Very cute storefront that draws you in, accompanied by some delicious bagels and a very creative menu. The sesame and everything bagels were perfectly coated and there were plenty of smears to choose from. Staff were very welcoming, patient and attentive!

Came for breakfast with my family. We waited in line for 10 minutes, and then another 10 minutes for the bagels to come out - but the staff was working hard and trying to move the line along. The bagels seemed fresh, and they had a vast variety of options. I got the VegFast with scallion cream cheese and turkey on a rosemary salt bagel - very filling and quality ingredients. My family got and enjoyed the breakfasty bagel, grinder bagel sammy, and turkey pesto - everyone crushed their meals, so it was definitely well liked. They don't have many options for coffee other than drip and cold brew with creamer, and the seating inside/outside is limited.

I wanted a delicious local bagel before my flight out of Spokane. I found Hidden Bagel and they did not disappoint. The jalapeño cheddar bagel is so good and does have a slight garlic taste, that was pleasantly surprising! Although there was only one person working, she did an amazing job balancing taking orders and making the food. The store itself was very cute and doubled as an ice cream joint! This will be a place I definitely will try to visit again!

What a yummy bagel shop! My sister and I visited and I got The Moxie (lox, capers, dill etc) and my sister made her own with turkey, scallion cream cheese, tomato). Both were FAB! We were lucky enough to snag a table on a busy Saturday morning. Seating definitely fills up in there. The line moves quickly and the gals working were very friendly and efficient.

Came here for breakfast and got their classic breakfast sandwich. The bagel was decent and I loved all the fun flavors to choose from. The sandwich itself was nothing special, the eggs were not freshly cooked and there was barely a hint of the "2 slices of cheese". This is just a quick counter service food pellet.

Delicious bagels, friendly staff, and a cute space to walk to/from downtown and the river! The Breakfast bagel with bacon on the Parmesan pepper bagel was perfect without being greasy or too salty. Will come back to try the Scoop too!

If you love bagels you might love this place! It's located in the same spot as The Scoop in Kendall Yards. My siblings and I tried Vegfast (me), Lox of Moxie (sister), and the Bacon Egg & Cheddar (brother). Our overall experience was a 3.5/5, it was a decent first experience. We all thought the bagels could do with some seasoning (on the eggs mostly) as they were a bit bland which was a bit disappointing as the price point is a bit steep. We left spending about $50 on 3 bagels and a cold brew coffee. Service was decent, the girls were quite nice! The location is a bit small but there is seating and 2 tables outside. On a slow day you could def sit inside but today was busy so we headed down the block past the yards and took a left to sit at the tables across from Mole!

Really great bagels that are customizable. You can pick the bagel and smear on whatever you order. They are made fast and just how you ask. They have seating inside and outside. It is in the same storefront as The Scoop but had different pay stations. Fun upbeat atmosphere and employees were friendly and seemed like they liked working there.

I ordered the Fig Sandwich and the Fancy Pants Sando because I could not decide between the two as they both sounded very unique in different ways. I called the place up and arranged to come pick the food up. The person on the phone was very thoughtful in keeping in mind at what time I would arrive so he could arrange for the sandwich to be toasted at the right time. I appreciate small details like that. When I arrived, I noticed there were several tables and a bar where you can essentially get brews and food. I noticed they had several beers on tap which I was very curious about, but unfortunately did not have time to sit down and eat at this establishment. The person at the bar was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. The two sandwiches came up to $40ish. I brought the sandwiches home and first tried a few bites of the Fancy Pants Sando. I will have to say it was the better of the two sandwiches. I appreciated the goat cheese in the sandwich and the mix of different ingredients, but it was not something I would consider to be a great sandwich, at least not for me. Others might find it pleasant, but I did not care for it much. The fig sandwich was the one I was more excited about and expected some sweetness to be cut down by the bacon. I don't think it was a perfect balance between the two, and I got a tad much of the overwhelming sweetness of the figs in this sandwich. Again, others might enjoy it, but I didn't care for it. I really wanted to give this place a great review, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The beer looks fun though and might be a good reason to give this place a try, and you may enjoy their sandwiches and many people have. For me, that's a no-go.

Every contact I've had with Grain Shed employees has been more than pleasant; they truly seem to enjoy working there, and take good care of their customers. I need to shout out to Toby and Audrey before I go on. They each provided 110% on customer service, being personable and making sure we left happy. On 2 separate trips to Spokane, I've visited the Grain Shed 3 and 4 times over the course of 3 days (yes, if you do the math, I went twice in 1 day, and the restaurant was NOT just around the corner!) Everything I've tried is delish, but in case you have to limit yourself, I highly recommend the OG, the beets and feta toast, the bread flight with sauces and cheese, the molasses ginger cookie, and maybe a chocolate croissant. I've heard their bread pudding and pumpkin pie (holiday special) are out of this world! I tried to get over to listen to their live music before leaving town, but still need to squeeze that into my schedule. Travelers: save space in your luggage for a loaf of bread. Sadly, no shipping at this time, but I'm waiting for it! This SoCal resident is officially The Grain Shed's #1 fan. I dare any of you to try to take away my title!

The Grain Shed does a farm to table model and is a bakery and brewery. I got a snack here along with a beer and left quite satisfied. I got a Grilled Cheese Sandwich on some of their house made bread with some Cheddar, Swiss and Provolone cheese. The exact name for this sandwich is the Cheesy Toastie. And of course moving on to the beer... the primary motivator to come here. I got the Kölsch beer here called Field Trip. I do love a good Kölsch as they are nice, light bodied beers. And they are especially nice in the summertime. Flavor features in this beer is maltiness, breadiness, a bit of hoppiness and a dry finish. Another beer that Steve and I tried was the INWPA which was a Pale Ale. It was also a nice light bodied beer which again hit the spot despite it being a different drinking session. Flavor characteristics in this beer is citrus, a yeastiness, hoppiness and a biscuity trait. Good beers and sandwiches and we are aiming for a return whenever we are in Spokane again.

The menu was pretty straightforward with various pizza and sandwich options. I am a big fan of French Dip and have not had a French Dip as good as Adamson's French Dip in Sunnyvale, CA (although their service and owner both suck!) so I decided to get a "pardon my french Dip." Decided to order the "whole" sandwich which as a pretty big serving. It felt like I had ordered two sandwiches, and was able to eat one half for lunch and one half for an early dinner. The sandwich itself was well made and the meat was not too dry, which was great. The au jus was nicely flavoured and not too salty, which I enjoyed. They used a liberal amount of onions (although, I could have gone for more!) and otherwise had the sandwich assembled very nicely. Along with the au jus, the sandwich had a very good complement. Definitely a French Dip I approve of.
