I would like to start this review by saying that Trinity is amazing!!! (TLDR: AVA Piercing can't be beat when it comes to safe piercing practices, beautiful jewelry selections, and amazing customer service!) Every time I've been to AVA, I've felt so welcomed and safe! Previous piercings that I have gotten from Trinity have healed beautifully and Trinity has made it very clear that she is always there for troubleshooting or any questions throughout any healing process which is much appreciated! I very recently got a floating navel done by Trinity, and the process was so smooth! Her bedside manner is the best I've ever seen from someone! I had a previous navel piercing that unfortunately rejected due to incorrect jewelry (not done at AVA) and Trinity did an amazing job handling my scar tissue and explaining the whole process step by step when I got my floating navel!
