Went there for my knee pain and popping because it's in my insurance network. I decided to go to a out-network place after 5 sessions. They are so busy, too busy to care about each patient, a session only lasts 30 minutes including the first one, there wasn't even enough time to describe my problem. Several other places I've been to asked me to send documents beforehand to understand my issues. I am new patient. While filling out all the forms, there is one on credit information. One of the field is cvc code. I was wondering why the business needs my cvc code. The lady office manager said that was company policy. No cvc code no service. She started to getting rude. I canceled the appointment and left. She even tore the forms that I filled right in front of me. It's a very bad experience. They are better to remove all cvc codes on their records. It may even ruin their business. After checking on this issue, It is ILLEGAL for a shop in California (or anywhere in the U.S. where major payment brands operate) to ask for and keep the Credit Card Verification Code (CVC/CVV2/CID) on file/record, regardless of whether you are making a purchase or not. Katherine at the front desk is so kind, personable, and helped get me in on short notice when other PT centers wouldn't get back to me. And my PT, Stacy, was the best PT I've had. The woman at the front desk is just plain rude and lies. And, Paul, the owner of the practice, is incapable of taking a stand when the patient is ill-treated by this front-desk staff, like telling the patient to get out. Way to demonstrate spinelessness and complete lack of leadership to his staff. Don't be surprised if the woman at the front-desk loudly utters "Jesus!" if you ask her a question. Then, if you ask her to not speak to you like that, she is likely to lie saying, "I did't say Jesus. I am not catholic.". And, if you don't like being disrespected and tell her if she does not stop doing this you will take your business elsewhere, she will most likely ask you to get out. All this in plain sight of the owner, Paul, and he will simply hem and haw. While the location is very convenient for me and I have a need for ongoing physical therapy, I will not be going there any further because of the bad behavior of the people there. Very awesome place to get yourself feel pain free after getting treated here for any kind of joint pain or discomfort. I got my frozen shoulder taken care of very well. I had an excruciating pain that kept me awake all night. But Stacey did a lot of good work on my tight joint muscles and ligaments to loosen it up that helped me get my shoulder functions back. I went to Cupertino Physical Theraphy for my neck pain. Stacy was my physical therapist. She was absolutely amazing and knew her stuff pretty well. She was able to help me relieve the pain and also identify how / when I am putting it under stress in the first place and what kind of exercises I can do to further strengthen and prevent it from going forward. I was very fortunate to go to Cupertino Physical Therapy for my very serious lumbar spinal stenosis 2 months ago after Cortisone injection by a specialist. Then I had to use a walker to walk and always accompanied by my wife to see Paul. After 2 months physical therapy with Paul, my lumbar pain recovered almost 90% now so I can go to see Paul by myself and walk to his office by myself with a cane in my hand just in case. TLDR: Paul is great! I will hopefully not have to come here in the future...but if I do, I will look for Paul to help me get back to normal. My diagnosis: knee tendinitis (from MRI), though I have had multiple injuries before including labrum surgery, sprained ankles, broken leg, growing pains, lower back pains...so I know my way around PT! Pros: -Paul is great and very attentive -Front desk was always quick with appointments and very nice -Paul will work with you 1 on 1 for about 20-30 min -You can ice if you'd like after, or if you're busy, you can go on your way -Paul is knowledgeable and will give you the right exercises to do on your own Cons: -Building is a little older and equipment is older, but that does not matter if the person assisting you is top shelf -Parking can get difficult since the building shares with a lot of other businesses My other experience @ Best PT...the therapist (who won't be named), had what seemed to be a mental breakdown bringing up cost per session during my visit, which was extremely unprofessional. My issue was that I wanted to see only one therapist, and not hop around...CPT + Paul helped give me exercises and gave me the confidence to continue my daily exercise. I was recommended for this physical therapy a few weeks ago. The first impression is that you are not welcome there. Maybe they have too much business; maybe that's their attitude towards people. I walked into their office at 3pm and asked for an appointment. The answer was: "The front desk lady is not here so we can't make any arrangements". I asked: "When will the lady come back?". The owner said "Not today. She's sick". I said, "Can I come here tomorrow for an appointment?" The owner replied, "Not sure if she'll be back tomorrow". My next question was, "Does that mean if your front desk lady is still sick tomorrow, you can't make an appointment tomorrow?". I told the owner I was in pain and needed treatment badly. His response was, "I'm sorry." I would rather the owner can just tell me that they are not accepting new patients instead. What Out for charges!! I was out of town for the TG holiday with family and when we got back we had to be quarantined for 2 weeks due to Covid regulations. I recently had a galeazzi fracture (broken arm + dislocated wrist) from a biking accident. Post surgery, I had a follow up appointment and was issued a prescription for physical therapy. I told them I was out of Cupertino, and they told me to come here. Plenty of parking in a private lot. Cupertino Physical Therapy is located on the first floor, as you go up the steps on the right hand side between the men's bathroom and the learning center. I love the staff there. Paul and Kathy are super awesome, as is Raquel. My arm is set to make a full recovery. Their facility includes some bike machines that allows for arm and/or foot pedals. There are exercise balls, bands, and other equipment. I'm not sure what else to add. They take insurance so I'm not sure what the non-insurance rates are. I have been going to CPT for the past few months for a frozen shoulder injury and it has been great. The atmosphere is bright and airy. I like the fact that it is very clean and orderly. Katherine, the admin, is thorough in explaining what goes to insurance and what you need to pay up front and is great at setting up multiple appointments in advance. Michelle has been my primary therapist and she has been wonderful so far. She took it easy on me at the beginning when my shoulder was very painful, but now that I have more mobility, she is pushing my limits to get me to the finish line of good health. She has also been good in answering all my questions on what exercises I can do at home and what I can and cannot do. I also have been enjoying the ice and stim they offer after the session. It's nice that they do it for 15 minutes (other places always did it for 10 minutes). It has also been great getting to know all of them. Everyone is very friendly, calm and courteous. Took my teen daughter for a PT Evaluation and a few treatments (regular PT treatments nothing out of the ordinary). Am charged for extra on top of my insurance is already paying them (I have a great health insurance!!) so have no idea why I should pay extra, it extremely hard to reach a person on the phone to talk to. The sessions are quite short - only 30 min where as in many other places it's longer. The place is not welcoming at all and the staff was doing their job - but none seems to put on a smile or a good word. I will probably end up paying what they say I owe them, but with such bitter taste... what a shame.. read more

I've been to physical therapy elsewhere 3 times in the last 4 years, with little relief for 2 annular tears. Paul figured out the missing pieces - some which were unrelated to the tears but aggravating my pain. I have not had a pain-free day in years - I have now!
