Don't go here. Horrible service and they scammed me and my friend. Me and a friend came to get her car washed and she put her card in and supposedly it said no transaction and it rejected her card. So, instead we paid with cash and it took our money and we were able to go through. Everything was all good until we went to a store and found out her card actually did go through and it took her money. So not only did it take her money but it also took mine as well. On top of all of this the machine was sucky, it did a bad job on cleaning her car. We've called the place and the girl who answered the phone gave us attitude, like hello.. u scammed us at least have some manners. But from what she told us she said to wait 3 to 5 business days so we will see if we get our money back. read more

The guys here worked hard to get my muddy Tahoe clean, about 8 mins of scrubbing and pressure washing since I was the last person I went towards the end of the day since I knew my Tahoe was muddy and didn't want cars behind me getting the mud on their cars, and it turned out great because I got treated with excellent service, I usually come here because I like how clean the machines leave my cars but the employees went above and beyond tonight! read more

Last time I was here (about 3 weeks ago) a lady hit my car and I asked the employees if they could send me the footage from their cameras and I still haven't received anything from them. They also smacked my mirrors and windows pretty hard with their brushes. Go to a different loc if you can! read more

The service from the employees is excellent. I had an over spray on my car. To me it was devastating. I was greeted with smiles, concern, and attention. Thank you Ride and Shine for choosing only the best employees. Arcie was very attentive and did what he could. I had to return and once again was met by Jeff. Jeff stopped his delivery inventory to give me 100% attention. Jeff treated my concern like it was his own. He did what he could without damaging my car. At that point he called their main detail facility. With his due diligence, he sent my car to be hand polished. At Shaw and Willow I was greeted by Christian. Christian was happy to please. He put "elbow grease" into caring for the problem. If I had to choose, I would choose Ride and Shine Express wash with their great costomer service, unlimited wash and vacuum membership. Bad management, bad customer service, leaves black streaks on my car, won't accommodate, won't let me cancel subscription

I invested $50 of unlimited car washes that's for one month, after every wash there was black streaks all over my car from the tire shine, so I would have to go back through, explain to the employees to turn off tire shine, even still the streaks were present. I shouldn't have to go through twice, then wash it properly again at home plus extra time getting out the black streaks. The employees knew about this issue and were always understanding about it, they would just tell me to ask them to turn tire shine off. I tried to unsubscribe from their monthly $50 but they made it so difficult and hard to do, so I called several times to speak with a manager to help me, that never happened so I was charged once again for the following month. I finally got a hold of their GENERAL MANAGER by the name of Rhea Donohue who made an appointment for me the following day, that there would be some guy there that would look at my car that was a chemist. When I arrived the chemist didn't want to look at my car, he said he knows what the problem was and Rhea sent me to red carpet for a one time car wash. I contacted her after the wash explaining that I paid two months worth of basically nothing that's over $100, that I want to cancel and get my money back, that one red carpet car wash was not accommodating me, and I felt brushed aside, she made me feel like it was my fault and I was bothering her, she told me that's all she can do and hung up. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE A TITLE FOR YOUR COMPANY AS GENERAL MANAGER, AND SHOULD NOT BE IN SUCH A POSITION REPRESENTING YOUR BUSINESS. read more

I purchased the ride and shine best car wash and got the top Omni and DD both for four dollars extra. My $21 car wash was still pretty dirty in the wheel areas. What was most disturbing was that somebody had littered three-quarter inch screws in the vacuum area, which I pushed off to the side so that others wouldn't get a sharp screw in their tires. Hopefully I won't find a flat tire in the morning but only time will tell. The management of this facility needs to keep their area cleaner. read more

