He said the second appointment, he walked in and the front desk staff member welcomed him by name. I started coming to see Dr. May for some neck and shoulder issues. I was having and was also blown away by the quality of attention and care I received. The office staff is one of the best I have ever experienced in any medical professional office. When you become a patient here, they make it a point to know who you are and call you by name, which to me is very impressive. The office is clean and welcoming. Dr. May is very down to earth, easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease, especially if it's your first time coming to a chiropractor. He finds ways to relate to you as a person. He likes to chat about music with my husband and spartan races with me. These things are just icing on the cake. After coming to see Dr. May, I have noticed a significant improvement in my shoulder and neck with less pain and more mobility. I look forward to these office visits because I know that afterwards I'm going to feel better than when I walked in.
