The inside cleaning/detail took longer than I expected but it was well worth it! Our interior is a light gray color, so even though a few of the older dark stains didn't completely come out (they warned me of this), it looks amazingly clean in comparison to the before! Please read this before you go here. I just spent almost 200 dollars and had a majorly disappointing experience. The car is far from detailed, there are scuffs and dirt still in the back, water runs down the back of my car. There's trash in the car and wrappers still in the cup holders. Which tells me they never even cleaned it. I really could've got the level they gave me at Red Carpet car wash for a fraction of the money. Additionally, they charged me twice. Because the employee who hangs out in the break room while the others are outside didn't ask what I was paying for I guess. So I got two transactions, a mediocre car wash, and 170ish dollars, and an hour of my life wasted. At least when I called to complain they were nice enough to ignore my call and text me. Last time I came here they did a great job...I don't know what happened or if this crew just wasn't as good. Very disappointed. read more

I spent nearly two weeks looking for some one to wash my truck to my standards. When I was recommended Curbside Detail, I called and scheduled an appointment with them. They were timely and responsive. Normally, when I do it, I'll spend three hours to wash my truck. Curbside takes 45 minutes and they meet my standards. Recently, I had the interior washed and detailed. Again, I don't have time to care for my truck like I used to. They did a phenomenal job. I wasn't able to find a spec of dust inside. If you go with that service, be ready not to have your vehicle until the end of their workday. The longer they spend cleaning the inside, the better results they'll yield. I took my car in to have some deep water spots removed. They initially quoted me $400 which was a little higher than other detailers but the good reviews convinced me to pay extra. Drove 30 minutes there and after 3 hours of working on my car, they told me it would be an additional $200 to cut/polish the car and have the spots removed. My options were to spend $400 to keep the spots on my car or an extra $200 to ensure they would be removed. I felt strong armed into paying the extra $200. None the less I decided to pay it. Later that day I received my car and everything looked great. From a quick glance it looked like the water spots were removed so all was well. Fast forward 3 weeks, I'm getting my car washed and the guy washing my car asks when exactly I got my car detailed and had the spots removed, because he noticed there were still water spots. His conclusion after seeing the water spots was that they had cut/polished the car but didn't spend enough time removing the spots in their entirety. I texted the owner this picture and he said bring it by the shop to have them work on it. He estimated it would take 2+ hours. After driving another 30 minutes, I left them my car and took off thinking everything was going to be resolved. 15 minutes later I get a text message saying that they have photos/videos of the car the day I picked it up and the water spots were gone. I was told that I would need to pay AGAIN to have the work done. I am really disappointed in their customer service. After reviewing the photos/videos, conveniently all of them are from a distance where you can't see the paint in detail or were low quality pictures. I text the owner letting him know how unsatisfied I was with his work. After going back and forth his conclusion was that I must have left my car in the same place that had initially caused the water spots and that it was my fault. They even went as far as to say I had "acid washed" the car to make it seem like the water spots were on there for a longer time than they appeared. I asked the guy how could such deep water spots show up after 3 weeks and his response was "I don't know but it didn't look like that the day you picked it up". The water spots were on my car from living in an apartment with sprinklers running, and I now own a house where I park in a garage, so sprinklers are no longer an issue for me. The guy admitted he didn't know how heavy water spots like this could have showed up in a short period of time but that didn't seem to bother him at all. According to him the photos/video shows everything and he refuses to acknowledge the spots are still there if you look closely. This place might be good if you just want a basic car wash/detail but pray you don't have any issues because they are going to charge you again to fix their mistakes. I took it to this place knowing I was going to pay a little extra, but I was confident it would be worth it because they would do a good job. I never asked for a refund, I never asked for any money back. All I asked for was that they would complete the job I initially paid for. Their response was to pay again and they would complete it. Long story short, paid $600 to have water spots softened instead of removed. read more