I couldn't get a Carwash because my car was to low. Instead of letting me crack my front bumper they had me stop before my front bumper could be destroyed. 10/10 The boys at ride & shine are great. If you have a lowered car don't try coming to this place it could do damage to your vehicle. Not of any fault of ride and shine. Simply Car is to low. It's one of the better Ride and Shines I've been to. I live in fresno, and I make the drive to this location because of how well the staff treat you, cleanliness, and when I pay for a premium service I feel like I actually get what I paid for. Vacumes are always working, and shout out to Crystal for going above and beyond for me. In this kind of industry, I wouldn't expect anything. I have severe anxiety, so when pulling up to the carwash and putting my car in neutral always has me on edge. Crystal always has patience, helps me out with a kind smile and reassurance that I'm doing everything ok. I always try to tip her when I can, but with inflation these days, I can't always. Never do I feel pressured or a lack in the quality of service I get when I come here. Witch other locations seem to do. Definitely a loyal customer! read more

Busy car wash! We usually go to the location at First and Ashlan, but we were in Clovis and the hubby wanted to get the super duper wash with the fancy sprays at this location. Lol, he helped in the building of this location and wanted to check it out. The wash was close to $20 and I didn't really tell a difference in the finish, but he could. DONT GO TO BRAND NEW RIDE AND SHINE ON CLOVIS AND TULARE, Fresno. WORST CAR WASH IN FRESNO. Worst customer service. My biggest complaint are the two scrubber people that scrub the bugs off before the actual car wash, they scrubbed my car so hard they left scratches all over my brand new car. They only need to scrub the front grill for bugs nd windows like why did they proceed to violently scrub my semi barely dirty white SUV the way they did. Disrespectful, inconsiderate, unprofessional and extremely unnecessary. Didn't take Apple Pay like it's 2022. Worker even complained because I was forced to pay with change such ass quarters, dimes, and nickels but like cmon they didn't take Apple Pay. I'm beyond upset and would never ever go back. I'll start with the good: employees were professional and courteous. The cons: paid for the Platinum (i.e. most expensive) wash, which included high pressure bug blaster. After going through the first time, there was noticeable dirt and bugs throughout. The gentleman allowed me to go again, which only then I realized I had never received the pressure washing or power scrubbing on the first go! Finally, when I got home I noticed a large area of paint disturbance along the length of my vehicle on both sides. After buffing in 97 degree heat for 40 mins, I got most of it off. Bottom line- the service I received absolutely did not match the advertised quality. read more

For an automatic car wash this place isn't bad. When it first opened it was really good. Fast forward to now, and with the exception of the managers, the new employees seem really lazy. The prewash before entering the wash is nice, but with the new employees, there is little to no effort. No real attempt at scrubbing the car. Just going through the motions. LOVE this place! I've been to 2 of their locations (Willow & Nees and Shaw & Fowler) and have never been disappointed. My sister and I realized we were both coming here multiple times a month and it made more sense to purchase a membership so we did. The membership I purchased is $16.99 a month and it includes unlimited "better" washes. I'm here multiple times a week now! The thing that makes this place a standout is truly the staff though. The manager Geoff here is the best! And his crew works very hard. At both locations I am always greeted with a smile and a nice interaction. I've been here twice, once with a free express wash coupon and once with a $3 Best wash coupon- which scanned fine for me both times :) , and both times the washes not the best. Lots of spots and grime left all over the car, and not even the windshield was fully clean. The spot free rinse left water spots all over the place also. I appreciate the free vacuums, air blowers, and floor mat cleaners though. Not sure what the issue is here with the wash but I probably won't be back unless its with more coupons. read more

While I was waiting for my pre wash, an employee kept beckoned me to move forward and pounded on my window. My tires were already on the rails and on neutral. I wasn't sure what he wanted me to do, so I assumed he wanted me to pull forward. Reluctantly, I did put my car on drive and pulled forward slowly. The employee started yelling and to put my car on neutral. I didn't understand what he wanted me to do. This caused the employees to become agitated. On top of that, another employee pressed a button notifying other cars to move turn their cars to neutral. Pretty humiliating if you ask me. As far as the wash, my car still had stains as if it was just quick soaked in water. Didn't bother doing a rewash with those employees around. Never been to this wash before, but I think I'll just continue my wash at Surf and Turf. All I do is put my wheels on the rail, shift to neutral and enjoy the ride. Plus, they have respectable employees and good communication. read more
