The woman helping me today was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained in basic customer service. She spoke with attitude, was irritated when I asked to see an item, and refused to provide her name when I asked. Instead of helping me or recommending products, she rushed me and kept saying they didn't have anything for $15, even though I came prepared to spend over $150 because I just renewed my card. The service was loud, careless, and rude. If management reads this: your staff needs serious training. This location keeps losing customers because of the way your employees talk down to people. The last time I went in there was an issue and I was getting a 20% off for the inconvenience. This time when I made the apt (which you have to pay upfront for) they did not ring it up, which no problem I asked for them to refund the 20%. I was told it couldn't be done unless a manager was in the store and approved it and gave me an infinite runaround. It's a violation of the FTC consumer laws. Businesses are supposed to give refunds with the same ease as they processed payment. They have a complete disregard for their patients. They just care about getting you in and charging you anything aside from that is an issue.
