness and it looked so pretty and delicious upon receiving it. The drink was on point, it was perfectly sweet, creamy and I loved the pieces of burnt sugar throughout the drink. The drink was also topped with a creamy cheese foam that added so much flavor to the drink, I really enjoyed it. I still don't care for the boba balls so next time I'll get it without. Overall, this drink was on point and I can't wait to return to try their other flavors. read more

I've tried Feng Cha before at other locations. It's so nice to see one literally in my neighborhood. I like matcha a lot, so that's what I went for. The drink was ready very quickly. It looked very appealing with its two tone look - the green matcha on the top and the white milk foam on the bottom with the boba pieces at the very bottom. Taste-wise, it was creamy with a strong grassy matcha flavor, which I liked a lot. The boba was chewy and sweet. They also offer other milk tea drinks, like black, green, and oolong tea, as well as fruity drinks. I'll come back to try some of those next time. There are a couple of self serve kiosks if you're tech inclined. I tried it for the first time, and it wasn't difficult to use. The place is clean, neat, and inviting. Feng Cha has something i love. And that's mango green tea and cheese foam, a killer combo I wouldn't hadouken my way out of if a hadouken i could. They also have tiramisu foam which i licked of the cap of my drink today and let me tell you it's pretty good. I can't speak to the service since it was self order and the two staff people were busy making drinks, really busy. I can speak to other things i liked. They serve the foam drinks with caps with sippy cup spouts. Thank you common sense! The caps have a built in stopper which is a neat feature. I wish the cap had the little air hole though. Small complaint, won't stop me from going back... Unless they stop with the cheese foam and mango tea and then it's dead to me. Bye! read more

I've always loved Feng Cha because of their great taste, quality and consistency, so I'm glad they opened another location in DFW. Since this Plano location, Colony and Garland have the same owners, I feel good about the quality of the drinks. The one in Austin, I had a bad experience with one of the drinks (milk was spoiled in the Strawberry breeze drink I ordered). Anyway, this store is a cute little shop next to Tom Thumbs, so it's convenient for a market and boba trip. read more

Just finished dinner and was driving out but the craving for boba suddenly hits me! A quick search showed me this place just opened and was only a minute away! Lucky! We hurried over and got a crème brûlée dirty boba and a strawberry breeze. Both drinks were really good! Boba was perfectly chewy and soft! I think we got it freshly cooked! Perfection! We came to Feng Cha twice this week as there was a promotion and I wanted to try different drinks since we had never been to Feng Cha before. The inside decor is modern and simple. The service from Sienna was excellent, whoever hired her did a great job. She was sweet and friendly, and knew how to make the 6 different items we bought (4 drinks and 2 desserts). I think she was alone during the time we went because she made and did everything herself- awesome job! The second time we went, there were 2 people working and they were nice and friendly as well! DO NOT COME HERE!! The staff are a pleasure & make the drinks & experience quite enjoyable. However, today, the owner of the store, "Ann," called the police on Me without warning who then showed up to interrogate Me in public about false allegations of disturbing patrons & "dancing" in the store. I have become a regular here at this store in the short time they have been open, & have spent well over $60 in drinks here. I have not disturbed or harassed any other patrons at any point in My many visits; the most I have done is pay a respectable compliment here and there that has been individually well-received as a new member of this community. Although I typically do dance while I walk, I don't do so in stores - much less have I done so here. As a professional dancer, I can't help that, & wouldn't cease doing so as I commonly teach that dance is a Healing Art & what has managed to improve My personal health & save My life. After those allegations fell through, the owner attempted to say that it was a non-smoking facility & I had brought in cigarettes. I had the one cigarette of the day sitting unlit & new on My table in front of Me - being as I walk from My house to the tea shop, I carry it so it won't break in My pocket. After the officers found nothing wrong with Me (including verifying that I was not intoxicated as the owner had originally claimed in her police call), they let Me go & told Me that the owner would be okay with Me returning "as a regular person." I find this entire experience beyond offensive & highly disrespectful & dishonorable on her part. I wouldn't return here if you paid Me to do so & may be pursuing a civil suit case for defamation of character secondary to the public incident she caused to conspire amongst other things. Prejudice & insensitivity are unacceptable coming from a business owner in a culturally colorful & vibrant community & such hateful & inappropriate actions such as false police allegations are uncalled for & should not be able to persist as I foresee they may with this business in the future. I recommend folks stay far away from this establishment regardless of the beautiful souls that work under this tyrant of an employer. read more
