The store is so pretty. Very clean, very organized, nicely decorated. The people there are very friendly and knowledgeable, buuuuut, the piercings aren't great. I got a smiley and right away noticed it was way off. After asking a few times about it the owner offered to redo it for free. I took it out for 3 days and it healed so she redid it. Again, I could tell it was diagonal right away. When I asked why it was like that she said, it might just be my "skin". So I let it heal completely and after about a month I asked another piercer to check it out. Her eyes got big and she was shocked. She said I should definitely take it out and get it redone somewhere else!! ‍ My mom also got it done there and had the same thing happen. 3 for 3 on messed up smileys. $100.00+ tip down the drain plus $60.00 to get it redone at another shop. read more

I didn't have an appointment but they were able to take me as a walk even when there was several walk-ins that busy day and I really only waited 10 min to be attended. I was pierced by John and he did absolutely AMAZING. He explained everything in great detail as to sizing, placement, pain level after care and what to do incase of healing issues and when to come back for resizing. My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced for her 5th birthday and Jenn and Abbey took care of us and did an amazing job! At the owner; since your ass wants to cover up the mistake your employee made then let me know the date and time you'll be at your damn store. I'll make sure to pull up my credit card receipt. You want to act like someone wants to make things up. Your store is right next to the tattoo shop. When I walked in, there was a few ladies sitting on the chair and it was right before closing. The gentlemen had curly pink hair and even gave his card. White about 5'9. His exact words were " you should not have any allergic reaction to what you're purchasing." You know what, now I really want my damn refund. Don't play with me because it was never about making up a story or a refund. This is exactly what happened at your damn store. I drove all the way to North Park after my nose healed to get a real nose ring. Update: let's get something correct here::: now all of the sudden you are able to find the footage and the employee in question.. first of all, unless you have audio then prove it where I said that I would take the risk. You don't even have your story straight and you wanted to run your mouth right off the bat. He mentioned to come back for a refund the same night if I had an issue!!!! How can I decline a refund the same night it was offered to me. How did I know my nose would be swollen up with blisters. He did a bunch of back and forth walking around the store not knowing if you guys had the rings; he did ask me if I wanted to preorder them and I said no because I wanted something right then and there. The nose ring that I had in my nose was broken which I showed to him and I needed something right away. The first thing I mentioned to your employee was my allergic reaction and he guaranteed me the one he was selling me would be fine and he clearly was wrong. He clearly was trying to push a sale at my expense!!!! Nobody wants you to do a damn thing at this point.. I just want everyone who walks into your business to be careful!! Clearly I would be wasting my time coming to your store going back and forth with you. Nobody gives a crap about $15 and you as an owner should've realized that by now. Educate your people!!! Also, not sure how you would have my name on record when I never gave it to him or wrote it down. I did a god damn walking and your employee wasted my time. read more

I went in yesterday (04/05/23) to reopen my nipple piercings, I had called ahead and it was very much last minute. I was greeted by Kiana Rose (rose thorn piercing) she walked me through the process before taking me back. She was very friendly and extremely comforting. I felt super comfortable! I will admit I was a bit nervous since it has been about two years without them. We walked back to the room. Everything was sterile and clean. I was pierced by Jenn and Kiana back when Jenn was still working for the original curated. Kiana was an apprentice at that point and did absolutely amazing piercing my right nipple. Mind you I was her first ever nipple client. Jenn did my left nipple and it's off centered. I was told at the point of piercing that the jewelry was titanium. After going to the doctor because I thought my left was infected, it turns out it was surgical steel, not titanium. I feel betrayed and let down by Jenn who is supposed to be the leader and role model for all of the people she had working for her. It's truly disheartening. I will not be getting pierced by Jenn again, and I highly suggest you don't either. Lex was utterly professional I came in looking for a matching ear on my right since I already had my left lobe done as well as my nose done so I can put a ring in before I could realize what was what she was done!!! Jenn is the best. In the last year I've had over 6 piercings done by her. She is clean, professional and friendly every time. She takes her time to explain her process beforehand and talks you through it step by step. She has appointments available online but I have gone as a walk in a time or two as well and I never wait too long. Even if I were to have to wait, she is worth the wait. This place is awesome. Very well decorated and clean. The staff is super helpful and goes out of their way to make your experience a great one. After attending a "piercing party" for my daughter's classmates yesterday, I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else to have my daughter's ears pierced (when she's ready). They do tandem piercing, so 2 piercers go at one time to make it less stressful for the child. They also show them the special "Octopus ink" that they use to mark where the earrings go and give them a little smiley face "tattoo" on their hand with it. Kids hug a cuddly bear and it is over in a second. I was inspired to get a piercing fixed while I was there and I honestly didn't even feel it. So much better than that weird, stinging gun at Claire's where some young teen gives you uneven piercings. Also, the kids get lollipops and a key chain and a special certificate. They also put their photo on the "Wall of Bravery". Such a great place! read more
