He gave a fair price, so I asked if he could do some additional work. They skillfully trimmed 8 feet off of a 20 foot tall unruly hedge, alongside the street and a gully on the edge of my property. Today they came and removed a 120 foot tall Douglas Fir tree that was leaning precariously, due to roots that had found their way above ground and rotted. The only thing holding it up was a large tree on the other side of the driveway, that the top of this tree was now leaning on. It was a complicated job to be sure. Once again I received a fair estimate/price and professional, prompt, efficient and friendly service. They have all the equipment necessary to do whatever job you need done. Highly Recommend!

I had an appointment with Javiers Tree maintenance and they were a blatant no show. I coordinated my time specifically for them to visit. I am a busy mother who works full time, so when they did not arrive at the date and time of our appointment, I was obviously disappointed. Disclaimer: this was not weather related as the appointment was before the heat waves started. The team on yelp messenger contacted me later in the night (well after our appointment - 9pm) to reschedule for the very next day. I had to politely decline since I had plans. There was no attempt to give me another date or time. I did not get the sense that this person felt they were genuinely sorry for missing our appointment, in fact, there was no acknowledgement if it whatsoever. I hope this company will rethink about how they explain missed appointments to their customers, and understand that other people's time is valuable.

The craftsmanship was…read moresubpar, the supports were not fastened to the brackets properly, causing the the fence to be very wobbly, and though they charged a lot for a gate to be installed, I had to have them come back once to fix it because they initially had it dragging on the concrete, and now that the weather is raining, the gate swelled shut and is inoperable because the wood has swelled and only a small 1/16" of an inch gap was given at the top of the gate (which is clearly not square as there is a much larger gap at the bottom). I hesitate to call them back to repair it because I fear that their "fix" won't be much better.

I called the number provided on the business card & the number on the invoice with no answer. I then texted both numbers, with no answer.
