We have always wondered if we could ever find grooming for our two little poodles. We finally came to U Dirty Dawg yesterday (4/18/2026) and Morgan did an absolutely fantastic job for our girls. We provided pictures from many years ago when we once had an excellent groomer and Moran did everything right! One of our babies has small skin tags and not one was kicked. There were no scratches or sores from the grooming and yet everything was perfect, from the little shaved poodle feet to their beautifully trimmed muzzles and faces. This was the first time to take Oliver for grooming and they did a wonderful job. He looks great.

We have been going to u dirty dawg for a little over a year now with our golden retriever. We primarily use their doggie daycare service, which we usually love. we Have picked him up twice, and he was soaked with urine, but we dealt with it. We have used grooming services 3 times, but we felt they weren't scrubbing his under coat very well, considering he would still smell "like dirty dog" after his baths. Lastly, we have used their boarding services 3 or 4 times, my only complaint up until recently was never really getting a tour of the housing to see where they were sleeping, but again...dealt with it. Yesterday, we picked our guy up from 8 days of boarding. Immediately after getting home, it was discovered that they left his training collar on for all 8 days. We weren't offered a refund and were told they'd only pay for vet services if we took him to THEIR vet that they own. After stating I was taking him to our vet, I was only then offered a PARTIAL refund for the stay and still stuck with the $200 vet bill. The vet said this is 100% neglect and one of the worst cases of infection she has seen in relation to this type of scenario. Given the large amount of swelling/foul odor..they suspect its been this way since day 2. I have still yet to receive an actual phone call from a manager or owner, instead, they are making the sweet, 17/18 year old workers play phone tag with me. read more

Excellent grooming Everytime for my hyper little Shih Tzu. The facility is always clean, super professional and friendly staff with parking right next to the front door. Always the groomers are kind and professional when trimming the nails of my elderly cat.

If you have a CURLY doodle...don't take them here for grooming. They automatically shave them!! My mini labradoodle was $75 to groom....shave...WHICH INCLUDED a $10 dematting fee...and yet THEY still shaved him bare( except his face)..,So what was the dematting fee for!? Grrrr. My other dog didn't have the curly hair and they did fine on him...still to expensive though. I have been told by several others that they had this same shaving experience too. Check in is a chaotic nightmare....can't hear from all the barking...long line first thing in morning. I don't like that it may take all day to get groomed either! Lady at front desk is rude. We do love the evening doggie school. That has helped a lot with our two dogs. read more
