Solid choice for bagels in Spokane! I got the Asiago bagel with Raspberry cream cheese and it was good! Service was solid and the menu is huge - vegetarian, high protein sandwich options and more. Smells incredible inside because the spot is an ice cream shop later in the day and they make waffle cones in house. Decent amount of indoor seating and more outside as well. Gets busy fast, so go early in the morning to get the best selection and faster service! I'd definitely recommend if you're in need of a bagel or bagel sandwich! read more

This store was a part bagel shop & part ice cream shop (The Scoop). The employees were friendly and could tell that I was a first timer. They offered up helping with any questions and weren't bothered when I did ask. The store was also kept very clean. I opted for the Asiago Bagel with strawberry cream cheese schmear. It was excellent. Often time the Asiago only makes it to the cap of the bagel. This one held the flavor in top and bottom. It was also fresh, which was noticeable. Pricing is about what you would expect in WA state, and in particular, this upscale neighborhood. Well worth the price in quality though. read more

Solid 3.5 stars. The taste, flavor, and idea is there but the consistency needs to improve. My mom really likes this place and took me here to try it. She is pescatarian and luckily they have options for vegetarians as well. I'm usually not a breakfast bagel person but this was one of the best I've had. The bagels are fresh and everything was tasty but I had a few small complaints. The avocado in my bagel was not ripe or fresh at all so that was sad to be up charged and it's not even good avocado. For how pricey things are I just wish they would make sure everything is good to serve and not just stick unripe avocados in bagels. Also the seating inside isn't the comfiest which isn't a deal breaker but it's not a plus. The building is beautiful with a bright and pink interior and the staff is friendly. I would possibly return but if the same issues with the avocado happens again I probably wouldn't return to be honest. read more

I wanted a delicious local bagel before my flight out of Spokane. I found Hidden Bagel and they did not disappoint. The jalapeño cheddar bagel is so good and does have a slight garlic taste, that was pleasantly surprising! Although there was only one person working, she did an amazing job balancing taking orders and making the food. The store itself was very cute and doubled as an ice cream joint! Popular, friendly breakfast place with delicious bagels. We had to wait in line for a bit to order on a Sunday morning (expected), but once our order was in, our number was called pretty quickly. Three of us had breakfast sandwiches and I had a bagel with cream cheese. Everyoneone loved their choices. Highly recommend the Asiago bagel with roasted garlic cream cheese. Atmosphere: cute little shop in Kendal yards. Smells wonderful inside - think that's mostly the ice cream. There were quite a few flies inside, which was annoying, but fine. Service: The service was a little slow, but the gals working in there were kind and everything went smoothly. Food: I got the Moxie sandwich on an everything bagel, lightly toasted. The flavor was pretty good - a little saltier than I had anticipated, even with the capers, but it was good. I had asked for it lightly toasted, because I wanted it warm but not so hard that it cuts up the roof of my mouth. It was way too hard. If that was lightly toasted, fully toasted must be hard as a rock lol. I ended up eating it open faced, because it was so hard to bite into and hurt. I could have a sensitive mouth, who knows My husband got the breakfastey Bagel on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. He said it was alright, but the ones I make at home are better (this is why I married him ‍). All-in-all I'm glad we tried it, but we probably won't go back. Paying $25 for two bagels that I could have made at home, and just the way I like it, just isn't worth it. I would like to recreate some of the ones on their menu though!! My siblings and I tried Vegfast (me), Lox of Moxie (sister), and the Bacon Egg & Cheddar (brother). Our overall experience was a 3.5/5, it was a decent first experience. We all thought the bagels could do with some seasoning (on the eggs mostly) as they were a bit bland which was a bit disappointing as the price point is a bit steep. We left spending about $50 on 3 bagels and a cold brew coffee. Service was decent, the girls were quite nice! The location is a bit small but there is seating and 2 tables outside. We love Hidden Bagel! It's the perfect place to grab breakfast and then take a walk on the Centennial Trail. Sometimes we'll stay and eat there, but it does have limited seating and gets busy (and a little loud) on weekend mornings. The staff is always friendly and helpful; they give great recommendations and are patient when I'm being indecisive. The biggest downside to me is their website. They only sometimes open it for online orders, and even then, it's just bagels and schmear, not the sandwiches. I wish they had their entire menu posted online for easy accessibility. I always end up scouring the internet to try and find their latest special and offerings. Otherwise though, this place is a big win for our neighborhood! read more
