They commented back that the bean stalk had not had a price increase in several years. This is simply incorrect. The price has gone up 1-3 times a year in the last 2 years. Price increases are needed to keep things in this economy running but increasing one drink more than it costs to make is astronomical. I came through this stand 4-7 days a week and commonly ordered food. I spent hundreds of dollars here a month. The staff here is great and were my friends! Even when there is little to no line, it takes an unreasonable amount of time to receive a drink. Having 3-4 employees working at a time does not seem to make a difference in the speed of service. What's even more frustrating is the constant lack of ingredients for menu items. I regularly order the same bagel, and almost every time I'm told they don't have the ingredients to make it. This has been an ongoing issue, not a one-time occurrence. If a location is repeatedly unable to make certain menu items, those items should not be advertised as available. Customers should be able to expect reasonable wait times and that menu items can actually be ordered. Unfortunately, this location consistently falls short in both areas.
