I was thoroughly impressed with the boutique and how comfortable I felt. I signed up for an appointment online for four piercings (2 lobe piercings, conch and helix) with Abby. She was very personable and helpful; she helped me decide on the order and prepared me for the piercing process. We got to use a private room where I could lie on my back. She also helped me determine the placement of the piercings and my end goal. I haven't gotten my ears pierced in 20 years, so I had some anxiety but decided to go for it. She also shared with me the cleaning and asked me to come back in 4 weeks to shorten my posts after it's healed a bit more. The pain has been so minimal and I even slept fine the first night. We took our daughter (6) to get her ears pierced. She is terrified of needles, so we were worried about how she would do. They did the tandem piercing for kids, and everyone was so patient and kind with her. When they actually pierced her ears she didn't even realize they had done it.
